Family Weekend

Long weekend with wife and in-laws. Stayed here while we hiked North Cascades and visited the islands. Wonderful, comfortable, scenic. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful home, lovely setting!

The cottage was even better than advertised. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Relaxing on the spacious deck while enjoying the lovely water view was the hallmark of our week. We loved our time there!

Beautiful!

Very clean, thoughtfully remodeled cottage with tasteful furnishings . . . and the most comfortable beds and bedding for the best sleep we've had in a long time. Everything was as pictured and described in the listing, including the beautiful views/sunsets from the deck. Definitely 5-star!

Perfect downtime location

This home is better than the pictures. Immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and amazing views. Beds are comfortable, check is process was a breeze, and the calm is addicting. We didn't do much in the way of sightseeing as this was more of a stay-in vacation for us. This is a beautiful and welcoming home to spend time in and we would definitely stay here again!

Great cottage!!

We traveled to LaConner, with friends, for the tulip festival, and were lucky enough to stumble onto this darling cottage! We felt like we were the first ones to stay in this tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable cottage! It is located about 10 minutes from LaConner, and right on the water. Everything was there that was needed. We look forward to staying there again and will definitely recommend it to family and friends, that might be going to that area. 🌷🌷🌷

Great vacation all around

The home is lovely. It is in a great location, very private but yet near civilization exactly half way to Anacortes and halfway to la Conner downtown so lots of choices and a great midway stop. The outside deck is wonderful. The wildlife mesmerizes you. The outdoor chairs, fire pit for s’mores and bonfire at night, outdoor grill and beach access is terrific. The furniture was comfortable as was the bed. All appliances are fairly new. There was an internet outage while we were there and the owner responded immediately and made sure we were not inconvenienced by service men. We usually don’t return to a property but this is one we hope to come back to. True i love you a great vacation rental and wonderful vacation overall.

Pictures don't do justice!

We rented this beach house for a mini girls trip and it did not disappoint! The photos don’t do justice – the master room is pretty spacious and has a beautiful barn door to the bathroom! Our agenda was to explore more of the town during the trip but we ended up not wanting to leave the house. We had chilly but sunny weather so was perfect for spending more time at the beach as well (side note: there is a pretty long stairway down to it – so you might even consider it a mini workout by the time you get back up. 😊) Other than that we spent a lot of time on the comfortable couch watching movies and hanging out. Town was close by – we grabbed food before checking in (La Conner Brewing which has GREAT pizza and beer/cider), cooked other meals at the house (which it has everything you need to prep your own meals) and stopped by another restaurant in town on the way out. Overall we all had a really good time. Hopefully will stay again soon so I can explore more!

Sunsets and comfort!!

Property was super clean and comfortable. Plenty of pillows and nice beds. Sleep well and enjoyed the sunsets every night.

Don’t Miss This Amazing Rental

Everything about this place was remarkable. The location and view are memorable, and the house itself is well equipped, spacious and creates privacy. The deck, the beach and the fire pit made it difficult to spend any time inside. Lots of activities nearby. We’ll be back!

Amazing property

My sister and I stayed at this wonderful beach cabin for a long weekend. The home was cozy, but very spacious. Well decorated and very functional. The owner provided detailed information and was available if needed, although we never needed to contact her. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was beautiful. The couch was comfortable for watching movies or for just watching the water. It was cold out with some snow and ice on the ground, but we still took the opportunity to sit out on the deck and make our way down to the beautiful beach where we saw an eagle fly overhead. Such a peaceful and relaxing place. We loved every minute of our stay and were truly sad to have to leave. We will be back!!

A Sylvan, Bayside Getaway

It was such a pleasure to stay here, a comfortable cottage on the shore of Skagit Bay. Once you settle in the house, it becomes an isolated, bucolic respite, though you're only a couple of miles from downtown La Conner. The house is comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. Its internet connection is quite fast, so Netflix and other sites connected without a hitch. During our stay, there was an area electrical outage one evening. Our host, Diana, was very helpful, contacting the power company for the status of the power, and pointing us to the house's supply of flashlights. For those with accessibility issues, note that there are 13 steps down from the house's parking area to the front door. In summary, if you're looking for a place to stay while visiting La Conner, look no further. This is it.

Quiet getaway

It is the perfect house to unwind with friends. It has spectacular views, great beach and very quiet. The driveway took a little getting used to and we passed up the road a couple of times, but it was all worth it. Diana was very prompt and helpful when we had a little trouble with the door lock. Highly recommend this home.

Perfect beach cottage

The property was in an excellent location, just a few mins away from La Conner. The town had plenty of dining options and is a great place to just walk around. The cottage itself had everything we needed, was very nicely decorated and peaceful. The photos don't really do the place justice -- its more spacious than it seems in the images. The view was outstanding and we took the time to walk on the beach each day. Only caveat is the beach is rocky so wear your thick-soled athletic shoes.
