Este ático de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con orientación sur puede alojar hasta 4 adultos más 1 con un sofá cama adicional en la sala de estar. Este primer ático recientemente decorado está totalmente equipado. Todo ha sido comprado recientemente, por ejemplo, cocina y utensilios, etc.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble (150 cm * 180 cm) con armarios empotrados y aire acondicionado. El baño en la habitación está provisto de bañera con ducha, WC y bidé. El dormitorio no 2 tiene dos camas individuales y un armario. Al lado está el baño no2 con ducha y WC.
La sala de estar cuenta con wifi, televisión de pantalla plana con todos los canales Sky, además de canales holandeses, españoles y alemanes. También hay un reproductor de Blu-ray disponible en el apartamento. El salón cuenta con cómodos asientos con puertas que dan al balcón con vistas al mar. Hay mesa y sillas para disfrutar de su comida en el balcón también.
La cocina es nueva totalmente equipada, con todos los utensilios de cocina. Arriba está la terraza privada para disfrutar del sol con tumbonas y sombrillas. En el jardín hay una gran piscina compartida, que no tiene calefacción. Pero si lo prefiere, la playa está a solo 10/20 minutos a pie del puerto. El apartamento está equipado con detectores de humo para mayor seguridad.

This property is immaculate, very comfortable with everything you could need, food basket on arrival was a gem as arrived late very hungry and tired, so was an absolutely god send to have a bite to eat and go straight to bed! Property is in lovely residential area with view of sea and mountains. It is near shops restaurants, beaches. Near public transport links. A real home from home we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely property in an excellent area.

Property suited our needs exactly, we were a group of 60 something ladies and we really enjoyed our stay, the area and nightlife. It catered for all age groups abd we would certainly return again.Only small issue was we didn't know the pool was shut for siesta 3pm to 5pm, which after you have out and and about during the day, a dip in the pool would have very welcome

Lovely apartment in a quiet residential area. Well greeted by Oksana and welcome basket provided including wine, water, melon, crisps etc. Super pool and easy to walk to all amenities. Lidl 7 mins away, marina 14 mins and train station only 13 mins with great links to airport or Malaga centre. Everything in the apartment was clean and air con worked well. Lovely to have the penthouse with huge roof terrace.

Wonderful stay

A beautiful apartment,even better than pictures , in a nice area . Supermarkets , cafes , restaurants all within easy reach .We had a very relaxing stay . Sammy the owner was good to deal with and yimmy kindly arranged a taxi for our early morning departure , hope to go back again soon .

Great apartment with good sea views and very clean. Good communication with owner and looking forward to staying again soon. Did message the owner saying we were leaving and telling him some miner points, but he didnt respond which i thought was abit odd.

nice comfortable apartment for family of 4-5

Very nice location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Great for a longer stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Like all the vrbo’s we visited in EU could use an easier key hand off/check-in system.

Beautiful place but some residential noise

Best apartment I've been in since i started Spain wi tere in 2012. Quiet area and easy access to the coast and tourist hangouts. Walkers will like the 25 minutes to Arroyo del miel and 40 to torremolinos. Bus and train close for other options. Small bump at chech in but it was taken care of.

Fantastic Apartment in Benalmadena

We had a really enjoyable time in this apartment. From the kitchen to the glorious sun terrace, this apartment has everything you need to have a relaxed holiday on the Costa Del Sol. Booking the apartment with Sammy was quick and effortless and having Anna the local manager next door was a bonus. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent October break

The property was accurately represented with the description and pictures. Clean, tidy apartment with a high standard of amenities and good location made all the difference for us and the roof area in particular was a welcome benefit. Communication with the owner and the host were prompt, straightforward and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property to others and look forward to returning again in the future.

We loved it!

The apartment is fab! We would have been happy to stay on longer, and we'll be happy to stay again. The location is very good; you can choose to walk to the marina, Benalmadena beaches, or Torremolinos beaches. The communication with the owner and Yeimi was great; they were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place 😊👌

Lovely flat with roof terrace

Great location 10 min walk to marina. Supermarkets 5 mins away. Flat is great with all you need for a fab holiday. Super quiet but near bars and restaurants as well as shops. Nice pool rarely busy Roof terrace with loungers and bbq. Ideal for a relaxing holiday and you’re near to the livelier parts if you want that too

Lovely property in a great location only 10 min walk from marina. Yeimi was very helpful and the house was perfect with everything you might need. Lovely roof terrace for relaxing in the sun and lovely quiet pool area in the shared garden. Lidl only 5 mins away. Could do with a fan for the second bedroom is the only comment I would have:)

Great Stay

Lovely apartment with everything you could want !! Helpful apartment manager ! Also received a lovely welcome basket with wine etc on arrival !! Highly rated !! Only one little complaint the pool closes between 3-5pm each day and the gate automatically locks we weren’t told about this but another lovely resident kept us right !! OVERALL THOUGH A FABULOUS STAY !!

