Casa adosada de 3 dormitorios y 2 pisos a 1. 5 cuadras de la playa, el paseo marítimo y el centro de convenciones. Situado en el centro, muchos restaurantes y muelles de atracciones a poca distancia. Tres habitaciones, 2. 5 baños. Excepcionalmente limpio y bien cuidado. Dos espacios de estacionamiento asignados en el garaje. El estacionamiento puede estar disponible en la calle y NO metros! Ducha exterior privada. Dos balcones, uno fuera de la sala de estar, uno fuera del dormitorio principal. Entrada privada Proporcione su propia ropa de cama y toallas.

Perfect place for us within easy walking distance to beach, boardwalk and convention center. The place is spacious, decorated nicely, super clean and has everything you need to make it an enjoyable stay. Will definitely rent here again next year.

We were very happy with our stay. There was plenty of space for all of us, the house was clean, very cozy, I loved the decor, and great location!!! Joan’s wonderful and very helpful. We highly recommend staying here, if you have the opportunity. We were all very happy with our stay and would love to book again in the future.

The pictures and description did not disappoint. The house is beautiful, very clean, super close to the beach and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Joan was very easy to communicate with. My family had a wonderful vacation.

Amazing Property!

We rented this property due to how close it was to the Barefoot Music Festival. This beautiful property exceeded our expectations. Most importantly Joan's communication through out are stay was amazing! The home was obviously well cared for!

Phenomenal

Joan is very responsive and kind. The house is very clean and accommodating with lots of space. The location is very nice and quiet. You can walk to a cafe on the corner or a block and a half to the boardwalk. Had a wonderful stay. This place is a gem, don't hesitate!

A perfect Wildwood stay

It was in a great location, had extra free street parking and was a short walk to the boardwalk. It was very clean and had more then enough space for everyone.

A wonderful week!

My daughter & I had a wonderful time staying at Joan’s home! The place was clean, we had a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and enjoyed how close the home was to everything. Would totally stay here again!!

Family Wildwood Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. Joan was very nice. Location was perfect; and the beds were comfortable. The showers outback had hot water which was a great way to remove the sand comfortably. Looking forward to staying again.

Great place!

A perfect wildwood stay!

Joan is a fantastic person to rent from. We checked in on the day of the wildwood power outage and she kept in constant communication letting us know any provided updates. Her property was beautiful - great location. The home has everything you could want or need.

Perfect Location and House

This house was just as advertised. Close to beach and boardwalk and plenty of amenities. Added bonus was the two parking spots inside the garage. It is rare to find such easy parking in wildwood especially being so close to everything. Joan was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to future stays here!

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is the best part, it’s in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still close to so much, the boardwalk, amusement parks, and stores. The home is clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. Easy check-in. 11a checkout time instead of 10a would be helpful, especially with a bunch of kids. I would come back to this place every year!

Lovely shore trip

Joan was a lovely renter, and the property is perfect for a family shore trip. Home was very clean & well stocked. Beds were comfortable and full kitchen was helpful for our family with young kids. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck in the morning with our coffee & breakfast. Easy 2 block walk to the beach & boardwalk. I think that neighborhood could get rowdy on weekends, but we stayed during the week and the street was mostly quiet at night. We would love to come back again!

Great condo was all we could ask for!

This is a wonderful condo with much to offer! Little details have been well thought out to ensure your comfort. It was clean, convenient to the beach and boardwalk, and nicely decorated. From a well stocked kitchen to the magnifying mirror in the bathroom; from the board games to the beach toys; from the coolers available for use to the backyard showers nothing has been overlooked! We'd highly recommend it!

Perfect Location.

This is our 2nd time staying here and had another amazing stay. We took our own sheets, blankets, and towels but everything else was provided. Kitchen has everything you need. Check in was super easy. It is in a great area with restaurants, liquor stores, and shops right around the corner. Love that everything is walking distance. We didnt move our truck at all. We will be back!

BEST CONDO

We stayed at Joan’s condo for a week in July. We had a fabulous stay. The condo is so close to the boardwalk/beach. It was so incredibly clean. Fantastic communication. Everyone had their own space. I loved that all the beach equipment was available for us to use including chairs, umbrella, toys and even a beach cart. It made our lives so much easier. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Thank you, Joan for a fabulous day and all your recommendations for dinner☺️

Fantastic vacation

**Title: A Perfect Getaway in Wildwood!** We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house in Wildwood, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house is beautifully maintained and very spacious, offering plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were all comfortably furnished, with cozy beds and ample closet space. We especially loved the master suite with its private bathroom, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. The living area was open and inviting, perfect for family game nights or just lounging around after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the dining area was perfect for family breakfasts and dinners. The location of the house was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the local attractions and restaurants that Wildwood has to offer. Overall, this house was a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. It offered all the comforts of home with the perfect beach town vibe. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Wildwood!

June 2022 Stay at Wildwood

My sons, a couple of their friends, and I stayed for two nights at this condo in Wildwood. The location was great and the condo was perfect size. I liked the two floor living. We had a really good time. Joan the owner was responsive and very good to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great home and location!

We had a wonderful stay at Joan's property! The house was extremely clean and spacious, and it had everything we needed. We also loved the location; being able to walk to the beach/boardwalk, as well as a cute little cafe only a block away, was perfect! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!
