¡Bienvenido a Sunrise Village 103!

Esta unidad de dos dormitorios y un baño duerme seis con un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Condo tiene muchas actualizaciones de decoración! Nuevo 40 "HD SMART TV con DVD en la sala de estar. ¡NETFLIX disponible con su propia cuenta! Muy cerca de la playa ... ¡a solo 2 puertas de la playa!

¡Pintura fresca, azulejos nuevos y decoración en todas partes! ¡Televisores de pantalla plana montados en la pared en cada habitación, con dormitorio frontal con pantalla plana de 40 "y Playstation 3 (nuevo 19 de octubre)!

Las habitaciones incluyen nuevos colchones mejorados para la máxima comodidad y relajación. ¡Relojes de carga USB en las habitaciones y tomas de carga USB en la cocina también!

La cocina está bien equipada con electrodomésticos de calidad y equipada con todo lo esencial. Tendrás una Keurig de una taza y el Sr. Cafetera Cafetera de 12 tazas disponible.

Excellent family stay

This was an excellent stay. It was clean and was just as described. There was construction on the third floor but they kept the noise between business hours. There were 3 adults and two teenagers so it was perfect.

The condo was the perfect hub for our trip. We had 2 condos with a total of 7 people. We are breakfast and lunch in the condo and had plenty of space. We will definitely be back.

Great location

Such a great location! So close to the beach and even during the busiest part of summer the condo didn’t feel crowded with people and usually only 1-2 people at the pool or nobody there. Only complaint is the floors were sandy when we got there and the bedroom/bathroom was really cramped for our family but overall great place and would stay here again!

Neat and Convenient

This unit was clean and neat. It was conveniently located across from a grocery store, seafood market and bar and grill. Best of all it is right on the beach. Also, it is just a short drive to many attractions, restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Village#103. I did appreciate the appliances they have a avilable for you. Regular coffee make (not a Keurig like in the post we saw). It has pots, pans a pitcher for making tea or lemonade. Two huge closets in both bedrooms. They provided us plenty of towels. It really was steps away from the sand. There is construction going on, but it wasnt too bothersome for us. The location is perfect for those who dont feel or want to drive anywhere. The Restaurant, Seafood Market, ice cream shop and the convenience store is literally across the street!! That was a bonus.

Great Stay!

Great location within vicinity to all activities and restaurants. The Condo was super close to the beach. We are a family of five and the only complaint I have is the unit had 1 bathroom. Complete oversight on my part when booking. But! If you are a smaller family, the condo would be perfect for you!

Everything was ‘as advertised’. Being right on the water is the most important requirement. I like the digital lock checkin procedure. I wish that the pool was a bit bigger. We will consider this when booking for next summer. Thank you.

Spring Break

If you are looking for a place that is steps away from the sand, this is it. Was located perfectly for our kids… steps away from the beach to the condo for quick bathrooms breaks with kids or making lunch. The bathroom has some improvements needed with the shower faucets and some minor improvements needed, but for the cost and the location…. You can’t beat it.
