Oceanfront, Renovated in 2023, Sleeps 8, 1st Floor & faces pool! Shipwatch 108

Step into comfort and serenity, this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Beachfront Condo was fully renovated in 2017. The entry, kitchen and living room were renovated in 2023. New flooring, new paint, kitchen cabinetry and a new washer / dryer combo was added as well as televisions in the three bedrooms.

Each space in this property was thoughtfully decorated, window coverings and linens are custom and the furnishings are beyond inviting! The three gorgeous and relaxing bedrooms have an adjoining and marvelous three piece bath. The beautiful and well appointed kitchen boasts new custom cabinetry and is well equipped for dining in should you choose to do so. Enjoy breakfast at the bar, it seats 3 or in the charming dining space that seats 6. The cupboards are well are stocked with dishes, silverware, baking and cooking utensils. A toaster and a Keurig coffee maker are also available for your use.

It's only a few steps to the balcony where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the best pool in all of Wild Dunes! Relax and listen as the sea beckons you to take a stroll on it's sandy shore and enjoy the warm sun on your face.

Catch the game on one of the 4 televisions in the condo, lounge by the pool, play in the waves or relax and enjoy the coastal breezes! Ride a bike, reserve a tee time, schedule a spa visit or dine at one of the many fine restaurants on the island. There's so much to do and see on the island, the views are breathtaking!

Escape to the sea, Experience comfort and Exhale as the ocean breezes carry away your stress. This property accommodates 8 people comfortably so whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, we hope to see you soon at Shipwatch 108!

Excellent proximity to pool and beach. Clean and well stocked. Host was kind and responsive. Shipwatch is an older community in Wild Dunes and it shows- needs some updating- but would def recommend this property of that doesn’t bother you.

It’s a nice property and easily accessible to the pool and beach. There’s a storage room that’s full of beach toys for guests. We had a couple of hiccups during the stay that were addressed promptly so no worries there. I would recommend this condo if your looking for beachfront.

Widespread panic weekend

Came down for my first widespread panic concert went Friday and Saturday night. Had a blast .The condo couldn’t have been a more perfect place! The accommodations were more than my expectations could’ve met. Everything was so clean and absolutely beautiful.! it will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Overall great stay with a few minor inconveniences

We recently stayed at this property with my family of four which included 2 small children and overall it was a great stay. The area is beautiful and this property is located in the Shipwatch building closest to the pool, which was nice for ease of access with kids and then it was just a walk to the beach from there following the boardwalk. The condo itself was overall very clean and had a decent amount of kitchen essentials if you do plan to do any cooking in the unit. There were several overhead lights that did not seem to work and some burnt out bulbs on lamps through out the condo. This was a 1st floor unit so one above the ground level, all 3 bedrooms are located on the same floor and all have a bathroom connected to them. Some complaints we did have mostly revolved around communication with the host, which was not always timely and outdated information provided to you via the Welcome Letter sent once you book. Per that letter we were supposed to get a QR code via email to provide to the security officer at the gate to get a pass, which we never received, and getting in touch with the host to get this took several hours for her to respond, thankfully we were able to get through the gate with providing just our name and booking information without the code after a long day of travel with 2 young children. The information in that Welcome Letter could use some updating to include the correct direct contact number for the host and correct wifi information, as well.

Great Beach Condo

This was a perfect place to stay on the beach. The condo is in a great location and nicely decorated. The girls loved staying at the pool. The best part was how relaxing and quiet it was in the evening. Also, Denise was quick to respond to us for any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again. Jason

Easy walk to pool and beach!

This is a great spot if you want to spend most of your time at the beach and/or pool. The pool is very nice and is monitored most of the day (not a lifeguard, an attendant). The beach is just a short walk and there are services that will setup chairs and umbrellas for you (for an extra fee). The condo is nice and well maintained. The layout was very good. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for the week. The only small negatives were 1) The Internet service was extremely slow. If you need to get work done or have a rainy day inside with devices, it's going to be slowish (I think it's DSL). 2) The lack of outlets. It's difficult to find plugs for devices near the bed (CPAP, phone chargers) due to the small number of outlets and the lamps in the rooms. Overall, it's a great place to stay and I highly recommend it for a group of 5-7.

Family Trip

The accommodations were very good. The only negative for us was getting to the beach requires going up and down stairs which is difficult with all of your beach gear and cooler. there is no ramp provided for coolers on wheels and wagons loaded with beach gear.

Such a fabulous property! I really can’t say enough wonderful things. This place has everything you need to make your vacation comfortable & fun. It really is just as described and DOES feel like you are at home. The mattresses are very comfortable too…pretty important these days for us. I watched the incredible sunrise every morning right from the porch & watched the moon rise over the ocean at night. It’s a perfect scene. The kitchen has, literally, everything you need. Kitchen cleaning supplies are under the sink if you need them. Washer and dryer work great & are fast. Curtains are black out so you can sleep in if you want to. Appliances are fabulous. Love the wood floors! Storage closet for beach gear is more than enough space. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The walk to the beach is breathtaking. We could easily live year round in this condo. The area around the condo is relaxing as well. I took plenty of walks on the walking paths. The people who manage the property are quick with responses and eager to help. I see several reviews on various properties websites about WIFI. We never had an issue at this condo, but it’s always been an issue here & there along our SC Coast. I’ll definitely be booking this property again. We, honestly, felt safe, relaxed and comfortable the entire stay.

Nice Property

Stayed at this property while visiting our daughter in Charleston. The property was well maintained and very clean. The pool is directly in front of the property, which is very nice. The beach is a short walk across the dunes. If you coordinate with the chair rental companies, you can have your chairs waiting for you to sit in and watch the tide roll in. I would stay here again.

Nice place!

This condo is nice!! Everything is comfortable and clean and really nice. We would highly recommend renting the beach chairs and umbrellas through the link they suggest. The only recommendation I would make is to supply the normal condiments in the refrigerator and cabinets.

Our stay

Property well kept. Condo unit clean and functional. The front bedroom was warm and the temperature had to be adjusted to accommodate. Too many decorative items taking up table and counter space in all rooms. The fobs to be worn at the pool were a nuisance. Surely some other less annoying and less expensive system other than a bored person checking fobs could be worked out. However overall comfortable and functional accommodations. Would recommend eliminating the stairs somehow on the beach path. Have pity on the cart rolling people

Girls’ trip

This unit was perfect for the 7 of us. It was beautifully decorated and well supplied with everything we needed. The location was excellent.. overlooking the pool and beach. We all agreed that we would come back again!

Vacation at Isle of Palms

Excellent location! The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. The communication with the owner’s was very timely, easy and helpful. Unloading our stuff and the presence of an elevator was great. We unpacked in no time. The view was great, the pool was very close and the walk to the beach was easy (no big dunes).

May Getaway
