Annual Family Vacation

The kids loved the pool and we liked the outside shower for removing sand (not sure if it was hot water also- we never got anything other than cold.) Kitchen was large and much appreciated as we cook at home most nights. 2 observations - not a single baking sheet in the kitchen (we went to Walmart) and the dishwasher is well used and dishes were not always super clean. The beach is close to the end of the island (cargo ships etc) and the water had a brownish tinge on a few days) - there is a strong current when the tide is high. Overall, it was a wonderful place to rent. The entire experience from booking to checkout was seamless/

The location is absolutely amazing, providing easy access to everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to offer a serene and peaceful environment. The interior of the home is both beautiful and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The space comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time. The layout and amenities were so well-designed that we found ourselves with no real reason to leave the property. Whether we were cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, lounging by the pool, or enjoying the spacious common areas, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We were so impressed with our stay that we're already looking to book this residence again for next year. This was our 2nd house rental in Sea Pines. The house was excellent and very well equipped. A quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach, lovely neighborhood. Would definitely rent again.

We had a group of 10 people and everyone had ample space to cook, eat and hang out together but also plenty of bedrooms. The kids (and adults) had a great time in the pool, riding bikes and watching the outdoor TV. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful quiet beach. Located about 1/2 mile walk (or bike ride) to the Salty Dog. The house was clean and beautiful! The manager left us clear instructions (everything we needed to know!) and was super responsive when we couldn't locate a remote control for one of the TVs. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to return again!

Exceptional Property

This home is beautiful. Clean, well located and well Decorated. Great communication w Coastal in the rental. Two areas of Opportunity especially for the price. 1. The pool was very dirty when we arrived. Called for service and they came Promptly but wasn’t clean and clear again until the day before departure. We could swim in it but ewww. For this price no excuses. Second, we should be able to leave keys in home on departure. Tracking down Your rental Office is annoying. Again for this price should Be convenient to us not you. Overall tho wonderful rental.

Reviewer Comments: Starting with Father’s Day Celebration and Ending with our daughter’s beach wedding along with a 50th wedding anniversary celebration with a catered low country boil at the house, Painted Bunting was the best house ever we have rented. It had everything we possibly could need. The pool, pool deck and overlooking porch with its comfy furniture were a favorite for us. Our encounters with Costal Home and Vila Company were fabulous. Hands down best house and best rental company we have ever used!

It can not handle the wifi demand of many adults with all of their phones, computers and tv streaming. This is something that our extended family has grown to expect. The home needs to be tested with eight adults and the demand of multiple phones, etc.
