Welcome to Cliffside Cottage!!! We have Spectacular Sunsets and Amazing Views! Relax on the deck with a little umbrella drink or enjoy the elevated hot tub. Feel the stress fade away as you let the beauty take you away. Incredible water and mountain views. We enjoy lovely wildlife such as Soaring Eagles, Gray Whales and more! PLEASE NOTE: If you are having an event such as a Wedding, Birthday, or Family gathering please send me an inquiry through the option "ask the owner a question" first.

The house is cute, nice fenced yard for our pup, Fynn to chase balls. Beautiful view of Olympic mountains. This is a great location to explore Whidbey Island.

This is the perfect house for a weekend getaway. Close to hiking, shopping and great restaurants. Super clean, comfortable beds, great backyard for dogs and a well-stocked kitchen.

This a great little place in the perfect location for exploring the island. It was clean quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not at temp when we arrived and there seemed to be something wrong with the heating pump or something. Anyway, the owner was very responsive and was sending a repair person to address it.

This was the perfect base for our family to explore Whidbey. The house was a great setup for our dog, with fenced yards in front and back. Dave made sure we had everything we needed, and the house was very comfortable and well-supplied. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful house and view. The photos don’t do it justice. Loved that the cabinets were labeled throughout the house, made finding things a whole lot easier. The kitchen is beautiful.Fenced in yard was secure for the dog, no worries there.

Wonderful property

The bedrooms were both bigger than they looked online. The entire house was very well kept it was nice having all the board games and all the various kitchen implements. The view was absolutely breathtaking.

This was such a relaxing and romantic stay! Everything was truly wonderful and the view is absolutely incredible. The bed was so comfy, the hot tub was relaxing — and the kitchen was spacious. It was very quiet and peaceful. Super clean and tidy when we checked in.We came here for our anniversary trip, and the host even left us a bottle of wine — extremely kind! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. :)

Best vacation rental we have stayed in

This is the third time we have stayed here, this time for the month of June. We have never had an issue with anything but I am convinced if we did Dave would take care of it immediately. Hope to stay again next year.

This location is beautiful which is why we give it a 3. Stunning views for sure. The property is lacking. There are cords ran right across the middle of main traffic areas with runner rugs laid over them. We tripped a few times as they really are large. There were no throw pillows or blankets on the sofas, no area rug for bare feet, no kitchen towels and not enough kitchen tools to do any cooking. The furniture and atmosphere is very dated. There were 4 bottles of shampoo but no soap, no conditioner etc. Husband is a sous chef and we planned to do some wonderful meals there but not possible. The hot tub was broken and owner let us know that but we are not offered a discounted. We definitely overpaid for this property. Disappointed. Wont be back.

Amazing view!!

The place is exactly as described on VRBO. Super happy that the backyard and front yard were fenced for the !Since I was coming just for 3 nights, I really appreciated that the fridge had basic condiments and that coffee pods were given. No need to rush to the grocery store as soon as you arrive for your morning coffee.

lovely place to land

We were here for my son's arrival from Naval deployment. It was hectic and things kept changing, but we very much enjoyed the oasis of this home.

Excellent home away from home

We had a fabulous visit filled with my daughter’s birthday celebration, Easter morning, enjoying the tulip fields, beach combing, exploring near Deception Pass and shopping around the local small towns. The bald eagles and military air activity made for special viewing as well. Highly recommend!

After a short time I fell in love with the North West. I am from Colorado and love the Mountains. After my time in the Navy I love the water and this is the best of both worlds!

We are very lucky to be able to enjoy this wonderful high bank water front home. From using the hot tub while enjoying the wonderful views to the relaxing home and spaces this is a fantastic get away.
The scenery is incredible with the beautiful Puget Sound Water View and the Olympic Mountains right out our back door. We have several sets of Eagles that live close by and its very neat to be standing at the fence looking down as they fly along the bluff 236 feet above the water. From time to time we see Gray Whales playing below in the water. Its pretty spectacular!
