Clean, modern and with a cozy greeting, this house is perfectly situated on a corner lot with plenty of parking on the driveway and on the street. This relaxing space has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, and it sleeps 8 very comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home. There is a beautiful expandable table, with plenty of room to accommodate your guests and plenty of counter space to set up your buffet.
The home is fully stocked with all the necessities of a home including bedding and linens. The washer and dryer are in the garage just off the kitchen. While waiting for your laundry, you can play a quick ping pong match! The closed back yard with BBQ will give you the privacy you desire and finger likin food you have been waiting to cook for your friends and family!Here, you will be minutes away from some of the central coast's best hiking trails, restaurants and wineries, not to mention the Monarch Preserve (Nov.-Feb.) and the most beautiful beach on the west coast. Wonderful stay!!

House had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds and bedding. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Wish the front patio area was gated for my small children, but other than that it was an awesome stay. Would stay again and highly recommend to others.

Wonderful stay with my adult kids

The house was perfect, very clean, comfortable beds and myself and 3 adult kids & spouses had a great time around the large kitchen table and outdoor table as well. Did not hear excessive traffic noise and the ping pong table was fun too!

Overall great experience

The beginning we had issues with the keys, but Antonia the property manager was very helpful and kind and solved the issue for us. The house itself was great and we highly recommend anyone who wants to be close to the beach to rent this place.

Great owners and very clean/comfortable

Have stayed at this rental before and had such a great experience we decided to return. This time, the backyard was renovated and WONDERFUL for my two small kids. Beds are comfy and kitchen/bathrooms are well stocked. Wish there was a TV in the master bedroom, but other than that, we most definitely enjoyed our stay. Hope to return in the future and would highly recommend.

Great for families

Our family had a wonderful time at this home. The home was well stocked and Jamie was excellent at responding to questions before we arrived (checking to see if there was a crock pot and other supplies). We walked to the beach every day. My young nieces collected many shells to display in the front of the house. Large table in the kitchen was perfect for all of us to gather around. Will definitely rent from again. :-)

Excellent for family

The house was fully stocked. Perfect for family's or couples. Very close to town and the beach. Pleasantly surprised by all the toys to occupy my four year old tucked away. We love to cook and have rented tons of vacation properties this was one of the most well stocked homes we have stayed in. We would defiantly go back the home was cozy and perfect full of everything you need to get away and enjoy the central coast. We will be back!

Great home for a big group!

I enjoyed my 32nd birthday at the Wallace's house this weekend. My crew appreciated the short walk to coffee and the beach. As well as all the space in the house where we could be together. A bonus is the house is completely accessible with one of our friends being a chair user. Jamie warned us about the neighbors and we kindly stepped inside at 9:30pm instead of 10pm but still got a complaint at 9:36pm. Otherwise, a perfect weekend location for a group wanting to enjoy the Pismo/Slo area. Thanks Wallace's!

Not Quite as Advertised

The overall stay was OK, but there were lots of little things that accumulated over time to reduce the please of the stay. There was nothing that was glaringly an issue, but things like far too little toilet paper, front door not unlocking with key so had to enter and exit through the garage, a fairly large number of spiders around the house, spices that has expiration date of 2015, dull knives, haphazard storage of kitchen items, not enough foil, baggies or some sort of container for food storage - we know that some of these things are hit and miss at rentals, but it seemed like there was little care given to the property and many things seemed like an after thought. Would we stay again? Probably, but would certainly look into other places first. At least now we know what we are getting into.

Comfortable home near the beach

This turned out to be a good fit for our family’s needs. We were in town for a memorial. The house was comfortable, kitchen was well appointed And had a good sized table. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding. We enjoyed both the bocce ball and pingpong tables. It was nice to have the BBQ. A short walk to the beach and we could enjoy long walks on the sand. We could stay there again

Great Stay, but Prepare for Invasive Questions

I really enjoyed the place. It was exactly as described. Convenient location, comfortable beds, very clean, and well maintained. However, I was asked to sign several additional documents after applying and was required to submit the names of every person coming onto the property. It was much more burdensome than I am accustomed to. However, I would still recommend the stay and note that aside from the annoying paperwork: the owners are friendly, communicative, and accommodating.

Really nice house with big comfortable rooms. We enjoyed playing ping pong and bacci and bbq. Kitchen was clean with lots of dishware and cookware. Quick drive to the beach. Would love to stay again.

Birthday Getaway

This was our first venture out since the COVID-19 pandemic began. I was pretty apprehensive to be honest. I arrived with my cleaning products in a tote bag, just in case. The home was so clean and smelled so good when we walked in that we never even touched that bag! We had a wonderful time in the home. We loved its proximity to Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande and everything the area has to offer. We even stayed in one night, made use of the outdoor grill and played a few rounds of bocce ball. It was a lovely experience and Jamie was a joy to work with. We can't wait to visit again!

Perfect family beach getaway

Clean, safe and nicely-appointed home that's less than five minutes from Grover Beach. We booked this property for its excellent location and generous sleeping accommodations. There were four adults and three young children (all under 4 years of age). Thanks for hosting us - we'll need to come back again!
