Welcome to 'Top of the Palms!'
This location can't be beat! About as close as you can get to the beach in WaterColor! Upon arrival, you'll never have to get in your car again! Everything is within walking distance!, literally just steps from the WaterColor Beach Club entrance! Sleeps up to 11 guests!
This condo is a 5-minute walk and a 2-minute bike ride to Seaside's town center. This unit is located above The Wine Bar and Scratch kitchen, some of the best food on 30A! Steps to fine dining at FOOW, and an even shorter walk to the TIKI Bar, the Gathering Spot, the Beach Cow Café, Beach Happy Café and more! With kids it is a very convenient walk back to the condo from the beach for a lunch break or a nap! Venture over to Cerulean Park where there are large shade trees and fountains abounding. A few steps further is the WaterColor Boathouse where you can rent stand up paddle boards, kayaks, go fishing and more!
From the beautiful Gulf views, coastal furnishings, expansive wrap around porch, fireplace, two king bedrooms (plus two full over full size built-in bunks in the 3rd bedroom), to the open-concept floor plan perfect for entertaining, dining and relaxing - plus board games for the family's enjoyment - this fully-equipped unit is the perfect spot for memories to be made!
This GORGEOUS condo is situated in the Beach District of the WaterColor community, making for unrivaled access to WaterColor's numerous amenity offerings (the WaterColor Beach Club, Boathouse, Camp WaterColor, etc. just to name a few)! This is a single-story corner unit (on the 3rd of three floors of the building) so no one is above you or directly beside you (stairs separate the next unit).
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee machines, and a dining area + a spacious living area with doors that open on to the lovely porch. HD smart TVs are in the living room and bedrooms so renters can access their own Neflix, Apple TV, and other programming accounts easily.

This house comes with a maximum of 6 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.
ACCOMMODATION DETAILS (Sleeps 9 Guests):
-Master bedroom with King bed & love seat with Twin trundle + en suite bathroom with large glass shower and dual vanities, walk-in closet
-Second King bedroom + en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination
-Third bedroom with one set of built-in Full-over-Full bunk beds

Guest access
Guests will have access to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, adults-only pool, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf, and it leads directly to the WaterColor beach!
Guests will also have access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! This entire establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. There are 7 additional pools you will have access to throughout the community as well.
Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. This condo comes with 6 wristbands.
-Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-All WaterColor condos have unassigned parking tags that work for parking anywhere throughout the WaterColor community.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons.
