Suite de invitados privada en el nivel inferior de la residencia (vivimos arriba) con entrada privada. ubicado en una nueva y tranquila subdivisión media / exclusiva. Ajardinado, bien iluminado, paseos laterales. La suite privada para invitados tiene vista al parque propiedad de la ciudad, antiguo club de campo de Ravenwood, con acceso privado a senderos desde el patio trasero cercado. 10 millas del centro de Nashville. Fácil acceso a la interestatal 40. El aeropuerto está a 5. 5 millas de distancia. Y a 3 millas de la casa presidencial y el museo de Andrew Jackson.

It was our 2nd time staying at the property and we had a great stay. Everything in the listing is exactly what you get. If I had one minor fault it would be no TV in the bedroom.

Awesome location in a beautiful area! Close to everything and just minutes from downtown! Quiet at nights and has everything you need for an easy and relaxing stay.

Comfortable place for couple to spend weekend in Nashville. Close to the Hermitage 20 minutes from downtown. Comfortable bed nice patio overlooking park (daily visits by deer in morning and evening).

Wonderful Nashville stay!

This property is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything about working with the owner and the property was super easy. We needed a quiet place to relax after our many adventures and this was just the place!

A great country vibe while in the city with easy driving access to it all! The decor was excellent, a quiet neighborhood, and pool access too. We were able to cook a few meals, relax and yet go out and about with ease! The hosts are kind, welcoming and generous with amenities. We look forward to visiting again and hope to stay at F & E's on suite!

Quiet and relaxing!

Away from the bustle but still close. A short Uber ride from downtown. We loved the quiet park and trails right out the back yard….and we live on a farm! It was a nice stay.

Nashville 10/18-10/20

We really enjoyed our visit. The place was really accommodating and supplied us with all of our needs. We stayed for the weekend here to enjoy the city for a day and to see a concert. It was nice to sit out and enjoy the outside seating and to just take in the surroundings. We enjoyed our walk with coffee of course that started from the backyard to a walkway onto what looked to of been a golfcourse. Highly recommend this place for your stay, everything was like being a home away from home. Loved the theme they created with it as well. Thank you!!! Bryan & Shawna

Great location and coffee on back patio with birds

We decided not to stay downtown in a small crammed noisy condo off Broadway. Prefer a quieter area surrounded by trees and This basement apartment was perfect for that. Tucked into a neighborhood it was very cozy and quiet. We loved drinking coffee in the morning on the patio enjoying the birds. Only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville was very convenient. We loved the Jack Daniel’s table and the bed and couches were very cozy. If you stay here eat at Nadine’s just down the street , amazing Philly cheesesteak and fried chicken. We highly recommend and may be back again soon. Nashville is wonderful!!

Beautiful Location

We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary to visit Nashville for a few days. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entry path on the side of the house, located on a gorgeous community of homes that appear to have been built on a non-active golf course. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated with a cozy feel. Bed is super comfortable, and stay is not far from downtown, and the Opry (about a 15-minute drive). There are several stores nearby (Target, Kohls, Starbucks, Dollar Tree), that we walked to using the Greenway Trail. We accessed the trail from the backyard gate through the golf course using Google map's satellite to locate the shortcut from the golf course onto the trail. It was about a 3-mile hike round-trip, but the stores are probably less than a mile away by car. The scenery from the apartment and the porch are stunning. We enjoyed our cup of coffee on the porch every morning and saw deer on several occasions right on the property and lots of Cardinals flying around. Hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to inquiries. We would definitely recommend this place and will most likely stay here again on our next visit to Nashville. Thank you to our hosts for making our stay a memorable one. I included some pictures of our hike to the store through the golf course.

Nashville Stay

They home was beautiful. We had a difficult time with their lock on the house for entry. They did't have clear instructions for getting into the property. Our second night there we had issues with the bathroom toilet. We text them about it and they said there was nothing they could do. We had to go use the bathroom at the Mcdonalds.

Very nice property, wonderful neighborhood!

Very nice property and neighborhood. The rental is in the lower level of a home in a beautiful neighborhood just east of Nashville; convenient location to everything. It is small but just fine for a couple. The kitchen is more of a kitchenette. No dishwasher and very limited utensils and cookware. Also, no grill available outside. You are probably not going to cook much more than breakfast or snacks there. The king bed was very comfortable! The communication with the owners was excellent. There was a tornado warning in the middle of the night, and they checked in on us (via text) to make sure we were okay! Thank you!As I mentioned, this is in the lower level (basement walk out with its own entrance) so it was a little humid/damp/cool when we were there. There was a small, portable dehumidifier the size of a smoke alarm hanging in the closet that we didn't find until the morning we left. That might have helped. Overall, it was very nice, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
