Bienvenido a Bass Cottage, recientemente remodelado durante todo el año, en Eagle River, Wisconsin. En pocas palabras, te encantará alojarte aquí. Darling cottage on Meta Lake

Clean, updated, well-stocked cabin minutes away from downtown Eagle River. We rented a pontoon boat from Bubas and the kids fished, enjoyed the kayaks and told stories around the bonfire. Everyone from 16 yrs to 84 years in our family loved it,

Our favorite summer getaway

This is our third year back at Timberlane resort. Great location and beautiful cottages! Excellent biking roads around Meta lake and the nearby lakes. We love that the owners have thought of everything we would need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Hoping to continue to make this an annual event.

North woods get away

Absolutely the best place we ever stayed. Thought out and clean. Everything you need is stocked. Just bring food. Jon boat with motor included. We have been going up north for over forty years and this was our best stay.

Snowmobile perfection

Great trailer parking. Easy to access the snowmobile trails with a shorty road ride to a local lake. Very clean and had everything we needed. Only recommendation would be to bring your own pillows (very flat) and salt/pepper. Otherwise it had everything! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful cabin

My family and I stayed here for the cranberry festival we come to every year and hands down the best stay we’ve had. Miranda was so pleasant and definitely went above and beyond to answer little minor questions. She got back to us right away. Thank you so very much for making this a great experience that me and my family will always remember

Amazing experience!

The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was a great space as well. We really enjoyed using the boat, kayaks, and paddle boards. Amazing location and views, close enough to downtown Eagle River. The property manager was great to work with. We really appreciated the time and attention they took to make sure our boat was working. No complaints at all, we had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Exceptionally clean and very nice place

Short snowmobile trip. The home was very clean, new and modern. Very relaxing and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again. Property managers replied to any email within minutes. They were very accommodating. Looks like a very nice place for a summer vacation. Right on a quiet lake in a nice setting. Look forward to another vacation there.

Fantastic Bass Cottage Stay Nov 2023!

My husband and I were delighted with Bass Cottage. It was clean and tidy. The kitchen is amazing and the fireplace adds a touch of coziness (which was nice since we visited the beginning of November and it was 40-50 degrees outdoors). It has given us ideas for our own little cottage on our property in NYS. Miranda was great to work with and promptly answered questions and was friendly and fun! If we get the chance to get away again we would definitely stay there or at one of the other cottages! Thank you! Best Wishes, George and Amy

Grand kids go fishing and kayaking for first time!

Property Manager Miranda is the best! Immediately responded to smallest ask. Cabin was great. perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen - fully updated - was excellent and more than enough room to accommodate the chef son-in-law. Screen Porch was wonderful. Only small thing is could use a small (card table size) table on porch for a place to do big puzzles but we worked it out. 4 and 6 yr old blasted out each morning to get to the beach and the sand castle building. Fishing right from pier made for a wonderful experience for the little ones, who were so proud of their first catches, and got to know blue gills and bass up close. Great "options" available to get out on the lake from kayaks to small motorboat. Lake was not on chain so was quiet and peaceful and made going out with small kids very safe from any wild boaters. We eventually got "adopted" by the big family occupying the rest of the cabins. This is a great pace for a multi-family gathering and we are talking to the rest of our family for next year. Thanks Miranda for helping find a place for us.

Cozy & warm, great location, well stocked

Very responsive host. Super clean, warm and cozy winter get away spot on a beautiful quiet lake and close to many trails and Eagle River. Very well-stocked kitchen. Only thing missing was salt and pepper. Many thoughtful amenities like wood for the fire pit and extra chairs for outside. Plan to bring traction for your boots in the winter for getting in and out of the cabin. (YakTrax, etc.)

Wonderful place to stay

We went up to the Eagle River snowmobiling with another couple and had a wonderful time. The size was great for four adults, close to town and SUPER clean!!!! We rent a lot of houses and this was one of the cleanest ones that I have stayed at!! Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and all soaps. While we struggled a big finding the place on our GPS’s but I would blame the phone. We actually had to go further than what it was telling us. I would highly recommend this property. I am sure it would be great in the summer!!

Warm and Cozy

We enjoyed our stay. Cabin was clean and cozy. Loved the fireplace, we were warm and toasty all weekend. The fishing right out the front door was a treat. A few items I wished I had in the kitchen: Oven mitts, a cookie sheet and some measuring spoons, but we managed. Other than that it was well stocked and the appliances were great. Contact with the host was pleasant and he even gave us lots of activity info for the area.

Great Northern Wisconsin Getaway

Super clean and attentive property manager. Loved all the toys, kayaks, paddle boards and fishing boat! We also enjoyed the hammock, fire pit and corn hole game. Hope to stay again sometime.

Nice cabin and amenities for a family vacation in northern Wisconsin. Kids (3 and 6 years old) enjoyed the beach and small water slide and I caught a few fish off the dock in 30 minutes of fishing.

BOOK. THIS. PROPERTY!

Every part of this property was *exceptional*. The cabin itself had excellent amenities, from a HUGE screened in porch, to a FULLY equipped kitchen (seriously, it even included a crockpot, bakeware, and electric hand mixer!), to a large bathroom with an electric hot water heater and ENDLESS hot water, to a washer/dryer, and THE most comfortable queen sized bed. Our group had 4 adults and 2 children and the size of this cabin was perfect. We saw loons, otters, bald eagles, and deer. Fishing was mostly smaller northern, sun fish, and a few bass, but the launch to Cranberry Lake and a larger chain was a 3 minute walk. We've stayed in other VRBOs up north and this, by far, exceeded it's competition. BOOK NOW!
