Nuestra propiedad está en una isla de barrera a lo largo de la costa este de Florida, cerca de 3 millas al norte de Vero Beach, en uno de los más valorados, barrios cerrados en los EE.UU.. Hermosos jardines. Situado en el centro en nuestra propiedad es un amueblada tropical patio jardín con una piscina climatizada. También hay 2 terrazas Oceanside amuebladas para disfrutar de las vistas, los sonidos y el océano de aire, situado directamente sobre la playa. Hay millas de playa privada para explorar, con muy poco tráfico peatonal que tratar.

Direct view of the Ocean. Nice porch overlooking the Croquet Fields at the Beach Club. Easy walking to the Beach Club - nice dune walkovers.

Great property

Loved waking up to seeing from the lanai the pink sky over the ocean as the sun rose. We are beach people and this property is right on the beach. Unit is just right for two people.

Paradise Found!

After vacationing for 17 years in the Vero Beach area we found paradise! A spacious studio in a wonderful location with a terrace on which to sit to enjoy the ocean view. A small but incredibly functional kitchen. All of this supported by a very responsive property manager, as well as the owner of the unit. And a wood-carved sea turtle mascot to keep us company!

I was worried about the tiny kitchen and no oven, but the provided appliances and accessories were adequate for prepping meals!

Renter Beware

I must take some blame because there weren’t many pictures, which should’ve raised a red flag for me. The good parts were the overall property and the neighborhood. Disappointing parts were the dated furniture, the couch had an unpleasant odor, there weren’t nearly enough towels/washcloths, and two single beds were pushed together instead of having a queen or king sized one. Also, there was a halfway-used bar of soap in the bathroom which was frankly offensive. There is no way I would ever rent from this person again and I feel ripped off on the whole.

Paradise Revisited!

This is the 2nd year that my husband and I stayed in “paradise.” In 2024, we stayed for 3 weeks and knew we must come back. And so we did - this time for the month of March. We know Vero Beach well, as this has been our mid- winter vacation spot for 17 years. And we were so happy to have found this spot. Beautiful ocean, nice heated pool, quiet, and close to The Jungle Trail along the Indian River where we like to run. The condo suits our needs as we like to cook our meals and the small kitchen is perfect for us. And the ocean view from the terrace is our spot for morning coffee and a drink later in the day. A few minor issues arose this year and all were handled promptly and appropriately by the condo owner and property manager

Wonderful Host

We loved our stay. The walks on the beach were beautiful and quiet, as were the grounds at the resort. John was a gracious host. We would highly recommend for a splendid get-a-away.

Peaceful Solitude

This property is everything you want in a beach vacation. I enjoyed the ocean view from the porch. The pool area is exceptional. The owner was very understanding as I had to leave early due to the Coronavirus and being able to get a flight home. This property will be my new yearly vacation.

March at the beach

Very comfortable, nice view of the ocean from the balcony, location ideal for easy beach access and beach walks, swimming pool located in courtyard so is protected from the wind, 15 minute drive to downtown Vero restaurants.

Perfect spot to relax

The room is right next to a pool, which we basically had to ourselves, and the beach is right around the corner. The balcony has a great view as well. There are great restaurants a short uber away. Easy 5 stars.

Perfect location!

We have rented this unit for a few years - it is perfect for our two adult children because there are two beds. The view is beautiful and the unit has everything you need.

Small kitchen but had everything else we needed with a great view of the ocean from our balcony

We loved having such a nice view of the ocean from our balcony and being able to take walks on the beach minutes away, or jump into the pool in the courtyard. If we had a problem, it was taken care of immediately with a quick phone call. The kitchen was small but we had everything we needed. We should’ve told the owner we wanted the beds separated. They were shoved together & we weren’t provided with sheets or blankets to fit them. It also would have been nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper & soap for the nice big tiled shower; we didn’t realize we had to buy our own.The seal on the refrigerator was broken so the freezer didn’t work. Everything else was fine, comfortable beds, large closet for storage,nicely decorated,& quiet. It was very convenient to Publix Grocery Store & we found 3 excellent restaurants 10 minutes away. 2 on the beach: Mulligan’s Beach House & Ocean Grill then 1 on the river: Riverside Cafe.

For more than 30 years this has been a great retreat to come to, escaping from the harsh winter weather of western New York State. The weather is great here.

A well maintained building and grounds. The ocean and beach are among the finest Florida has to offer! It is only a short drive to all the amenities of Vero Beach. Ther are factory outlets, great public golf courses, cinemas and numerous restaurants only minutes away. Always enjoyable to return to the quiet enjoyment our oceanfront property offers us.

The heated pool, ocean decks, garden courtyard and amazing beach are unique benefits.
Sea turtles nest in the dune grasses on our beach every year. You can hike for miles in either direction on the beach. You can sit out on the ocean deck and relax. I have beautiful views from my second floor, covered balcony looking north east up the ocean and coast.
