Nuestro hogar es un estudio en la comunidad mundialmente conocida de Johns Island. Nos encanta que estemos en el mar con fácil acceso a nuestra playa privada, piscina y jardines que son para el uso exclusivo de los propietarios e invitados en nuestro edificio.

Somos un condominio de la planta baja con fácil acceso al estacionamiento gratuito, con vista al exclusivo Johns Island Clubhouse.

Nuestra configuración flexible con dos camas y un sofá cama cómodo se adapta a parejas, familias o amigos que viajan juntos. Suministramos ropa de cama europea de lujo para garantizar su comodidad.

Proporcionamos la conexión a internet más rápida posible, teléfono de la casa, cable de primera calidad y TV de pantalla plana grande para garantizar que se cumplan los requisitos de su tecnología.

The hosts were attentive to our needs when we messaged, direct access to the beach was enjoyable. The place was clean, the pool was enjoyable. (Only wish the weather cooperated— no reflection on the hosts) only disadvantage was there was no hot tub or grilling area as the listing described, however it did not ruin our trip. Would return again!

Beautiful area

Very nice community and very friendly residents. While it is a condo complex it is very private. We had the beach to ourselves and same with the pool. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful setting. Wonderful accommodations for 2 or 3 (sleeper sofa) people. Nice pool with the adjacent ocean. Very good communications with the owner. Could not be a nicer stay. Hopefully we can do it again!

Very nice property! The beach being so close was amazing! Saw numerous sea turtles nesting and even saw some nurse sharks! Also, we were able to see a rocket take off! Overall it was a wonderful vacation!!

Very Relaxing!

This was a great little getaway. We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean. The kitchen was pretty small which made it difficult to cook since there was no counter space but we managed. We would stay here again as a couple’s getaway.

Weekend away

Cute place on the beach. Owners great to work with, very responsive and accommodating. Bring bug spray for no see ums though! Get up early and watch the sunrise from the great deck on the beach, you won’t regret it.

Perfect for our needs! Mike and Lisa were responsive and welcoming. The unit was as described, so no surprises. No private outdoor space (which we knew) as nearly all other Island House units have, but lots of lovely places to sit on the deck Oceanside, around the pool and in the common spaces. Tucked in close to the Beach Club made the location convenient for us during the very quite summer season. Thank you.

Quick beach vacation

We planned our trip very late minute. Lisa had all of the information we could want sent out to us early regarding checking in and where to find all of the amenities for our stay. The place was clean and breezy and the beach was wonderful. Our hosts were very kind to let us borrow their personal fishing equipment and guide us on where to find the best bait in town. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice studio in John's Island.

Very nice and description was accurate. To be clear room is a studio, with very small galley kichenette. One window/no slider or patio. Window was hedge covered and faced north, not the ocean. Parking was ample. Check in was a breeze. To get to beach you walk 100 yards on grass to deck over dunes with stairs down to the sand. Pool is in courtyard (not on beach) and is the shade late afternoon. Very private and quiet.

Mike and I love to travel, and we especially love Islands. We love our oceanfront home in Vero Beach with our own private beach, complete with nesting turtles!

We enjoy the local farmers market, restaurants, events at the Riverside Theatre and even last night music at the Grind and Grape! And of course, long walks on our beautiful beach, cocktails on the owners-only deck, and relaxing in our lovely courtyard pool which feels so private, especially in summer.

We also love bike rides around beautiful Johns Island, and local tennis and pickleball!

Our lovely oceanside apartment has everything you need for a romantic, or small family holiday. From the comfy kind sized bed with European linen sheets, to fastest wifi and smart, curved flatscreen TV.

We feel like we have our own private beach in the most beautiful area of Florida, Johns Island in Vero Beach. We love the peace and security Johns Island provides.

We love the easy access, first floor location near the north entrance which makes coming and going easy. The courtyard pool is steps from our door, the ocean and beach is less than 100 steps. You can heard the waves at night if you leave the windows open.

If you decide to eat in, we have stove top, George Forman grill and a dishwasher, also full size washer-drier. You can eat at the lovely dining table in the apartment, by the pool, on the tables on the deck, or grab a blanket for a beach picnic.

There is a library of great choices in the common library, so grab a great book and relax!
