Also, the trundle bed in the bunk room was broken and unusable. Also, anytime we cooked the fire alarm would go off, probably needs to be checked! We had to call maintenance on our second day as the door was not latching and could be pushed open without using the keypad.(Everything else was fabulous!! We have stayed at Aqua before, and definitely will again!

Unit worn and tired! If beauty is not a factor, you're OK

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the sparkling photo, this unit looks old and I was so disappointed when I walked in. I asked to be moved but was not given that satisfaction. If it were not for the fact that there is a balcony and a beach out there, I would have asked for my money back. The AQUA is great and we have stayed in some terrific units. Also, on the plus side, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. I would not stay here until it is refurbished!

Reviewer Comments: Aqua needs staggered check ins and all elevators to be working. Check in on Saturdays at 5 is complete chaos. Lines stretching from the elevators all the way across the skywalk out into the parking garage waiting to use the only 1-2 working elevators. I think we spent more time waiting for an elevator than we did anything else. A couple different times we had to walk up the 15 flights of stairs because no elevators were working. Feel sorry for the folks in the 23rd floor. Stay on 2nd floor if you stay at Aqua. Condo 1507 master bedroom bed is terrible. Basically laying in a hole in the middle of the mattress and have to clump the hill to get out of the bed. Resort is hard to get in and out of because of the non stop bumper to bumper traffic. Shuckums across the road is ridiculously loud with their constant karaoke. Most of the condos don’t come with use of the wooden beach chairs. You have to pay extra and they don’t put the chair pads and umbrellas out till 9am and pick them up at 4-5. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Getting our stuff to our condo was a nightmare because some of the elevators were broken. Parking was bad late at night until we found out about the overflow lot. Parking Attendant/Security was very responsive and got back to me quickly, which I really appreciated.

Needs some TLC

There are several great things about this unit.. Love that includes 2 beach chairs Love the bonus room with the bunk beds. Love being on the 15th floor. However I have to agree with some of the previous reviews. For top dollar rental this unit needs 1- a decent knife set 2- dining table and chairs for the patio And keep the lounge chair. 3- a new mattress in the master 4- touch up paint etc.. 5- fix the front door Love the property!

Chairs are homes for pigeons. No decent balcony table. Living room - Seating for 4 only - 1 chair and old, uncomfortable sofa Had to borrow chairs when having guests. Several plates & dishes cracked & chipped - throw out. Not enough silverware. Bedrooms - lumpy mattresses; dirt, dust, used tissues under bed - obviously not cleaned for some time. Shower curtains dirty and too short. Vacuum junk. WIFI spotty