Well appointed appartment with large roof terrace.

We couldn't praise the owner and their local representative enough. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay excellent. The large roof terrace and large onsite swimming pool meant you didn't need to go to the beach, but if you did a 15 minute troll took you to all the action of the marina. Additionally we received a welcome basket in the apartment which was beyond the usual bottle of water in the fridge. Honestly we couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough.

Holiday

The property was just as described and we were very happy with it. The roof terrace was especially nice with great views and lots of furniture. There are two supermarkets - one uphill, about five minutes away and a Lidl downhill, again about five minutes away. The apartment had everything you could wish for with dishwasher tablets provided and washing machine tablets. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment

This 2 bedroom apartment with a huge roof terrace has everything you require and more! We were also given a welcome pack, this was a nice surprise. Communication with owners and Yeimi (who met us with the keys) was excellent and Yeimi very kindly organised an Uber for us for our early morning flight home. The area is quite hilly and has 2 Supermarkets around 5 mins away both of which are open on Sundays. Benalmádena Port, Carihuela Beach and Arroyo De La Miel are all walking distance from the apartment and you can go to Malaga City easily by bus or train. I would highly recommend this beautiful, well kept apartment.

We stayed here for 10 amazing nights. 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed including a dish washer and washing machine. We were able to use the pool everyday, which we did. Good size and clean. The view from the private terrace was gorgeous day and night. A 20 minute walk to the port and beach. Similar to the train station. Supermarkets less than 10 minutes away. Lots of places to dine and to suit all tastes. Yiemi was on hand via text to help us should we need anything. Booked a taxi for us on the day we left. Will definitely look to visit again.

First impressions of the property were excellent, the young lady who showed us around couldn't have been more welcoming. As other reviews have stated it's location is spot on. The only negative experience was that we could not access the sky channels I reported the problem twice but was advised the usual "turn it of and turn it on again" witch I had already done. It may have been something I was or wasn't doing but the fact remains we had no Sky. Other than this I can highly recommend this appartement. Very well equipped with excellent air con.

My husband and I booked a week's stay only about 3 weeks prior. The communication with the owner was great and we were sent the phone number of the manager so we could communicate directly with her regarding our arrival. Our flight arrived in Malaga around 11am but, we were allowed early check-in. Upon arrival, we were given a comprehensive show around of the accomodation and its' facilities. There were basics included such as tea, coffee etc, lots of additional bedding and even beach towels to use on the solarium or the beach. The area seemed mainly to be residential but, that made for less hustle and bustle from the coastline. There were 2 supermarkets, each around 7 minutes' walk. However, using Lidl did mean an uphill walk back—something to remember if you were to be getting heavy items!. We didn't use the pool, but it looked really clean and was tended to daily. It was great having the upstairs private solarium as it made for a very chilled and relaxing break. All in all, we have a very enjoyable stay.

Winter Escape

Had two weeks stay with a friend at the end of February to get some winter sun. We found the apartment to be newly refurbished to a high standard and everything it said it was. There were only two of us but it would still be spacious for four people. We enjoyed many breakfasts and lunches on the south facing balcony and the large roof terrace got the sun all day. We did not have a car but had no problems getting about. The apartment is situated in a pleasant quiet street but there are two good supermarkets and some small shops on the main road nearby. It is within easy walking distance of the train station at El Pinillo where there is an excellent train service every 20 minutes to Malaga or Fuengirola. The beautiful marina at Benalmadena is less than 15 minutes walk away as is the town centre of Arroyo de la Miel where La Canasta on the roundabout is a must for coffee and cake. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful as was the manager who living nearby was on hand to help with any queries we had. There is plenty to see and do in the area. We had a great time and will certainly consider going back to see some of the things we didn't get round to this time.

My parents choose this area as it was close to the airport. It is central from Malaga to Marbella as they liked visiting all those areas. The tube also was a big plus for them and is only walking distance from the apartment. The area has a great mix of locals and tourists so you experience holiday and local environment.

Our property is great as it is only 10mins walk from the tube station and 15-20min walk from the beach. It also is a penthouse where we have the roof for privacy if we wish.
