Extremely well run property. Clean. Everything that one needs to feel at home. Kitchen was well stocked, living space was perfect. Location to town was excellent. Really enjoyed Lake Placid and Whiteface.

Great Stay for Ironman Training

The townhome was very clean and well stocked with everyrthng we needed. The location was walkable to restaurants and Main Street in Lake Placid. It was quiet, too. There was plenty of space for six adults. Shannon, the property manager was tremely responsive and helpful

Baseball weekend

This was the perfect place for our group to stay while we were in the area for a baseball tournament. There was plenty of room, everything was clean and well taken care of, and it was an easy walk to get to the Main Street to enjoy Lake Placid when we had a little down time. It was a hot weekend but the house stayed perfectly comfortable even without AC and the portable AC units in the upstairs bedrooms kept that area nice and cool. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Stay in Lake Placid

We booked this townhouse to see the total eclipse (it was awesome!). The location is great and you can get to all the sights in Lake Placid easily. There was plenty of space for everyone. I really appreciated the detailed instructions for using the TVs. You wouldn't think that would be a problem, but it can be if you aren't familiar with ROKU. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Lake Placid.

Cozy, clean, stylish

Loved our stay at this condo. Cozy, warm, stylish, clean, well organized. Has everything you might need. 16 mins walk (up the hill) or 4 mins drive to the skating rinks. Very conveniently located. Definitely recommend.

Clean and convenient

This condo is a great find for a larger family or a group of friends. It is very spacious and in a great location. Walking distance to town. Extra living room downstairs was very convenient for young adults in my group. Bedrooms had very comfortable beds and freshly washed sheets. Linens closet had plenty of extra towels if needed. Kitchen was very well equipped to prepare meals. Gas fireplace was very convenient and easy to use. I greatly recommend this condo.

Awesome place to stay!

We had an amazing long weekend in Lake Placid despite rain every day. The condo was wonderful! We stay in a lot of VRBOs and this was one of our best experiences. The condo was impeccably clean, updated everything, decorating was amazing with a woodsy lodge feel, beds were so comfy, all the details of things we would need were perfect, lots of clean towels, extra blankets, easy walk to downtown, etc. Thank you for making our stay perfect!

Great Summer Lake Placid Stay

Our "home away from home" turned out to be just perfect. We were in Lake Placid for a week for the Ironman race. This townhome was close enough we could walk to town, Mirror Lake and the venues we needed to access; well appointed, with plenty of towels for a sweaty athlete; and comfortable furnishings and beds. If we come back, we will certainly try and stay there again. Thanks for hosting us!

Great location, cozy and well equipped

We were at location in mid February for winter adventures, and the location is great right outside of the main town. The rooms were nice and had many sleeping options for our mixed group of friends and family. The really big bonus here is the downstairs den with its own tv, if you have 2 families or mid-older kids it gives them a great separation space. Kitchen is super well equipped with everything you could need to make great food during your stay. Fireplace was a really great after being outside all day to cuddle up to!

Cozy unit near main street

Great location and property

This is our third visit to Lake Placid and we have stayed here all the times and love it. Its a well laid out, modern condo with amenities and a great location. I have no complaints other than the fact that I wish it had a wall or windows AC upstairs for the summer. Last 2 times we have stayed in the summer its been really hot in the rooms upstairs. Other than that we love the place. Shannon has been responsive whenever we have reached out her for any issues.

Great place to relax

Beautiful townhouse with lots of room to hang out. House was very clean. Host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this beautiful home away from home to anyone looking for a get a way.

Beautiful Townhouse - Short walk to town

Well appointed, clean and beautiful home. Very roomy and private, we were 2 couples and had an empty room with twin beds, should have brought the kids. The lower level is like it's own apartment. A stones throw from Lisa G's restaurant (recommended) where there is a free shuttle to town or walk another 10 min. and you're there. Communication with Shannon was instantaneous. We will be back to Lake Placed and will definitely book this place again if it's free.

Overall pleasant stay. Place was clean and neat. Have pretty much everything you would need in a home minus food and drinks. Pleasantly surprise there was board/card games and pantry cupboard well-stocked. Earlier check in and later check out would be preferred but not deal breaker. We did request for a later check out than indicated and they were very accommodating.

Great Property

We stayed during February break for four nights. The place was great. We were three kids (two 12year olds and a 10year old) and three adults. Extremely clean and very well stocked which is sometimes hard to find in rentals. The property manager got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. The location is perfect. Will definitely recommend this place to others and stay again. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!!
