Completely renovated home in a great location for the perfect beach getaway for multiple families. 5th and Surf puts you walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars, all in a quiet neighborhood. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house has been recently renovated. It has all new bathrooms, new hard wood floors throughout, new mattresses, new appliances and new furniture. The home is spacious (1,800 sq ft), and conveniently located all on one floor. It also has brand new central air and heating.

Amazing!!

Our week long stay at Fran’s was amazing. The house was extremely clean, spacious and had everything we needed! The location was excellent - only two blocks from the beach. Fran was very helpful throughout the week and was easy to get a hold of if needed. Overall, we had a great stay and hope to stay at Fran’s next summer!

The house was clean & everything we needed was there. About a 2 1/2 block walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. This is our 2nd year staying here, hopefully again next year.

Great property! House was clean and updated. Did not encounter any issues. Location was a quick walk to beach Out door area was well maintained and had comfortable seating. Indoor table does only fits 6 people at a time making it difficult for all to eat together. Check-in was easy and didn’t encounter any issues. Great host which led to a great vacation!

Welcoming, comfortable beach home

Wonderful home that comfortably accommodated 2 families for our summer vacation! A stocked kitchen for making meals, various beach gear, WiFi and sound system, responsive host, nicely organized and clean, and even little extras like a laundry rack for hanging wet bathing suits and towels. We felt like the home had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the front deck also! Highly recommend and would return.

2 1/2 blocks from the beach, great location.

Nice quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach. It was perfect for us. Everything was updated. You do have to have streaming service to use the TV's. It had 2 queen beds & 3 sets of bunk beds, with the bottom bed of bunk being full size, and top was twin. If we go back to shore next year, would rent this cute house.

Great Weekend at a Great House!

We rented this house for an Irish Weekend Bachelorette Getaway! Super fun weekend and a great house! Very clean and welcoming. Fran was very easy to get ahold of and even sent us a message to check in on us to make sure we were ok after the unfortunate events that took place in Wildwood over the weekend. She is so sweet! The house was close to everything so we could walk and not worry about driving anywhere. I’m would definitely recommend this lovely house!

Great House, Great Location, Great Host

Our family of 5 loved our stay in this house. Clean, nicely renovated and most importantly, a short walk(2 blocks) to the beach. The beds were comfortable and our 3 teen sons enjoyed having their own rooms. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower was definitely nice too! You have to bring your own sheets and pillow cases but clean, cozy comforters and tons of pillows are provided. We brought our own beach chairs but used one of theirs the last day at it was good quality(Tommy Bahama). 2 parking spaces in the driveway too! Not having cable is bummer but it’s the norm now. We spent most of our time at the beach but did binge 2 Netflix shows and were able to screen mirror our phone on the living room TV and watch sports at night. Our sons also walked to the boardwalk 2x to do rides while my husband and I walked to the bars on 2nd street. Would definitely rent this house again!

Great host and house in N. Wildwood!

This was my 2nd time renting this property and I absolutely would again. Not only is the location perfect, 2 blocks to the beach and 10 min walk to the North Wildwood night life, but Francine is the greatest host. Always makes check in and check out smooth, is super accommodating, and quickly responsive to any questions. I would recommend it renting through Francine to anyone looking to stay in N. Wildwood.

Great Shore Stay

The property was a short walk to the beach which was great for our kids taking their beach stuff down. The house had a great beach vibe with the remodeling and the decor. Fran was easy to get a hold of when we needed her assistance, and she provided great amenities for guests. A great experience for our families.
