Everything was great except for I missed the part in the listing that says you can’t get the air conditioner below 70. It’s on us for not seeing it. We don’t mind 70 during the day, but we can’t sleep while sweating. So if you’re OK with sleeping hot this place is great.

Great location on the beach!

Loved the deck! Great place to enjoy the view and so easy to access the beach! The grandkids loved the pool!

Excellent location!

This condo is steps from the beach, if you forgot something, its a quick walk back. It's close to restaurants, shopping and activities as well. We loved it.

Best Location in Gulf Shores!

We absolutely love Sunrise Village! We were so lucky to have a unit right in the water. Literally, six steps down and our toes were in the sand. Across the street is a convenience store, ice cream parlor, restaurant and FRESH cook to order seafood shop. Our condo was clean and comfortable and the balcony was an awesome bonus! We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Gulf Shores!

Yearly Reset

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at this property. Balcony is priceless. The views are breathtaking. Coffee every morning, dinner many nights. We love the short walk to the water. We love the entire complex is small and your car is directly below your condo. We love you can walk across the street to a store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream! What more do you need? If you do need more you are not far at all to many restaurants and shops but we like this side is not quite as busy as the Orange Beach side. Thank you! We will be back!

The view was beautiful, we enjoyed it a lot. Few things we didn’t like couch not comfortable had backache most time when using. There were stains on my sheets with sand in bed. When opened the fridge it had a very bad odor, put 2 boxes baking soda in fridge but when cleaning it found hamburger dated 11-22. Over all it was great

2020 Covid-19 Heaven

This property was wonderful. We used the balcony EVERY DAY! Close to the beach, a small property so you felt social distancing was easy. The fish market across the street cooks your meal and we walked across the street, picked it up and ate on our balcony every night. The kitchen table and chairs were really kind of cheapy and wobbling and we were glad we did not have children climbing on them, I do not think they would have held. We wished there were another chair or 2 on the balcony but other than that we loved it!

Sunrise Village

Location was good. The room is not what was expected. Bedrooms was small couldn’t hardly get between foot of bed and dresser, had to crawl over bed to get to other side and bed was not comfortable at all. It took 30 minutes to get into room, couldn’t get door unlocked and then when did you had to slam it to shut it. Maintance had to come trice to try and fix it still didn’t get fixed. We left two days early. Was not worth the rental amount we paid.

Amazing location

My mom, 2 kids and I enjoyed our week at 110 Sunrise Village. The walk to the beach and the view of the beach from the balcony were amazing. I knew by the online description that the condo was going to be small, but we were a little shocked with how small! We did not even unpack because of the small bedroom space. There is one closet in a bedroom, but the other closet is locked by the owner. The bathroom is tiny and the toilet is short. The furniture in the living room looked like it had seen better days. We avoided the chair and put a sheet over the couch to sit on it. The wall behind the couch is busted and it just looked bad. I drive an Armada and I was not able to pull all the way under the parking space. It looked like other units may be taller. We only had one car and it was not a problem for us. Otherwise we loved it, we would definitely go back! The beach was not near as crowded in front of condo as it was down further on both sides.

Stay in Gulf Shores

While we had a great time in Gulf Shores, the unit we stayed in was very outdated. Maintenance doesn't seem to be a concern when it comes to this unit. Kitchen dishes need to be stocked. We struggled cooking with what is provided. Carpet in bedroom is in bad shape and doesn't look as though it has been cleaned in a long time. Tile flooring in living room is cracked and pinched my feet when i stepped on it barefooted. Bathroom vent was so full of dust that I am surprised the motor has not overheated. There was dust built-up that had to take a long time to accumulate. There is a large space under the entry door-threshold needs replaced. We had to clean the outside of the kitchen window to be able to look out and view the ocean. No screens in any windows. We had to replace the batteries in the remotes to watch TV. The TV in the living room wouldn't work for one day but we worked on the connecting wires and got it working again.

