FRENTE AL MAR Salvo- Colonia Dr. Pensarás que es CASI PARADISE EN SALVO desde el momento en que llegas y hueles el aire fresco del océano. La piscina frente al mar atrae mientras descarga sus cosas en el nivel del dormitorio, convenientemente ubicado en el primer nivel de la casa. Elija entre un dormitorio con una cama king o dos camas queen, ambas compartiendo un baño con bañera de hidromasaje. Los niños pueden elegir la habitación con una litera piramidal o la cama grande, ambas compartiendo un baño en el pasillo. La lavadora / secadora de Alta Eficiencia (HE) también se encuentra convenientemente ubicada en este nivel en el cuarto de lavado con un segundo refrigerador para almacenar bebidas y alimentos adicionales. Arriba hay una suite principal con control deslizante a la cubierta frente al mar. La gran sala está acentuada con vigas y vigas de madera que acentúan una chimenea de piedra. The house was in a great location and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook and we appreciated the ice machine. The house has a comfortable layout and the pool area is great.

We had a great time

Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and had everything we needed. Pool lots of fun, and easy access to a great beach. We loved it.

Overall the house was beautiful, couple of small things, the pool area could have been a lot cleaner.. pine needles everywhere and chairs were dirty with no cushions, none of the ceiling fans on the top floor worked for the entire week. The deck furniture was kinda of tossed everywhere, including blocking the top level gate when we arrived.and most of the windows seals were filled with blown sand and hard to open. But the house itself was beautiful, spacious and had plenty of games and comfortable seating with great views. The beds were comfy for all of us, washer/dryer worked great. Plenty of room for all of us, 7 adults and 1 small child. Kithrn had everything you would need, and the hot tub was enjoyable. Would rent and work with surf and sound in the future.

Amazing sunrises

Three generations of family. Loved watching the sun rise from all rooms. Having the beach all to ourselves and it being just over the dune was perfect. The stroll over the dune can be challenging if you have any problem with walking or breathing. House had everything we needed

The property was in a great location. The beach was right over the dunes. The house was nice, but definitely needs some updating. There was a burner on the stove that didn't work, not all the jets in hot tub worked, plus the headrests were gone. The upstairs strongly smelled of dog and the gate on the top deck had a broken spindal and dragged on the deck when you tried to open it. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed to make meals.

Loved the house but the grill was a state park style cemented to the ground uneven charcoal grill. I would have brought my own if I had known.

While we were loading up our car at 9 o’clock in the morning, the pool man came and gathered up inflatable toys from the swimming pool, destroyed them and put them in the trash. They were brand new. It was before our checkout time. I have repeatedly reached out to the management company to resolve the situation and have been completely ignored. They will not respond. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.The hot tub was working, but in disrepair.

Home is very comfortable but starting to show the need for general updating. Living room furniture worn. deck railings throughout are loose or missing, picnic table upper level damaged. (Surf & Sound attended to removing the damaged wood but table remained unuseable). Elctrical outlets non functioning in upper level bathroom.

Everything was great, the house is perfect.

Our experience renting this property could not have been better. The agent is very responsive and easy to work with, we would definitely enjoy working with them again next year.

Was an awesome family week vacation, the best past was they accommodated our two mini Dachshunds. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend this location.

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay. Getting to beach was easy. The deck was great to sit on at night and having the pool was great for the kids. Driving to super market was the only real issue but we knew going in that this would be a 20 minute drive. Some things needed to be repaired but weren't a game changer.
