"Xanadune", una villa premium frente al mar ubicada en la impresionante comunidad de Shipwatch, será la estadía perfecta para sus vacaciones en la playa. Ubicada en el edificio D, esta encantadora villa se siente como si estuviera sentada en la playa.

La sala de estar (con sofá cama) y la cocina dan a la extensa playa. ¡Abre la puerta corrediza de vidrio para sentir la brisa del océano! El primer dormitorio en el nivel principal tiene una linda y acogedora cama queen con baño completo privado. En el segundo piso, el lujoso dormitorio principal con baño grande y vistas al océano. Además, el dormitorio de invitados del segundo piso tiene una cama litera completa, una cama doble y un porche privado con vista al campo de golf.

La comunidad Shipwatch ofrece excelentes comodidades, que incluyen una piscina comunitaria de temporada, un terreno de juegos privado y acceso directo a la playa comunitaria. We enjoyed the unobstructed view of the ocean from both east-facing balconies. Comfortable seating on the balconies. Easy access to the beach. Pool was great on days it was too windy to be on the beach. Well appointed kitchen suited our needs.

Highly recommend this condo. The listing didn’t do it justice. The views and location to beach are outstanding! We happened to be checking in as housekeeping was wrapping up. Condo was thoroughly cleaned! Plenty of space for family of 4.

We were so happy with the room and the resort, the only thing I would change would be the pool times but other than that the place is incredible.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect, condo was very comfortable, easy walk to the beach and pool, and everything was perfectly clean. We are already planning our next trip.

Relaxing Get Away

My husband and I took our grandson and a friend for a relaxing trip. The property was wonderful. Great beach views, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, everything we needed as a home base for our trip. Location was perfect for exploring all the area has to offer.

The BEST vacation!

Amazing oceanfront/beach views!!

The unit was well stocked with all kitchen/bath needs. Location was tucked away from main traffic of the island. The pool and access to the beach were just a short walk away!! Guest bedroom upstairs could use a dresser, along with the toilet in corresponding bathroom wasn’t flushing properly. Other than that, we loved our stay and absolutely would like to return!!

Great location and property!

We loved the place and location! Very nice view and the condo was very well kept and had lots of nice amenities. Would still recommend adding more silverware and pots/pans. There were only 5 forks for a place that sleeps 11 and the pots and pans selection was less than ideal. Other than that it was all great. The microwave blew the first morning but the property management company was very responsive and brought us a temporary one for the week! Overall a great week!

Xanadune 431D

This was the first time staying at this unit but not at the Shipwatch Villas. The location cannot be beat for an oceanfront complex. The views are amazing and the best sunrise views from the balconies. The unit itself while nicely updated, was lacking in basic kitchen necessities. We enjoy cooking in with the local seafood and barely had enough forks for 5 people. Utensils, dishes and pots/pans need to be upgraded and added. The toilets were loose and and the washing machine had quite a bit of mold built up inside the door. Just some routine maintenance and TLC to some areas around the villa and this would be a 5 star property in our opinion. A great place to stay and would highly recommend!

Loved the view, but the unit needed a deep clean

The place was great, but as stated it did need some TLC. Good news? I conveyed this to management and they told me they were removing this from unit circulation until it got the needed cleanup. The main issues were the handrail going up to the second floor (too yucky to touch) and the rim on the washing machine (one of the front loaders that tend to mold if not carefully attended). Aside from these things, we were on the 3rd/4th floor (master bed is on the second floor) and loved the view and the sound of the waves all day and through the night. So therapeutic! We came prepared to cook for about half of the nights we stayed and cooking in the kitchen was just fine. Don't plan on using any of the dry goods though - some items were dated from 2017! Bring whatever you need. Rent bikes! It's so flat and easy to ride around the resort! Oh, and this was the first time we rented from a property management company through VRBO (as opposed to an individual owner). It felt a little more like a hotel experience as a consequence; the place was more impersonal, that's all.

We have also cleaned the interior of the washing machine. The cleaning company has also gone through all of the kitchen cabinets and drawers. We are so glad you enjoyed the beautiful view from the balconies!

Vacation Dream

The condo looked exactly like the photos. Very comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, and kitchen was well stocked. We definitely will return. Cannot top that oceanfront view!

On our favorites list!

I sell short term rentals for a living and this one is top notch! Very clean, plenty of space, and well organized. Views are super, everything was super! My only complaint is the master bed was not a king lol I should have read the listing better. The pictures are just as good as the real thing! Very well represented.