Beach vacation

We have always loved Sunrise Village. This was our 4th time staying on the property. Unfortunately it has definitely gone down hill. Cleanliness in the unit was not up to par nor was the cleanliness on the property. Pool was a mess several different days and never saw someone there cleaning or picking up. Trash can in the parking lot was not emptied a few different days. It is right next to the main staircase so the smell as we entered and exited was not pleasant. The condo overall has just not been kept up. It was not very clean and the furnishings were inadequate. For example: the refrigerator/freezer has a defrosting issue and things in the refrigerator were soaked in water multiple days and ruined some of our groceries from water sitting on/in them. They have a 2 slice toaster, only 1 side worked and that side was not doing a great job. The front door was hard to open upon arrival-nowhere in the check in instructions did it say you had to turn the lock to the left after typing in the code to gain access. It was just after 5 when we arrived so the office was closed for the day and it was hard to get ahold of someone after hours. Even with the proper procedures the door is hard to open and latch.

Beach/ocean front yard.

Perfect stay for 3. Just the right size and right on the beach. I was a little worried when we first pulled up. The outside isn’t that fancy but that doesn’t bother me. The inside was perfect & very clean. Had the appropriate amount of bath towels, dishes, cookware, and appliances worked perfect. Ice maker worked well, stove, microwave, dish washer & Washer & dryer were great. Both Beds slept good. The mattress with the fold out couch wasn’t the best but after doubling up the 2 extra comforters in the closet and using It on the mattress, it made it sleepable. Standing on the front porch you are directly on the beach 30 second walk to the ocean. You also have full view of the beach/ocean from your porch which is a big plus when taking kids. Sacrificing room size, etc.. to have this convenient location was well worth it. I will never rent a condo across the street again no matter how luxurious. If you’re on the beach and left something in the room, had to use the bathroom, wanted to grab a snack, a drink, an extra towel, or anything, you didn’t have to walk across the street, wait for an elevator and stop at every other floor till you get to get to your room. Also, Directly across the street (maybe a 2 min walk) you have a little convenient store and a restaurant. You are close to the souvenir shops & restaurants. You are only allowed 1 parking spot. It’s big enough to fit (bumper to bumper) 2 cars. We drove a dodge caravan and it was a snug parking space. I could have pulled all the way up and would have enough room to park another car behind it, but again it’s snug. I still had no complaints because your parking spot is directly below your room and you’re not out searching for a spot in a parking garage. Will reserve again. Thank you

Fun little place for a get away.

The beds were super comfy. Perfect little place for a friends get away. The washer an dryer were ok. Very small an the dryer takes a while to dry anything. An the shower head was not to good. But we overall had a great time!!

Sunrise Village -Gulf Shores

Pros: Nice Condo for 6 with the sofa bed. (Can’t say if the sofa bed was comfortable as we did not use it.) The beds were comfy! The condo is directly on the beach. We loved the view from the balcony & watching activity on the beach. It’s nice & breezy in the evening. The rocking patio chairs provided a nice place to sit in the evenings. . The balcony is shaded most of the day. Cons: The condo is for 6 people but there is only seating for 4 at the table. Could use 2 more chairs, or TV trays to accommodate 6 people. The kitchen could use some organization. Pots, pans, & large bowls just seem to be shoved into the cabinets. The bathroom is very small. Although pretty, the shower curtain was too long & a trip hazard due to the narrowness of the bathroom. There is no soap dish for the bathroom. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay in Gulf Shores if you do not require an elevator.

Loved the room and location.

The stay at sunrise village room110 was wonderful. The room was exactly as advertised. Very nice and pleasant. Right on the beach, store right across the street to grab what we neded without having to drive into town. Close enough to town we could have walked with no trouble. We hope to go back again soon.

Stay away snowbirds

Constant noise. The owner above my unit let themselves into our unit while we were away without notification. We call that "breaking and entering" where I come from. No more Alabama for me.

We loved every single part of this place! The location was fabulous. You are a short drive/walk to food! The property is ON the beach just a few steps from the sand! We’ve stayed in these units before but never in 110. Now we will ONLY stay in 110!
