Los huéspedes seguramente disfrutarán de unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa de diseño totalmente amueblada de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama Temperpedic King size, mientras que las segundas habitaciones están equipadas con una cama queen size y tres camas individuales. Hay un colchón inflable adicional que se puede colocar en la sala de estar para arreglos adicionales para dormir. I cannot ask for anything more from this perfect home situated at a great location with a great view of Red Rocks. The house was very clean and spacious for my stay with six adults and three kids. Appreciate the responsiveness and great hospitality from Dawn! By far the best vacation home we ever stayed.

Glorious weekend

We had a magical time at this house. We watched hot air balloons over the mountains in the morning and watched the stars from the hot tub in the evening.

Relaxing get away

Wonderful property. Enjoyed the local hikes. View from home absolutely gorgeous. Easy drive to Sedona. Excellent communication with host. Had no issues at all with this rental. Would highly recommend this property.

A beautiful sanctuary that offers respite and tranquility

The location was beautiful! The hosts were quick to respond and offer help and/or guidance/recommendations when asked. The amenities were top notch. This property was a fantastic place to decompress, recharge, and restore! 100% recommend!

Beautiful views, comfortable home

Dawn's home sits on a hill and has amazing views of the valleys and mountains around it from pretty much every room and angle (and has blinds for night-time privacy). Having a ladies' reunion weekend, we appreciated all the areas to congregate and relax: big living room & dining room (w views!), the porch w/ gas fire pit, and the hot tub. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was great for making group meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house!

This home was by far the cleanest well appointed home I’ve ever rented. The views are amazing and sitting outside watching the falling stars by the fire table while listening to the coyotes was a great experience. Close to everything without the crowds. Loved it!

Serene escape

Our family members were delighted to leave Sedona and escape to the Cornville area. The peace, quiet and beauty of surrounding landscape was indeed serene and peaceful. The home is beautifully furnished and the patio is wonderful ; although a bit cool for us to really enjoy. I would love to stay here again. Our owner was responsive and prompt in answering questions, etc. We gad a delightful family reunion!

All the comforts of home (and then some!)... with a view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Sedona area and this beautiful home only added to our enjoyment. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, inviting living room, and more. But the best part? The patio. It was lovely. We spent many evenings cozied up by the fire pit or in the hot tub, watching the stars. It was so peaceful. Highly recommend this fantastic property! It’s worth it!

Beyond Our Expectations!

We would highly recommend this home to everyone! Photos don’t do it justice. It is bigger than it looks with storage for everything! The outside area and pool are are just fabulous! The kitchen is fully stocked, there are thoughtful touches in every room. The host was incredible to work with and answered every question. Go with their recommendations on restaurants. All around excellent vacation! Thank you Dawn for everything!

House was perfect

We stayed here for 4 nights in June. We had three families and it worked perfect. The floor to ceiling windows along the back of the house were wonderful and we enjoyed the sunlight and the view. The back porch was perfect for visiting with plenty of seating, a fire pit and a hammock. There was a hot tub as well which worked great. Living area was inviting with plenty of room to visit. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were about 8 minutes from Cottonwood and restaurants. It was about 25 minutes to Jerome and about 25 minutes from Sedona. So it was pretty easy to access all the areas we wanted to visit.

A retreat we just all needed...

First of all thank you Dawn for letting us stay in your wonderful rental property. It’s the perfect place we all needed, we all felt rejuvenated and ready to take on our daily living once again once we left. The calmness and quiet it provides is just amazing. We had time to enjoy the pool, the hot tub, we also cooked in your lovely kitchen and hang out by the back porch and enjoy the fire pit with our wines to enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evening. It’s an absolute oasis! We also love the buttery soft bed sheets by the way what kind are they? Lol! Thanks again and we’re definitely coming back! Maybe next time there will be some throw blankets to use during movie time in that comfortable reclining sofa😉

Perfect location, beautiful property

We recently spent 7 nights here - 2 couples - for a winter getaway. The property is located about 30 minutes from Sedona but that was perfect as it was still close to many other amenities. The 360 degree views were incredible and the privacy was a great bonus. The home was spotless, the kitchen fully stocked with any items would need to prepare food but we had too much fun eating out! It was great to have full laundry facilities to wash our gear after hiking or a day on the trails in a 4x4. We enjoyed the patio in the evenings with the gas fire pit and recuperated in the hot tub nearly every night. It was too cold to use the pool but it was so beautiful we were surely tempted! There is only one king bed so we rolled dice to see who got the master suite. Just a note that the guest bedroom queen is on a platform and with every single movement or shifting it makes a ton of noise. But, there is plenty of space to spread out and it was a very comfortable stay. Some of our favorite things in the area were Devil’s Bridge, Soldier’s Pass for hiking (get to these very early to find parking!). We ate at Open Range twice and loved Vinnie’s pizza in Cottonwood. Dawn is extremely responsive and if we ever decide to visit again we will definitely stay here!

Perfect location!

Beautiful, quiet, secluded retreat away from the traffic/tourist madness of downtown Sedona. Amazing panoramic views. Nothing was lacking. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful Visit

Our group of 6 adults stayed the second week of November 2022. We had a wonderful visit. Communication with the owner was great. The location was fabulous. We were able to enjoy the surrounding areas. Our group enjoyed the patio and hot tub most of all. It was too chilly for the pool, but we did get to enjoy it once. The home had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable after long days exploring the beautiful area. Thank you for a great vacation!

Exquisite views and solitude, yet close enough to good food and GREAT hiking

My wife and I stayed here for a birthday, we were never more than 30 minutes (of a gorgeous drive) from a trail to hike or new experience, yet far enough away that we didn’t feel like complete tourists. The house was clean, neat, and nicely appointed and the hot tub was a welcome treat each night after hiking all day. The views and layout of the house are second to none. The sunset and sunrise are highlighted by the orientation of the property and the beautiful floor to ceiling windows. We look forward to coming back. 5 stars!!

Relaxing Getaway

The owners have made this house a home. Their attention to detail was not missed. My favorite experience was my sleep. The beds in the house are better than hotels. I have traveled a lot and I can say the beds here are what made the trip amazing because once you have a good restful sleep it makes you feel energized and ready to take on the day.

Amazing experience!

Absolutely loved this home! Dawn was a great host. House was amazing. We especially loved the hot tub and stargazing at night. 25 minute drive into Sedona but well worth being outside the city. Would absolutely recommend!

Wonderful resort like property

What a wonderful house with spectacular views! Fully equipped, high quality furniture and badding, well stocked kitchen. Perfect place to relax in luxurious pool. Very welcoming and helpful host. Definitely recommend!

We’ve been married 25 years, and have lived in this area the entire time. We fell in-love with this home 4 years ago when we decided to downsize, because our baby was the only one left in our home. She went off to college the summer of 2018, making it a perfect time to use our property as a vacation rental.
