This condo is in an excellent location - walking distance to quicksilver chair (with two 11 year olds and an 8 year old in tow), right on Main Street for the shops and restaurants, and Carter sled hill / dog park just a few blocks away. The layout is perfect for a small family with master and second bedroom upstairs. The living space on main floor is very spacious and with an awesome balcony overlooking the slopes. Because of the excellent location in the heart of main street, there was a bit of noise coming out from some of the bars next door when they let out at 2am - but may have been a one off occurrence since it was not loud on any other nights of our stay outside of the one late Friday night. Super clean with every amenity needed - we will definitely be back!

We stayed 3 weeks and contacted management nearly everyday. These are a few of the items we had problems with and all should never have occurred.Washing machine had mold all around the edgesDryer barely heated and it took 3 trips by maintenance and vendors to get it to heat a little better (not great). The lint vent to the outside was completely blocked which is a fire hazardThe pan under the kitchen sink had several inches of water in it. Apparently the garbage disposal needed replacement. Someone was aware because the pan was there to catch the waterThe dishwasher wasn't working but finally that was taken care of 10 days into our tripFireplace barely had a flame. A repair person came 2 weeks into our trip and it was better. The fireplace is connected to the thermostat. In order to keep a fire going, you need to open the doors and windows to drop the temp. Strange.Hot tub inside cover was shredded and had been for sometime. Apparently the service company informed them but nothing was doneGrill was filthy, Willing to send someone to clean-really. Shouldn't it have been cleanThe second floor bathroom closet had a terrible smell. We bought 2 deodorizes to cover up the smellSink stoppers were missing, no extra batteries, pens, paper, sponges, etc.Management company always replied to the texts and someone would eventually show up. The problem is that none of this should have been an issue. These are items that should be checked before any guest arrives.

Great location

Can’t beat the location right on Main Street. It was not as clean or updated as we would have liked, but we are very particular about that, so may not be an issue for others. Overall, we liked it and a couple people said they would stay here again.

Great location!

Beautiful home and great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. Host was easy to communicate with and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic home base while enjoying all the Breckenridge area has to offer. This place has it all! The views are spectacular. The hot tub is wonderful after a long day of skiing. Summit County Rental Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sara from Summit County rental was great to work with, she listened to my needs, asked questions and found the perfect spot for my family. She also shared discounts for rentals equipment needed for the trip. Rose from Summit Rentals was prompt to answer questions we had during our stay. The location of the rental along with little touches in the home made us wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

The townhome was beautiful and bigger than expected. There were 6 of us with plenty of room. VIEW!

Better than expected with spectacular Mountain View’s from our windows. Plenty of room for the six of us with more room to spare. Everything was stocked up and ready for us so we could enjoy skiing and skating without any worries.

Breckenridge - Amazing location for skiing and access to downtown

Location - Amazing for skiing and downtown. 5-7 minutes walk in ski booths to Quicksilver Super Chair. For some renters a major negative on the location is the properties location directly above the Blue Moose restaurant, another restaurant/bar, and close proximity to other bars and restaurants. We didn't encounter any noise issues during our stay.Views - iconic views of the mountain from the living room, balcony, and hot tub. Living room and kitchen - This space is incredible and super comfortable. You could easily host a larger family and friends here. Bedrooms - Primary suite was comfortable. Amazing views of mountains. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed and the room was quite small.Bathrooms - No en suite bathrooms for either bedroom and 2nd bathroom is downstairs. This would not be ideal for 2 couples to share a bathroom upstairs.

Wonderful Townhome

Absolutely loved our stay at Mainridge. Communication with the property manager was so easy and I received text messages during our stay to ensure everything was great. Location was wonderful and walking distance to Mainstreet and all the shops and restaurants.

Location location, location

It was absolutely amazing stay, we had never been before and couldn't have asked for a better location. It was my 18 year old son, 21 year old daughter, my husband and I. The house is very cozy the couches are super comfortable. The hot tub tops it off after a long day on the slopes. We plan on booking another stay next December.

Great spot

This is a nice property in a great location. Open main floor plan with a hot tub. The only thing I’d add is that there is no master bathroom. The master shares a hall bathroom with the other bedroom on the second floor. That wasn’t a major deal, just want people to know. (Apparently I didn’t realize that until we arrived.) We would stay here again, boat was helpful with any questions.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only downside is, it is located very close to a bar, so when the windows are open, it can be quite loud. But with the windows closed most of the noise was blocked out. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Great Location

Beautiful, spacious well stocked condo. Views were fantastic and so close to shops and restaurants. Never had to use our car and took advantage of the free shuttle bus. Hot Tub and condo was very clean. Tons of towels which we appreciated!Only issue was we couldn’t get upstairs tv to work & fireplace a little tricky to turn on. Would highly recommend this rental!
