Beautifully updated home with hotub, pool, BBQ, firepit, plush furniture. Inside, gallery quality photos by your host, a professional photographer, surround you in the natural beauty of Sedona and the greater southwest.

Good location within 20 mins of nearly everything the Sedona Verde Valley has to offer. The kitchen is well stocked, the rooms private, the beds comfy. You'll find everything you need to relax after a long day out exploring those sites you came to experience. Welcome to your home away!

The space
Both bedrooms have king beds with pillow toppers, and desks for the business traveler. The Living Room has a fold-down futon sofa bed suitable for children to small adults, and very plush sofa & loveseat for a very relaxing stay. Please note that due to the pool children are allowed WITH PARENTAL SUPERVISION. Rent at your own risk. Please note that since there is a pool, children are allowed but only WITH STRICT PARENTAL SUPERVISION. You are renting at your own risk.

Great Option for Cottonwood stay!

Very clean and well stocked, hot tub worked great and was very nice, amazing big back yard with pool and fire table feature. We had a great stay here, would definitely return.

Christmas in Cottonwood

The house was just what we needed for a short stay over Christmas. It was convenient to activities in the area and had everything we needed for the couple days we were there. Good communication, well stocked, and beds were very comfortable.

Great Stay in Cottonwood

This house was a perfect location. Far enough from the business and high price point of Sedona, but close enough to enjoy Red Rock State Park and everything else Sedona has to offer. Cottonwood was actually a pretty neat little town and we enjoyed exploring the shops in Old Town as well. The house itself was clean and everything was in great working order. The check in process was easy and the hosts were communicative. We all LOVED the pool as well! We’d definitely stay here again!

Quiet stay in beautiful setting.

Nice home but could use some updates to BBQ and outdoor fire pit. We did all our cooking at the house, so missed having some essential kitchen items, such as a colander, bowls to mix or serve salad in. Could use some additional washcloths and towels. Artwork was beautiful throughout the home! Nice stay overall.

Soap in bathroom was watered down. Fridg mad alot of noise and did not dispense ice. Did not care for micro fiber towels. Tub in master bath drained very slow. On the other side we enjoyed everything. The hot tub was great and beds we're comfortable. House was very clean. Short on tp. Had to buy more. 4 women need more tp. Over all we had a wonderful time . We'd come back

Great Stay

Everything was clean and exactly as the photos show. The hosts were very responsive during our stay. We would definitely return. Also, Ian’s photography throughout the home was stunning!

Relaxing getaway.

The property was clean and beautifully decorated. The backyard was an oasis with shaded seating, a pool to cool off in and a hot tub for the cooler evenings. The location is close to many activities. The hosts, Lisa and Ian, responded quickly when we had questions. Overall a great vacation!

Great stay- able to enjoy Cottonwood, Sedona, and made a trip to the Grand Canyon. The pictures accurately reflect the property- actually my wife thinks the property was actually nicer than the pictures. Pool was great and amazing stars at night. Everything was easy

Comfortable home

This house was just as described and everything was very comfortable. The photographs on the walls were remarkable! The pool area is very quiet and relaxing. If you prefer to cook your meals, there are some basic ingredients in the kitchen. If you prefer hiking, Sedona is a short drive away and then you can come back and enjoy the pool and hot tub! My family and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Comfortable. I think you have a critter trying to claw into hom West side near that bedroom closet. I COULD HEAR IT AT NIGHT. Awesome Place

This home was perfect for our party ….four adults and one grandchild. It was spotlessly clean, super comfortable. Outside….has a great pool and hot tub, a grill and fire table, private fence and lots of seating options. Inside- the housekeeping staff clearly made extra effort to make everything clean, and added nice design touches such as the throw blankets were positioned artfully by the couches, the placemats on the table were placed at angles, and the magazines were fanned out. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! The artwork in the house…photographs of local AZ scenery by the owner are amazing! We were able to park our rental car in the garage, which was a major bonus. Everything was comfortable, clean, well cared for and the location is perfect for access to Sedona, Grand Canyon and other fun activities such as horseback riding nearby.

