All of the communication was top notch, our unit was very clean and as pictured. Location is exceptional! We would highly recommend as you can walk anywhere! Only suggestion I have to replace the throw pillows on the sofa, they have seen their day.....inexpensive easy update. Other than that, it is pristine, with very comfortable beds. We loved it!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the deck is beautiful. It's very nice to have a more private pool just a few steps away. Unfortunately, the house was not very clean upon arrival- particularly countertops, tabletops, windows, floors, and sitting surfaces. The hot water heater is not sufficient for the unit. Showers had to be planned and staggered to avoid cold showers.

Loved the beach and pool access! Walking distance to the lake, Seaside, shopping and restaurants. The area was beautifully decorated for the holidays which were great picture moments, especially for the teens!

Very disturbing. I also had about 5 bug bites on my leg, three of which were in a straight line on my left thigh. This made me wonder if there might be bed bugs. We had a wonderful vacation, but concerned about these issues.

Good getaway, large space.

Nice place. Very clean. Access to beach is superb. Has a decent view of beach from 2nd floor balcony. Lots of utensils. Nice bedding. Plenty of bath towels. We enjoyed the layout. We were contacted by the Mgmt company for repairs that we did not schedule (bed slats broken and door lock repairs). And though scheduled (interrupting us) neither appointment was kept and we were left ghosted by the repairman. Didn’t bother us much, but as others mentioned, there are no beach towels, nor beach gear. The water wash off for the beach is at the pool. And, the Wifi was bismal during our stay. Some of the patio furniture needs a little TLC. For a week stay, they could offer a little bit more for soap, paper products, etc. For the premium price, there are better stays in Watercolor. 3.5

The property is nice in a great location. There was an issue with the wifi not functioning when we arrived but the management company took care of it in a timely manner. Recommend this property and will probably stay here again.

Poor Management and Not Well Equipped

You are required to download an app to get simple information for the property. A single email would have sufficed. Check-in: 5:00 PM check in sucks out loud. When we did get the code, two of the three doors did not function. One was deadbolted from the inside and the other completely inoperable. It took us some time to locate the third door by the parking spot to finally gain access. We alerted the management company the day of check in, and they did not send anyone until we called again two days later. Overall, check in was a cluster. The property was as described, clean but minimally equipped. NO BEACH TOWELS - the VBRO listing says towels are included, only to get a last minute text to bring your own! The property includes the bare minimum of bathroom towels for the number of people the beds accommodate - no service for our almost week long stay. The bathrooms have no mats, so you are burning towels just to have something to step on out of the shower. For the price and length of stay, ONE roll of paper towels, a few trash bags and only two rolls of low-rent toilet paper per restroom were inadequate. Bottom line, we didn't expect to spend a few hours of our vaca getting basic supplies for us and our guests. I really wish I could rate our stay higher, I do, the location and property were perfect for our mission. The terrible check in, lack of basic supplies, and count down texts for the early check out made us wish we chose differently. I recommend the property owner reassess the management company and amenities provided to your high-valued guests. I wish I could say for the property, we will be back, but we will not. Looking at different options for next year.

The location was amazing so quick to walk into Seaside. The views are beautiful. Appliances all worked well. We were 4 adults and 3 kids with ample space. Community pool was warm and so close. Thanks for a great stay. Only critique was regarding brief (ONLY 20 min) delay entry into the property. We know staffing is tough these days, but had frozen items when we arrived at 5 PM.

Great location and beautiful space

This unit fit our family wonderfully with my in laws, plus our college kids with their friends, and our tween. Enough space for us all. It’s a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops and the pools. While the sand dune is beautiful that is my only thumbs down, was to not be able to actually see the beach from the unit. You can most definitely hear the waves and see a little bit of water from the balcony but no beach view. The watercolor area is a great place and the unit provided four bikes to explore which we took advantage of. We will be back.
