OCEANFRONT Waves- Sea Isle Hills Dr. El lujo y la comodidad son las características de esta espaciosa casa frente al mar. Este buque insignia de cuatro niveles le brinda el espacio para grandes reuniones y privacidad cuando lo necesite. Entras a la casa desde el camino de entrada doble y la cochera donde hay dos duchas al aire libre y una fabulosa piscina privada. El nivel del dormitorio principal tiene cuatro dormitorios grandes y tres baños completos. Hay una habitación con literas dobles, una con dos camas individuales y dos suites queen con puertas correderas a la terraza oceanside. Suba los escalones hasta una gran sala con sistema de cine en casa con 52 "LCD / HDTV con reproductor de DVD y sonido envolvente, techos abovedados, tragaluces y vistas ilimitadas del océano. Una gran cocina y comedor hacen que este sea el lugar perfecto para que la familia y los amigos se estiren. Beautiful location

We had a great time in Waves. The house was perfect for us. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. The beach was beautiful and very close by. The walk to the beach is not easy. Carrying a lot is very difficult. The pool and hot tub were also nice. There are a lot of stairs and the decking is in rough shape. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Summer House

I would have given it 5stars BUT the decking on the house has some issues. Otherwise it was a great stay. The managers are AMAZING. They were in constant communication. The house was the perfect size for us. Just a word of warning: if you have bad knees do not book. You do have to go over the dune, which is a beast, to get to the beach.

Very nice location

The weather was bad the week we were there, but the house was nice and as described. Lots of room in the living area for big groups! Nice open kitchen area, easy to work in. The walk to the beach is not far but it is uphill.

Very nice stay

We where only there two days before we had to evacuate. I know it was the end of the season , but kitchen could have been cleaner. The rest of the house was neat and clean. Beach was beautiful and relaxing. Didn’t know paths to the beach from rest of neighborhood where on each side of home. We did spend two good days there. Nice experience, it was our first time to the outer banks.

beautiful.home on the beach with the most magnificent sunrises ever seen. house is large,pretty,has everything you need and more. was very clean. there are alot of stairs in home and of course its a 3 level home so would have and a hill up dune to beach is a bit tough,just a warning for anyone who may have a tough time with that. but over all a beautiful home with a spectacular view in a lovely area. I highly recommend this place and would rent there again!!!

The house is gorgeous and well stocked. The immediate beach is inaccessible because the dune drops straight off. The washing machine tore up on Monday and was still inoperable Saturday at departure.

Property cleanliness

The property was in terrible shape when we arrived. It hadn’t been cleaned since the previous occupants were there. There were toe nail clippings by the bed. Feces left in the toilets and there was even a plastic ziplock bag by the stairs full of feces and napkins. The floors were covered in dead bugs and dirt. I have pictures. It took us over 2.5 hours to clean and make it livable. I attempted to call the reality company and it’s been a week and a 2 days and still no calls or answers. The pool was nice. The beach was nice. The beds were ok. But worst of all the cleaning/reality company put my whole family at risk of contacting Covid 19 due to not cleaning.

Beautiful Home

The only reason I gave cleanliness a 4 star rating had nothihg to do with the cleanliness of the home. The side door to the hot tub and the sliding glass doors in the great room has mold around them from weather erosion inside the home. It rained rather hard one day we were there and water leaked through the sliding glass doors inside the home. I just placed a towel in front of the door. The location and home itself is absolutely beautiful! I did contact the office our firsr full day there to let them know the outside lights by the hot tub was not working. I had to contact them again our 3rd day after we found our neighbors swimming in our pool! The property manager at Surf or Sound very quickly contacted the management to our neighbors home after the neighbors initially refused to get out, saying they were told it was a shared pool (it is not shared). Vacasa manages that home and yes, they actually do have their listing of the home as having a shared pool when in fact, there is not. Our manager even made a stop at our home to ensure it was taken care of within just a few hours. Overall we had a wonderful experience. One we will never forget!

Great location, needed better housekeeping

Great location, great pool and hot tub. Had water leaking around living room balcony door, carpet was wet for a few days, had an ant issue in kitchen, lost about $100 worth of snacks/duck donuts due to ants. Other then that, we had a blast!

Suntana is a perfect getaway for large families!

We enjoyed our stay. The management quickly solved the few issues that arose. Some small housekeeping details were a bit lacking, but overall it was a very nice home to rent. The owners have a wonderful "library" of books around the house, and many puzzles and games. Great location. It is recommended for the value, too.

Nights in Rodanthe

Lovely location, we were a short walk from the beach. The pool was lovely but to cold to swim. The hot tub was great. The house needs some updates and a deep cleaning but was just an unbelievable location. There are dvd movies, games, books and puzzles available. Dolphins swam in front of the house early mornings. You can walk to delicious food at Watermans! You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Shortened Stay

Although the place could use some updating, we were not that worried about that, and unfortunately our stay was delayed by a hurricane, the time we spent here was very enjoyable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were great and having the ocean so close was awsome as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this home that is very close to the beach.

The property does lack exterior maintenance and could use a really good powerwashing. The wildlife nearby was an awesome surprise. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the pool was nice. The beach access is shared by neighboring properties so it's good to be aware others are walking in "your" backyard. All in all, well worth the cost to stay for the week.
