Nuestro condominio está perfectamente ubicado en el piso 22 con vista directa a la piscina al aire libre en Phoenix Gulf Shores con increíbles vistas panorámicas del Golfo. ¡También tenemos una cerradura de puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía! ¡Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde el balcón o por las ventanas del piso al techo en la unidad desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal! Con más de 1,750 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa, recién amueblada y nueva en el mercado de alquiler.



Las comodidades son abundantes en este condominio de Phoenix Gulf Shores: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, barra para tragos con máquina de hielo, televisor de alta definición de pantalla plana de 65 "en la sala de estar y un televisor inteligente 4K de pantalla plana de 43" en el dormitorio principal y segundo y tercero dormitorios Tenemos una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora grandes, sonido envolvente en la sala de estar, un montón de vajilla / cristalería, tostadora, licuadoras, cafetera normal y un Keurig. Hay una cama King en el Master, una cama King en el segundo dormitorio, dos camas Queen en el tercer dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. También tenemos un paquete n play para niños pequeños y un colchón inflable si lo necesita.



Hay una impresionante piscina al aire libre de entrada cero con un tobogán de agua, piscina climatizada en la puerta, dos jacuzzis, gimnasio de última generación con vista al Golfo, parrillas para barbacoa y una cancha de tenis.



Hay un límite de edad mínima de 25 años para reservar la unidad que se aplicará sin reembolso por violación.

Never waited long on elevators Would stay here again definitely!!

Location was excellent. Property overall was very clean. Condo was great and had everything we needed! Never had to wait on elevators. parking garage was great. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint would be the outdoor pool. It Needs cleaned better. everyday I found trash in the pool, even found a fish hook and a dead fish in the pool.

We had an enjoyable stay. Condo was very nice, plenty of room to spread out and great views of the ocean. Could hear neighbors above, but that could change for each group.

We vacation every summer somewhere on a southern coast with our girls and this is probably the nicest rental we've ever stayed in. It's just like the photos and the view from the balcony is outstanding! It was so nice, we ended up just wanting to hang out in the living room and on the balcony just as much as going down to the pool and beach. Also loved using a door code instead of having to keep track of key cards. This made it so much easier and I didn't have to worry that one of our teens would get locked out.Indoor and outdoor pools, and 2 whirlpools, were well maintained. Entire building, including huge lobby area, was beautiful. Easy access to the beach and ocean. The beach itself was soft, white sand with tons of sea shells up towards the hotel entrance. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the master also had a tub. Master has a view of the ocean! The kitchen was wonderful and we actually boiled crab and made a seafood dinner one evening. Everything is in good repair and they thought of everything as far as supplies to get their guests started. There is no towel service but the unit has its own washer and dryer, which we utilized a few times.We loved that this complex had a parking structure with 4 elevators. We will definitely recommend and stay again.

Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. The ice maker was awesome to have! The outdoor furniture was extra nice!! Phoenix Gulf Shores property is very nice with the outdoor pool and water slide and the heated indoor pool. We enjoyed it all. I would highly recommend this condo! The only thing I was disappointed about was not being able to see the sunset from condo.

Paradise on the beach

This place was amazing! The view from the patio was breathtaking. The condo had everything you needed if wanting to stay in and cook your own meals. I’d request that more towels be stocked in the condo as we had to wash them all mid stay. The last 2 days of our stay the air conditioning quit working. It was difficult to contact the owner after hours and the number we had to the front desk or to report and issue was closed after 430pm.

Best condo we ever rented. Everything was just as described. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything a good cook needs. The balcony view was spectacular. Highly recommend. Looking forward to returning again.

Would recommend

This condo was exactly as described in the listing. Great location for daily walks, close to restaurants and grocery stores, great indoor pool (although loud, hot, and unsupervised most of the time), etc. The kitchen was stocked well so there wasn’t anything we couldn’t do. One thing that was frustrating though was the ice maker wasn’t filling up very quickly so we ended up having to buy ice a few days. The property manager was quick to respond when we needed more dish towels and when we accidentally broke a lamp he was fair on the price. I was kind of confused in with the reviews saying if you get there after 5pm you have to go to another location so I called at 4:30pm (we hit traffic) and was told that was the case, so I was confused as to why that wasn’t communicated to us. According to reviews, we wouldn’t have been able to access the pool or beach if we’d of come straight to our condo. I was skeptical to choose this condo because I typically go with more tropically themed places and the overall decor was outdated. But it fit our needs. The balcony furniture was a plus!!
