This home is in a good location and easy to access. Four full rooms with five beds. That’s about the only plus. When we arrived the trash was full and smelled terrible with gnats flying everywhere. The floors clearly hadn’t been swept or mopped in a very long time. Bathroom floors were just as bad. Dust and dirt everywhere. The back deck that was so nicely promoted was filthy. Beer bottle caps all over the floor, empty shot glasses, the cushions are so dirty you cannot sit on them. Spiderwebs and debris everywhere. The home just really needs a deep cleaning. The air filters are filled with dust, even the ones in the showers. The grill was in the middle of the yard with some foreign food on it with maggots inside. The owner sent someone to clean the grill but at that point we were too disgusted to even try and use it. The washing machine was filled with mold and smelled horrible. The lint trap was full of moist lint. I truly do not understand how anyone rated this house five stars for cleanliness. We were uncomfortable the whole time because it did not feel clean at all. I’d recommend firing your property manager and put eyes on your property. It has been neglected.

My dad cooked for all of us and he had everything he needed! He went and got his seasonings and things to cook, but other than that we had everything we needed. This location was amazing for the size of my family I had. It’s very spacious and beautiful! The host are super sweet, and very helpful! I stayed in contact with them both. Communication was easy to reach out to if we need anything. Service was a 10/10 this house was everything in more for my family! The rooms are bigs and very spacious. Loved the outside area very cozy and well lit lights. This is the perfect home to celebrate with family! We would love to continue to book with them again in the future! My whole family loved everything about the stay! I would pick this place over the tall and skinnies.

The best part of the home was its location and space. We were able to fit all of our family and could easily get to all of the places we needed to in our jam-packed schedule. The downside was the home’s cleanliness. The bedding had little hairs and stains all over and had to be replaced before we felt comfortable sleeping in them. We had to vacuum the floor/rug as it was filthy. The outside areas (deck/porch) had obviously had no attention in quite some time judging by the amount of cobwebs, leaves, dirt, untidiness, etc.. that was everywhere. There was quite a bit of mold/fungus/mildew in the showers as well. The kitchen was nice, but lacked a few needed tools/utensils/cleaning items. We also found a bottle of water lying in a corner that was there from a previous guest. I did contact the host as soon as I was able to (we were busy for the entirety of our stay) and let them know what we experienced and was just told we should have let them know sooner. But let’s be real, even if we had done that, who wants a stranger coming in and cleaning when we couldn’t be there to supervise or especially if we had been present and trying to have our family time? Overall, we had a nice time as we were able to “make it work”, but mainly just enjoyed our time together as a family that is usually spread out across the country from each other due to the military.
