Verdaderamente hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene una ocupación de 4 adultos y 2 niños en el lujoso Sonoran Spa Resort en Sandy Beach. Aqui podra encontrar todo lo necesario para sus vacaciones agradables, todo muy bien amueblado y decorado. Gran cocina y asientos en la zona del desayuno. Bonita zona de comedor y sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y vistas al mar a traves de las puertas dobles de cristal de gran tamanio. El dormitorio principal tiene banio privado con baniera y toallas 100% de algodon. Ducha separada y excelentes vistas al mar que exuberan la zona de la piscina y el patio grande.

This condo has stunning sunrise views! All staff were very friendly and accomodating. My husband and I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely book here again.

Sonoran Spa Stay

It was a good stay overall, my kids really enjoyed the beach and pool, we have stayed at this property before (different room) and knew what to expect. We had a problem at check in when they gave the keys to our room a different person who was then refusing to leave, it raised some security concerns to say the least, why don’t they check ID before giving out keys? We had to wait about an hour and a half while the other person moved out and they cleaned the room. We still enjoyed our stay and didn’t let the check in part ruin the rest of our stay.

Beautiful unit

We really enjoyed our stay and the unit was beautiful, but had a few little hiccups. The shower in the master bath had no hot water. The seal on the sliding door in the master bedroom wasn’t quite right, and one night when it was windy it made a roaring noise that was hard to sleep through. We noticed ants in the entryway and in the main bathroom our kids used. And finally, there were no paper towels or cloths of any kind to clean spills (and none provided by the front desk when requested). All of these things seem like they should be easily fixable, and if so, I would gladly stay there again.

Tropical Storm had other plans

I am sure the property was great, but we were unable to stay at the unit as the glass door was broken by a storm before we arrived. We were moved to another unit.

Relaxing retreat

When we arrived everything was smooth from checking in to checking out! Room was amazing and clean. We really didn't leave the resort all that we needed was within walking distance. We plan on returning in October! Great experience thank you!

Plumbing Issues, but

Everything was great - except for significant plumbing issues. 1) No hot water in the master shower. It was cold, and did not get warm no matter how long we ran it. Lukewarm water at master sink. 2) Kid/second bathroom had scalding water at sink. My child turned the water on and actually scalded his hands. I later made the same mistake and Holy moly, it hurt. The hot/cold water shut off under the sink were corroded, so I could not turn down the water. We learned how to use the faucet (angled toward cold side) to use the sink and that was fine, but my kids are 9+. I'd worry with younger kids. 3) Kid/second shower had nice hot water, so we used that shower the whole trip. 4) Water at the kitchen sink was governed and only a trickle came out. We're talking a comically miniscule amount of water, not enough to wash a dish thoroughly or rinse soap from my hands. I might understand water conservation, but the bathroom sink design required the faucet to be on fully in order to get water onto your hands. Overall poor design. 5) Toilet kept backing up and needing to be plunged. Really was a big problem. 6) Clicking noise from master bathroom fan/vent that came and went. Had to keep the door shut to minimize noise. Aside from plumbing issues, it was lovely!

Very clean,

Great location, however master bathroom didn’t have hot water and the toilet wouldn’t flush, and there is zero water pressure in the kitchen. But the view is amazing, it’s super clean and updated!

Loved this condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully updated condo! Comfortable furniture! Comfortable beds! My 9 year old loved the bunk bed! Nicely decorated. Clean kitchen and bathrooms! Ample parking for our UTV and trailer. We felt safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Daniel!

Won't be staying here again

The pictures make this place look really nice, however, we checked in at 1 just to get our wristbands for the pool until the 4:00 check in. At 4 we went to check in and our room wasn't ready, we had to wait till 5. Then get in the room and it wasn't that clean, a lot of sand on the floor still. The shower never got hot, or even warm. No plug for the tub so I couldn't bathe my kids. They had no towels in the room, the arcadia door was broken so we had to only use the one in the master. Wifi didn't work. All this just made it less enjoyable but we still had a fun time. Next time we will try a different resort.

Rocky Point

The front desk staff were extremely helpful as the original room rental was not as we booked months before the trip. The room posted 2 king size beds & when we arrived the owner renovated & changed one of the bedrooms to 2 singles with a top bunk. When I inquired about the rooms the front staff quickly found another room that served our needs. Will definitely be back as the accommodations were very nice & we thoroughly enyoyed our stay at Rocky Point!

The location is beautiful, but the condo itself needs some upgrades. Grout on floors is very dirty, screen doors on patio kept coming off the tracks, kitchen not fully equipped with the basic items and overall the condo could use a facelift. We paid a lot of $ for this unit and expected more

Excellent Weekend!

We LOVED the spacious balcony with comfortable furniture and an amazing view! We LOVED that the master bedroom as well as the living room both open onto the balcony - just so lovely! The apartment is spacious, airy and bright! The check-in experience was very welcoming in a beautiful reception area. We loved that there are at least 5 restaurants that you can easily walk to from the apartment - so easy! There is also a small but well-stocked convenience store right there. The beach is beautiful and clean - loved our morning and evening walks. I hate to rate a one-star for communication but the couple of questions we submitted to the property manager were never answered - but it didn't actually matter - all went smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

Nice place

The slider in living room makes a loud noise like something is scraping on the floor. Bar and restaurant didn’t open till Thursday. We had a blast.

Great balcony with awesome view. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, etc. if eating in is part of your plan. Awesome experience! Would recommend.
