T403 is a Two Bedroom Ocean Front Condominium,  Pet Unit in Pacific Terrace.

This condo is seconds to the beach! Sleeps up to Four People. There is a King bed with a TV in the Main Bedroom, Two Twins in the second bedroom with a tv.  HD Flat Screen TV with Satellite and a DVD player in Living Room.  Washer and dryer for guest to use after a day playing on the beach.

Pets are accepted. Pet fee is $20.00 per night, per pet. (max 3 pets) Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.

You will have access to an Indoor Heated Pool only. There is NO access to a Hot Tub.

**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Great for a quick getaway

A friend and I were down for a two day golf tournament. Didn't need anything fancy. This was exactly as advertised: clean, ocean front, everything worked, including wifi.

A really nice community and great location

The condo was perfect for us and the location could not have been better. Just a short walk to the beach. The community is friendly and dog-friendly. The beach is not crowded, you can walk and explore the beach or hang out all day long. The condo is comfortable and has all the amenities you need. We will definitely be back next year.

Unit needs repair and updating

Shower in primary bathroom was unuseable and appeared very dirty. Rest of unit was clean but old. Kitchen is small. No room for guests to put non-refrigerated food. Location is outstanding.

Disgusted and tired....not fun vacation!!!

Not good took from 9 am Monday to Tuesday mid afternoon to be able to use the toilet..first toilet plug solid. 2nd one bareley worked could not shower ...explained to them the line was plugged went to the clean out. Toilet paper everywhere on outside of building. Finally got a plumber there at 12:30 Tuesday after noon....We would leave but we are 500 miles back home. Septic Tank line plugged solid ....

Cozy spot in amazing location

Somewhat dated in decor, but super comfortable and in a quiet complex right next to the beach. It’s exactly as it looks in the photos, plus plenty of extra pillows and blankets and kitchen gadgets. We loved everything except an obnoxiously loud exhaust fan in the en suite bathroom and could never find the heat control in the smaller bedroom.

Nice place to stay

Condo was nice. The bed was soft but comfortable. It took me a while to figure out how the heaters worked. I kept turning up the thermostat, but it turns out the wall heaters are controlled individually at the wall heater. The weather was beautiful for the dead of winter and I was disappointed that we didn't get a visit by the elk herd.

Easy access to beach

We arrived in a cold downpour. Check in was organized & quick, and the condo heated up immediately. Everything was clean and well stocked. Immediate access to outdoors for two dogs was wonderful. We could see the ocean and hear it when we kept the slider door slightly open-that also helped with some fresh intake air. The short walk to beach was an absolute plus. Washer/Dryer was nice feature due to weather. We will be back. Thank you to the house keeping staff.

Beach Hair

The condo was amazing, five minute walk from the beach, beautiful view, and very quiet and serene. When we got there we had to call maintenance right away because the breaker was down on the whole side of the living room area where the TV was along with lights in the master. The lights are very very dim in theSecond bedroom you could hardly see while you were in there. The coffee maker was not working and the kitchen wasn’t cleaned very well at all. The staff was very attentive and quick to respond. We enjoyed our family time while we were there.

Great beach location

We loved our stay in Gearhart! We loved being able to walk down to the beach directly from the condo and seeing the ocean from the living room was nice. The condo definitely needs to be deep cleaned thoroughly and could use better up keeping and stocking supplies. There are no screens in the doors which made it difficult to have the doors open to feel the ocean breeze because our dog was not able to be kept inside otherwise. Overall we had a good experience and would consider returning to this property.

Nice Location with Ocean View

Nice location with partial ocean view and sand dunes directly outside with nice benches to sit on and enjoy the ocean. Really enjoyed the close proximity to beach. Beds/bedding comfy and clean & convenient parking. Enjoyed a swim in the pool. Nearby bakery in Gearhart & McMenamins was fun. Overall, this unit is in need of updating & maintenance (i.e., flooring & carpet replaced/cleaned, new caulk/baseboard in bathrooms, bedroom furniture rejuvenated & tidy-up the entrance area).

Nice condo very close to beach

This is a great location; spacious on the inside and lots of outdoor space too. Condo is well stocked and clean. Great for our kids who enjoyed the beach everyday. The elk the grounds visited everyday :-)

Nice house and location

Clean and well stocked house at a wonderful location. The queen bed was very comfortable. We loved being able to walk right out the back door to get to the beach. Overall a great property.

Great location! Close to the beach!

This property was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. Close to the beach, but the path is a bit of a struggle for elderly people or those that have issues walking for long. But it was fine for us! Place needs a little fixing...the screen door to the beach was very hard to open and close as it’s rusty and bent. Couple lightbulbs out. Fan in one bathroom didn’t work. But the couches were comfortable, and overall the place seemed very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We would definitely stay here again!

Pretty nice place with a 3 minute walk to the beach and a well stocked kitchen.

We always wanted to stay on the Oregon coast and this was the perfect place. Had a lot of space, nice back patio and a kitchen with everything you need. The office is on the main road where the McMenamins restaurant is located on the golf course. Check in was about a minute. We will probably come back again.

Clean and comfortable

This was a lovely property. Beautiful view of a field with the ocean beyond. My family and I had a very comfortable stay here. They had all the amenities we needed and my dogs felt right at home.
