The minute you gave us a list of your complaints and deficiencies we began working on them. VRB) gives us your credit card information but we do not process it until we can call you to confirm with the security code on the back of your credit card. I'm sorry you find out security measure annoying. The difference in your cost can only be attributed to the VRBO Travelers Fee. We do not and never have increased any line items on outside travel sites. We have been in business in Pismo Beach for 21 years without complaints or negative references about our fiduciary responsibilities. We have a stellar standing with the Better Business Bureau and local government municipalities. We manage about 140 units overall. There is no he said she said: there are only facts. The owner came in on your heels and we provided her with a list of all of deficiencies you named so she may correct. The weak WIFI is clearly the responsibility of the provider. Typically unplugging the router and plugging it back in is a great assist. However, the equipment may need to be upgraded and we are looking into that. We are just updating and replacing the information sheets for the units - they should be completed and posted by month end. The WIFI password is almost always on the router these days (btw). And yes, our beach is one of 10 beaches in the United States where you may drive on the beach and is a substantial draw to the central coast. That does not extend to the Pismo or Avila area where there are fabulous beaches and much newer vacation rentals.
