Este oasis de Sea Pines fue diseñado teniendo en cuenta la vida relajante de la isla. The property was close to the beach, the pool was large, and all rooms were large, comfortable and met our family needs. Great spot and we would highly recommend it!

Best house ever.

Our family, ages 5 to 80 vacation together every other year. Hilton Head is our favorite spot. This house was the best yet, also the most expensive. Plenty of bedrooms and beds, great living space but the favorite room was the amazing kitchen. With 22 people we always eat in, the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. The large pool was perfect and the easy 3 minute walk to the beach made it a breeze to run back and forth for more drinks and snacks. The only complaint I have was it could have been a little more handicap accessible. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location & Stay - Could Use a Bit of Updating

House was fantastic for our 6 family crew, loved the multiple dishwashers, sizeable laundry room as well. The house has some wear and tear around baseboards, outside areas and garage. Nothing that detracted from the vacation or our stay but could benefit from some extra attention. One of the sinks upstairs was clogged the entire time and there are no extra linens, so plan accordingly.

Fabulous family vacation

My family -- now 9 adults and 9 children -- has rented a house with a pool every year for the past 10 years. Between the location and the property, this was the best. We were very impressed by the management company; everything had been anticipated. Clearly written notes on wi-fi access, house rules, and check-out procedure made contact unnecessary. There were plenty of towels, hotel-type soaps, shampoos, etc., and starter packs for washing clothes and dishes. Top of the line appliances in the kitchen, with loads of refrigerator space. Two dishwashers, commercial clothes washer and dryer. Plenty of table/chair space for meals. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kids spent the whole time in the pool or at the beach, and made clear that the closer we can get to duplicating this vacation, the happier they'll be.

Beautiful House for Large Group

The house is beautiful, luxurious, and was immaculate. There were enough bedrooms, bathrooms, and space for 15 of us, as well as ample parking for 5 large vehicles. The kitchen was well-stocked with enough dishes, cutlery and utensils for all 15 of us to eat all meals and multiple snacks. Having 2 dishwashers was a plus. The dining table fit all of us comfortably. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. The beach was a few blocks away down a dedicated path. The house came with 4 bikes which we used all the time. The management company checked to make sure everything was going well (which it was!) and was very helpful with suggestions about things to do, etc. There is a large laundry room/pantry area which we appreciated. A really great home for large families. Our ages range from 3 to 73.....

Great stay

We have rented many homes through VRBO and this rates as one of the best. The bedrooms were all large and each had their own bathrooms with double sinks. That was a plus for our large family of 15. The kitchen has a huge island, two dishwashers , two refrigerators and two large trash bins. We brought plenty of paper plates and bowls so there was no problem with that. But you’d have to do a lot of dishwashing if you wanted to use the dishes that are provided in the house. The second living area upstairs was a real plus for the kids. The pool and the hot tub were nice and worked well and the kids spent a lot of time in the pool even though it was chilly over Thanksgiving week. We had five cars and there’s room in the driveway for all of them. The bikes that were provided were enjoyed and worked well. The house is just outside the gate of Sea Pines so we had to remember to bring our gate pass each time we wanted to go into Sea Pines. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach from the house. Or about a 5 to 7 minute drive to the beach club where you can also access the beach and have restrooms and showers.

A great house for your large group

Our biggest decision everyday was whether to swim in the pool or walk the 100 yards to the beach. When we had a minor problem with the microwave, the management company sent someone out within an hour.

Wonderful stay for a large group!

As a non-family large group, traveling to a location to all be together can be a bit precarious. We, however, had the most incredible stay at 15 Green Heron! First of all, The Vacation Company went above and beyond to help us when our original travels were affected by a hurricane. In the midst of their own evacuations they remained in contact and worked to be sure we had a backup plan that we will forever be grateful for. Parking at the house is ample and for groups with additional vehicles like us, there is a fair rate for passes and a parking lot within 10 minutes to leave cars which helped us so much. The home itself is very lovely-- oversized rooms with additional couches/love seats/chairs allowed us to spread out beyond the living rom and kitchen. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed and our chef was able to cook for 20 people every few hours without issue! We loved the close proximity to the beach (just a quick walk down the path next to the house) and general serene and quiet of Sea Pines, and the indoor/outdoor seating at the home. Even in February we were able to enjoy this beautiful place! The nearby proximity of restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores was incredibly convenient. And again, I cannot say enough about the wonderful service provided by The Vacation Company. We had to call several times during out stay with questions or a need for a few extra of something and they were incredibly kind and quick to help in any way. Their service is worth the stay, because you know your needs will be completely met if anything does arise! We are hoping to come back again, if they'll have us! Enjoy your stay, you won't regret booking this property!

