Even the HVAC and plumbing have been updated for maximum performance. The main living area has huge windows and has an open layout with room for everyone. New couches and a 70" flat- screen TV are perfect for movie nights. The kitchen is complete with modern, stainless steel appliances and opens to the living area and ocean views. You will love having a fully stocked kitchen with all of the utensils and small appliances you need- it's a cook's dream! Have coffee at the kitchen bar, or make a huge meal and feed everyone at the dining table! The living area features ample seating, a Queen size sleeper sofa with a gel mattress for extra comfort and gorgeous ocean views. You even have ocean views and a private entrance onto the large balcony from your bedroom. The Guest Room also has a King bed with high-quality linens, a 58" flat-screen TV and ample storage space. The Guest Room also has a balcony with views of Pier Park. The Bunk Room is truly unique, with its own closet, a dresser AND its own 24" TV. The Twin mattresses are XL in length, and each bed has its own shelf with a USB port for charging. The Bunk Room features a custom built sliding barn door for privacy. It is a great space for guests of ANY age.

Aqua Resort just opened their new coffee bar and gift shop. They offer coffee, sandwiches, salads, pizza, snacks, ice cream, candy, beach toys, sunscreen, gifts, and more! There is also a poolside eating area.

RESORT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During a time period beginning in late September 2023 and continuing through March 2024, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects. These include repairs and re-painting portions of the eastern half of the building (stacks 01 through 05), repairs on all levels of the parking deck, and beach board walk access replacement. During this time, some common area amenities such as the eastern outdoor pool, various parking spaces will be impacted or unavailable. Noise levels will vary during the project. Stack 06 - 11 will start next Fall 2024.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 to rent this property.
