Impresionante condominio 3/2 en Village at Gruene Condominiums con impresionantes vistas del río Guadalupe y acceso directo al río. ¡A un corto paseo del histórico Gruene Hall! Esta unidad tiene tres dormitorios y dos baños con capacidad para 6 personas. Rio Hacienda se encuentra en el piso superior con un balcón que ofrece impresionantes vistas del río Guadalupe, Texas Hill Country y hermosas puestas de sol. El condominio presenta una decoración de buen gusto occidental que complementa los colores ricos en todo. El dormitorio principal tiene una gran cama king size, TV por cable, acceso al balcón y baño principal privado. Las dos habitaciones adicionales comparten un segundo baño completo ubicado convenientemente en el pasillo. Ambos baños están equipados con comodidades del tamaño de un hotel, toallas y dos rollos de papel higiénico. El primer dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama doble con TV por cable y la segunda habitación tiene dos camas individuales. Ropa de cama de alta calidad se proporcionan para todas las camas y baños. Hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad también. La acogedora sala de estar y la cocina te harán sentir como en casa.

Villages at Gruene condo review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is located within walking distance to all the attractions the historic town of Gruene has to offer. It is on the Guadalupe River, but the part of the river it is on is not a good spot for swimming. It is very hard to get down into the river and there is not an easy spot for kids to get in and out of the river. The building itself looks dilapidated. The paint is peeling off all of the railings, and there are multiple spots where trim is literally hanging off the building. The pool area had trash (beer cans) lying around, and the pool furniture was dirty and old. The coping of the pool was crumbling in places. I definitely feel this property does not deserve the label of “upscale”. It seems run down.I gave 3 stars for cleanliness because there was mold on the shower curtain, ants in the kitchen, sticky, unknown stains on a bedspread, and a bug in my child’s bed (apparently not bed bugs according to the pest control company hired by the management company).Overall, I would not choose to stay at this property again.

Don't be alarmed by the exterior of the property when you pull up that it is dated because the unit itself has been upgraded and it's in great condition. It's in a perfect location and you can walk to everything

Not Upscale

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is dirty on the exterior and needs general repair and maintenance. The wood exterior is broken, the paint is chipped. The ceilings are covered in cobwebs, dirtdobber nests, broken walking paths. The poool area has shards of broken stone which cut the heel open of a child. The interior of our room was dated and basic kitchen staples such as coffee filters, salt and pepper etc were not provided. We reached out to the host with no response to our concerns. GOur parking spot was occupied by another vehicle. The security officer that was on the property Friday said he was not able to have the vehicle towed but made contact with the host. The guests next door played loud music and smiled marjuana on the balcony every night of our stay. This was our third year to stay at this property (not the same room) and our worst experience. The room was dirty. The decorative pillows on the bed were trimmed in fake leather which flaked off all over the comforter. The bathroom light fixtures were covered in thick dust. The floors had hair all over and we walked in socks because the floors were filthy.

Reviewer Comments: There were six of us staying because of the Texas Clay Festival, so we didn't spend a great deal of time in the condo, but it was very comfortable and everyone enjoyed it. Our one problem was the parking. We had 3 cars and there was another event happening that made it impossible to park elsewhere. We called the emergency number to ask if they could just park in the lot over night (there were places there) and they were told that was not an emergency and were hung up on.

Wonderful Location

My friend and I stayed in this condo for the weekend we attended a music event at Gruene Hall. Wonderful location! We parked the car on Friday and didn’t get back in until Sunday. Everything was so comfortable! My only suggestion would be to update/improve a few things in bathrooms…shower heads, mats in tubs, and shower curtains…to give it a clean feel like the rest of condo! Overall, a wonderful experience!

Small town Texas delight!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property was an easy walk to enjoy Gruene Dance Hall and surrounding shops. We like to park and enjoy the weekend worry-free. The unit was tastefully decorated with Texas decor. We came with another couple and the divided bedrooms/baths was a huge plus. Then there's the amazing view from the patio. The rockers and table set were perfect for sitting with a cup of coffee, chatting and bird or sunset watching. The only negative we experience was a chain-smoker on the balcony below us that made sitting outside unpleasant, but that is unrelated to the unit itself or the mgt company. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. We were within walking distance to everything in town. The only reasons we used our cars were to go to H‐E‐B (8 min away) and to leave a car at the pick up point when we exited from floating the river (5 min). The condo itself was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. The view from the third floor balcony made the morning coffee in the rocking chair that much better. We were three couples and had plenty of room to spread out. My only complaint is that I wish there was room for a dining table. The bar height counter in the kitchen only had room for four bar stools which left two people standing for breakfast. There was a small table on the balcony, but it was still not big enough for six plus it’s really too hot to eat out there in the summer. Also, the couples who slept in the two bedrooms facing the pool, were disturbed by people partying until 3-4 am in the building across from the pool. Quiet time starts at 10 pm but there was no one there to enforce it. Lastly, we really appreciated having river access as we brought our own tubes and that there was an elevator to help us haul everything to the third floor. We only reached out to the property management once about parking (we had three cars), but their response was only that they were closed for the day. All in all it was a great vacation and I can’t wait to come back!

Friend getaway

This property was awesome, the condo was clean, well kept and had everything we needed! The location is prime for patio happ ping, listening to music, shopping etc! You never have to drive if you choose! Wonderful experience !