Great !!!

The house was beautiful and spacious for our family vacation. Plenty of room and very clean. Patrick was nice and very helpful. (The only thing I would like to see is a little more handicap ready as I get older. Basics like shower seat and raised toilets) other than that it was great !!

Very spacious and each family had their privacy.

Very spacious and kids had space to play. The hot tub needed attention, slightly green, we didn’t use it. Sound travels throughout the home, somewhat of a drawback. Eight burner stove and two ovens made cooking a breeze. Only one coffee pot worked. Patrick was available to us and answered all questions. Two minute walk to the beach, very convenient to all shopping and restaurants.

Loved the house - The Ellison Family

15 Green Heron is a beautiful home. Its living area is very nice and open. The laundry room is wonderful and the washer and dryer were new and worked great !! The pool is large and holds many memories of fun with family and friends.

This is home is awesome!

This is a beautiful home that has large rooms, large kitchen and is very well appointed. Chiller drawers for beverages, freezer chest for multiple bags of ice eliminating daily runs to the store for cooler ice, plenty of dishes and cookware, two coffee makers and the list will go on and on. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful vacation spot!`

This home is perfect for large families, or several different families. The maintenance of the home is high-level, and the easy access to the beach and the Sea Pines area is wonderful!

Amazing home!!

I highly recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, clean, well maintained with all the amenities. It's close to the beach, with a private swimming pool, and hot tub. The state of the art kitchen is a wonder to cook in. The bedrooms are large, tastefully decorated, with en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom. We were here with 15 people in this home for a week, and were completely pleased with our stay.

Best Vacation Home EVER!!!!

This is my extended Family's second stay at 15 Green Heron. We just love everything about this wonderful property. The location is ideal. There is plenty of room for all of us. The Kitchen is to die for. Great decision to upgrade #7 Loft into a bedroom. It exceeded all our needs and expectations. A special Thank You to Patrick Murphy, any issue that came up was quickly resolved and his recommendation of Tee Thyme catering was awesome! My family of 16 have vacationed in Hilton head every summer for the past 16 years. Each year we rent a different property in search of the perfect vacation home. I am reluctant to give this review for fear that it may not be available to us in the future but 15 Green Heron Road in sea Pines is too good not to share. It is the perfect vacation home. Great amenities, plenty of bathrooms, large bedrooms, multiple refrigerators, close to the beach, plenty of hot water, comfortable, well decorated, beautiful home, air conditioned, big kitchen, and most importantly, the biggest pool on Hilton Head. Even the rental process was the best dealing with the management company. Thank you Patrick.

Spring Break 2016

What a great home! We were a large group of 3 families-- 7 kids, 6 adults. Beautiful and spacious rooms, large and well-stocked kitchen, heated pool, hot tub, steps from the beach. Everyone also had room to spread out and have privacy if they wanted to have some quiet time. Patrick was also super helpful and extremely responsive to any questions that we had. Highly recommend and would come back to stay here again!

Wedding Weekend

Our family of 17 all thoroughly enjoyed this home during our family member's wedding. Everyone had their own space to do what they wanted whether it was read a book, swim, hit the beach, or play some games. Perfect for being by yourself or with the group. The kitchen - dining - great room was such a bonus for impromptu gatherings and just hanging out. Great weekend, great wedding, great weather!

Vacation July 2014

Our family of 18 once again stayed in this home. There are very large bedrooms and enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and large enough for our entire family to sit down to dinner at the same time. The pool is also large enough for everyone to enjoy. The hot tub is separate so does not take up room in the pool. The beach walk is right next to the house with a direct access to the beach. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

Perfect boys' trip weekend

We (12 guys) rented this home for our annual golf trip, and it was amazing! 12 beds in the house ensured that everyone had their own bed, and 3 fabulous courses are only minutes away. the beach is less than 100 yards from the house. even the dining table held all 12 of us (ask the owner about contacting the personal chef to come cook at the house; she is incredible!). if you have a large group, you will not regret renting this home for whatever you plan to do in sea pines. Enjoy!!
