Al entrar en la unidad, el mundo exterior se va y el océano se encuentra con usted de inmediato. La vista es excelente desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer desde la sala de estar, el comedor, la cocina y la terraza de la esquina con una vista amplia que es única en Gearhart House. Descansa y relájate en el nuevo sofá cama actualizado donde puedes ver las olas rompiendo y escuchar los sonidos del océano. O bien, invite a sus amigos a ver un juego en la gran televisión con amplios asientos para todos. Unidad maravillosamente actualizada con nuevos muebles modernos, obras de arte e iluminación. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y ropa de cama maravillosamente acogedora con un televisor de pantalla plana. Los propietarios de la unidad aman el océano y se han decorado con arte moderno marino, de la naturaleza y de viajes. Gran unidad para una visita relajante en solitario o una visita con un grupo de amigos que buscan reunirse y divertirse.
NO SE PERMITEN MASCOTAS. Los huéspedes de Gearhart House tienen acceso a una piscina cubierta climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje y sala de ejercicios.

Great location and view. Main bed was very comfortable. The hidabed needs to be looked at seems to not lay flat when pulled out.

Lovely area, not crowded

We enjoyed our stay in Gearhart during the pandemic because we could walk to the beach and on the beach without being close to people. The view is amazing. Had a nice meal on the outdoor deck at the Sandtrap.

Nice place

It wasn’t fancy, but it was clean and facilitated our needs. The staff was friendly , helpful and accommodating. We had a well behaved elderly dog with us. No compaints here. Beautiful beach.

Sunny winter weekend

We had a great two night stay. The unit was a perfect fit for us. The views south to Seaside are excellent. The pool was nice and warm and no one else was in it on a Saturday evening. Unlike most other rentals on the coast, there weren't a bunch of crazy fees added onto the stay. The unit could use some new blankets.

Amazing View with beach access!

We loved our stay here! About a 10 minute drive to seaside with lots of shopping, beach access and good restaurants. And only 20 minutes to cannon beach with more beach access, shopping and food. We had plenty of clean towels, blankets and the kitchen supplies and full size fridge was a great added amenity. The only complaint we had was 4pm check in time was not guaranteed due to low staff for housekeepers. But that’s not the tenants fault whatsoever. We will be back next summer!

Needs deep cleaning

The condo was cute and stocked well. The problem was the smell. The moment you walked into the condo, the odor of wet dog was overwhelming. All the bedding, including all the pillows in the place, the couch and rugs needed to be cleaned. I bought a can of Febreze and sprayed everything plus kept the screen door slightly open which helped a lot. This most likely will be the last time we stay at this facility.

Good location, decent room

We stayed for 3 nights in Gearhart by the Sea. The one bedroom was nice, in a great location, but slightly aged. The bed mattress and sheets could use an upgrade. But the room was competitively priced and we enjoyed the stay overall.

Anniversary stay

Very relaxing with the exception of some nearby construction in the building and some landscaping across the way. Otherwise very satisfying.

Fabulous Getaway

My husband and I stayed for 4 days and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable and offered all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was just as it was advertised and did not disappoint. The view from the deck was AMAZING! Watching the sun set each night was nice. Check-in was quick and smooth and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Before departure they were quick in answering any questions we had about the property. We will definitely be back and will stay in this unit again and would recommend to anyone looking to visit.

Great surprise

We were very pleasantly surprised at our accommodations at Gearhart by the Sea! The condo was very well appointed and had all of the comforts that we needed. It had a nice little woodstove but it didn’t get cold enough for us to fire it up. The kitchen had all the little tools and gadgets that we like to use for making meals and the beds were very comfortable (which included the sofa pull out). The views from the balcony were really great, very scenic view of the coastal range and a nice view of the beach, as well. Bring your binoculars, lots of interesting things to see! We’d never been to this resort but we’ll be back!

Great location with a beautiful view

My husband and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary by golfing our way up the coast. This was our last stop and our favorite as far as location, comfortable condo and great place to play golf. The condo is right across the street from the golf course which was convenient. The condo was clean, comfortable bed and had a fantastic view of the ocean. You could see clear down to Seaside and the promenade all lit up at night. Also access to the beach was a quick walk down the street. We would definitely stay there again.

This is in a great location close to the beach with amazing views. Very clean and comfortable, amenities were nice, pool was great and across the street from a golf course.

Lovely view!

We loved the patio with an amazing view of the ocean! Easy walk to the beach and the kids loved the swing on the way. Would stay here again.

Fun trip

Overall this is a good to place stay, and the cost is very reasonable for the area. Positives - The View is amazing!!! - The Bed is comfy - Parkings is great, and the access to the beach is wonderful. about a 3 to 5 min walk - Decent water pressure in the shower, extra towels - A good amount of pots and pans - Sofa is comfy - Complex fairly quiet The opportuntities - Check in, room was not ready at the 4pm check in time - There were no instructions for the TV and fireplace, so didn't use - The appliances are a little old, and the dishwasher didn't seem to clean that well. We re-washed everything before we used. Not a deal breaker, but a little icky Overall it was decent value for money for sure,

Cozy spot with a gorgeous ocean view

Had a wonderful stay in Gearhart - the condo is cozy but has everything you need: comfy bed, stocked kitchen, and a gorgeous balcony overlooking the ocean. The place was clean and the wifi was fast enough for video calls (for those still working from home!) Would definitely stay here again for another quiet getaway to the Oregon Coast.

Simple and Clean

This unit had everything we needed and we were happy the bed was comfortable. The ocean view was really nice. It was convenient having a restaurant across the street. New interior paint and updated flooring would go a long way, but it fit our needs just fine.

Gearhart stay

Great location; unit was cozy and clean. Our only regret was that the unit manual was missing so we lacked instructions for wood stove and TV.

Very good except for two matters

The condo is good. The layout and view are very good, and the condo is very well equipped with what you need for cooking, relaxing, etc. The bed is good and everything worked well. The condo is part of a large four story building (with elevator). The maid service for the condo (through the resort) could have been better as the stove had splatters on it that I had to clean. The biggest issue is that the resort is retrofitting the buildings for earthquake safety. While we were there the noise was very very bad. Although the workers stopped at 4pm (meaning that check in day was okay), we were staying for two nights and the next day the unit was absolutely uninhabitable for many hours as the drilling (into concrete) was right above our heads and practically making us deaf. I complained to the resort's office (where you check in) and they said they could not move us to another unit because the noise was everywhere. They gave us a discount, which was nice, but this still made our stay difficult. We had to physically leave the unit for several hours. One of the things we had looked forward to was sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean, and reading, and we could not do this at all during the hours of the work. I wish the listing had noted that the work would be happening as we would not have booked for those days if we had known. In my opinion, none of the condos in buildings where they were working should have been rented during working days.
