Ah !! Paz y naturaleza entre los pinos: 65 millas al Gran Cañón y 25 a Flagstaff

Un acogedor refugio de cabañas de montaña ubicado a 25 minutos al oeste de Flagstaff (y a 65 millas del Gran Cañón). Los puestos de cabañas admiran el Bosque Nacional Kaibab en una hermosa ladera ubicada entre los altos pinos. ¡También hay una pequeña vista de la montaña desde la ventana de la cocina! La cabina está decorada al verdadero estilo "Northwoods" y es un verdadero refugio natural que le brinda la oportunidad de "desconectarse" de su teléfono celular, televisor y equipo electrónico, lo que le permite tomar un café en la terraza mientras escucha al viento a través de los pinos. También puede disfrutar de la estufa de leña en días fríos, ¡tan romántico! Esta cabina está totalmente amueblada con una cama queen size y un colchón nuevo. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, cafetera, utensilios de cocina, horno tostador, nevera / congelador y lavadora y secadora. Hay dos cómodos sillones reclinables y un cómodo sofá donde puede dormir una tercera persona (aunque NO es una cama plegable). Agua corriente fría y caliente (usando un tanque de cisterna de 1000 galones). Un baño moderno también. La cabaña está muy cerca de algunos senderos donde se puede andar en bicicleta de montaña, caminar, esquiar o montar a caballo. También hay algunos senderos para vehículos todo terreno en la zona. También hay un corral portátil para 2-4 caballos (se aplica una tarifa adicional si traes caballos). Flagstaff está a solo 25-30 minutos y es un gran lugar para experimentar uno de los muchos restaurantes / tiendas únicos. O tal vez desee visitar Arizona Snowbowl para practicar esquí alpino (ubicado a las afueras de Flagstaff). La cabina también se encuentra a 25 minutos en automóvil de Williams, AZ y a 65 millas del Gran Cañón. Tome un viaje panorámico en tren desde Williams hasta el Gran Cañón. Disfrutarás de este paseo histórico.

I can't speak to the skiing, as the cabin was so peaceful and comfortable and inviting, I didn't leave it all weekend. Even with 3 inches of snow, the cabin warm. Crackle of the wood stove memorizing. It was the disconnect from electronics and city I needed. Will book again

This cabin provided everything I needed for a week off-grid. It was a clean, quiet, well-stocked space where I could stay warm and solitary. I was quite happy and comfortable, with only the cheerful stuffed bear on the bed for company. I appreciated watching the stars from the back porch, chopping wood for the stove, and listening to the breeze in the pines.

This is a beautiful cabin in the middle of the forest that you will absolutely enjoy. Stayed 3 nights and will come back for sure. The meadows nearby are safe and amazing to walk around, sleep under the trees and watch wildlife...deer, coyotes, birds... what a beautiful place. Ramin is an excellent host and was always responsive, provided clear instructions and even helped provide tips & local attractions to visit.

We loved this cabin in the woods! Next time we would stay much longer to enjoy the coziness and the solitude for more than just the few days we had. There are other cabins nearby but the area is very quiet and remote. We had such fun hiking the Grand Canyon and exploring Route 66. The host is very responsive. Note to guests: be prepared to turn on the water by just flipping the switches on the outside near the back deck. Loved relaxing by the fire and watching stars from the outside deck. Stay here - you won’t regret it!!!

We loved our stay at Koko's Cabin. It was clean, well furnished and cozy. The area is somewhat remote but not too remote and was a great location for our day trips. We truly enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

Quiet, Cozy Cabin!

We loved our stay at Koko’s cabin. It was the perfect home base for our daily adventure to the Grand Canyon. The drive is about 1.5hrs to and from but totally worth having the solitude and coziness of the cabin after a long day of hiking. Host was very responsive and polite. Would absolutely stay again. What a gem of a property!

Great location and cozy cabin!

The location of this cabin is perfect for a getaway from the busyness of life. There is no cell coverage. The cabin is clean with ample supplies. The bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Location was very good. Instructions on how to find the place were spot on. You have to definitely pay attention to the driving instructions. Cabin was clean and well stocked with everything.

Dream Cabin

Beautiful cabin. Amazing cedar aroma. Peace and quiet. When we weren’t exploring beautiful flagstaff we were sitting by the fire reading our books. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We moved from St Louis MO to Phoenix AZ in 2011. We love it in Phoenix. Some times we miss the green and that is why we bought Koko's cabin. Koko is the name of our horse. She is a rescue horse. We made sure she can stay at our Cabin safe. We love to be at our cabin in hot summer days in Phoenix or in cold winter up in Parks AZ. The wood burning fire place makes that cabin so cozy with some hot "koko". :)

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is nicely on a slope and the terrain is exciting. When you look out of the kitchen you can see the Kendrick mountain. You see all the pine trees. It is breath taking to listen to the wind blowing thru the pine trees. At nights, it is pitch dark. You can see the starts so crisp clear. This is pretty much the wonderful way of being in the nature with the luxury of simple cabin. We just go there to relax. Get out of the day to day hectic and stress. I am so happy that the cell reception is very weak to non existence. You are disconnected from the electronic world. You could drive down the road and you will have some reception. Be conservative with water please. We have a 1000 Gallon Cistern. You can use 100 Gallons per day as included in your rent. Usually that is more than enough for 2 people. After that we have to charge you a small fee of 20 cents per Gallon.

You are out there in the forest, yet within 30 minutes you can be in downtown Flagstaff and 65 mils from GRAND CANYON. First Gas station is 6 miles away. There is a McDonald and Subway 10 minutes away. Breathtaking view of starts are right in front of the cabin! Flagstaff downtown 25-30 minutes away. Williams AZ about 25 minutes.