We had a great time in Cottonwood! The house was great and well stocked. The pool was nice (but freezing cold) and we spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The beds were super comfy and the backyard is excellent for getting together. Highly recommend!!

House is beautiful, but could be cleaner. Fridge, dishes and pool / spa could use TLC. The pots and pans all had food residue on them. There is not guest info log, just poorly written “notes” around the house. The pool constantly has the hose and “bot” in it. The WI-FI and trash directions were outdated - trash was full. AC had a control on it to set temp no lower than 68

We stayed at this property to attend a wedding at The Barn. It was close and had everything needed!

Two adult couples stayed in this property to attend a wedding. It was enough room for everyone to have their own space and everything we needed. We didn’t get to utilize the pool because the weather was a bit cold, but we did utilize the hot tub. It was great after dancing the night away at the wedding. We’re no spring chickens anoymore.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

We just came back from one of our best family vacations ever! We felt at home the moment we walked through the door. The home is in a perfect location! Within a short drive you can be in Sedona, Old Town Cottonwood, haunted Jerome, or on a hiking adventure. The home is beautifully decorated yet very comfortable and homey. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their space if needed and everything you need is there! Utensils, linens, washer and dryer, even pool floaties!! Speaking of the pool... WOW! We had so much fun as a family just relaxing in the pool and gazing out at the hills in the near distance. The hot tub was a special treat after a busy day and the grill came in handy for a quick home cooked meal. We are looking forward to staying there again hopefully in the near future. Thank you for making our first family vacation to Arizona one to remember forever!

Convenient with good amenities

The home came exactly as advertised. Great location for day trips to Sedona and Jerome. Short drive to restaurants and retail in Cottonwood. We enjoyed the spacious backyard with a new hot tub, a grill, and a fire pit. Too cold for a dip in the pool but it looked very nice and very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing house with awesome amenities!

Ian and Lisa have a beautiful property just outside of Sendona. It is well designed, clean and has excellent amenities! The back patio has a lovely pool, hot tub, and fire table. The inside has all the necessary amenities to enjoy TV, movies, cooking and games. Ian and Lisa were great hosts! They communicated with us and answered any questions we had. We would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a great stay near Sedona.

Just what we needed

Very nice house inside and out. Property is definitely kept clean and everything updated. We chose this spot so we could go into Sedona for day hiking and not have to pay the prices of the Sedona rentals, but after staying here, this place has it all! Huge backyard with a pool, and enough chair’s & tables for entertaining, although it was so cold during our stay we didn’t even venture out in the backyard. Beds where super comfy, kitchen well stocked and it sits right on the corner. Definitely recommend this property

Hi, my name is Lisa, and I am from Saginaw, Michigan originally and moved to Arizona in 1976. Ian and I met in Sedona, so it's a very special place to us! Ian was born in England, but grew up in Southern California, where he first learned to view the world through the eyes of a camera. He later moved to Lake Tahoe where he lived for about 10 years working as an electrician for the ski resorts, and also as a home builder. Ian has designed and built 3 homes here in Sedona. The home we are offering to you, he completely renovated. Now we are pleased to be able to offer it to you. :-)

Ian has displayed his fine art large format photography in galleries in Sedona and Carmel, Ca. Some of this artwork hangs on the walls of this home. Ian has also offered Landscape photography instruction tours in Sedona and areas of the south-west.

Today, we own and operate an Architectural Photography business in Sedona and the surrounding areas. The images on this site are examples of our work. We also own a home in Panama and spend time there.

This home is conveniently located with good amenities. Its easy to find, just far enough from the Hwy to not have the noise, but close enough to get where you are wanting to go without much hassle. Sedona, the Page Springs wineries, and Jerome are popular destinations all around 20 minutes from the home. Cute up and coming downtown Cottonwood, built along the Verde River and Dead Horse Ranch State Park with its lagoons and many hiking trails, are even closer. You can access the Verde River Natural Area from the end of downtown at the curb.
