Relájese en esta hermosa casa de playa en el suroeste de San Clemente, que se encuentra a solo 5 minutos a pie por un camino secreto a la playa de Riviera Beach y a 20 minutos a pie de la playa hasta el muelle. El alquiler es para el nivel inferior de la casa (construido en 2017) - los propietarios se desalojarán durante su estancia. Si está buscando una fecha específica bloqueada en el calendario, envíe un mensaje ya que los propietarios son flexibles con su disponibilidad.

Another wonderful stay in San Clemente

This was our second time staying at this wonderful home, and we were delighted to be back. Jillian makes everything super-easy, and the property is wonderful: beautiful view from the deck and hot tub; easy trail to the beach; house chock full of toys and games for the kiddos. Great food recs, too; we especially loved eating crepes outside at La Galette thanks to Jillian's recommendation. We hope to return!

Heaven

If we could, we would move in. The property is so peaceful and an easy walk to the beach. I could sit on the back deck looking at the ocean all day. And we also loved watching movies and surf videos on the theatre screen. We cannot wait to return to this paradise! Thank you!

Welcome to Paradise!

What an amazing place to call home for five days!! The location of the home is in a wonderful community with very friendly neighbors who made us feel very welcome from day one, which is huge to us as it is seldom the case when renting a vacation rental. Once we entered the property it was as if we were whisked away to a tropical paradise. This is a very quiet and very private property with breathtaking views of the ocean and lush canyon. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and in the hot tub watching the sunsets and listening to the waves crash on the beach. The interior of the home is just as fabulous as the exterior! The family room is huge with gorgeous views from every window. The two bedrooms in the main house are nice sized and very comfortable. The garden villa room is really cool with it's private entrance and half bath. My son had the garden room to himself and loved waking up to the views from the comfort of his bed. The updated kitchen and dining area is spacious enough for six of us to sit and enjoy our family meals. We loved our walks down to the beach! The path from the property to the beach was one of the favorite features my boys liked about this home. From the yard you walk down a stairway to follow the path through the canyon to the beach which is a great workout if you do it multiple times a day. There is another path to get to the beach and from what I have heard it is a bit of an easier walk for those who aren't up for the adventure. I have to give special recognition to the homeowners without them we would of been stuck at the Best Western. We traveled from another state to visit family and had previously booked a property in Dana Point. It wasn't until the night before our scheduled visit did we learn that the property booked had been double booked by VRBO and the best they offered us was a Best Western or properties over 30 minutes away. I contacted the homeowner of this property directly and am so thankful that I did. Not only did they prepare the property for us at the last minute but they were amazingly helpful, supportive and genuinely great people. I cannot find nearly enough words to thank Jason and Jillian for being our saving grace and for helping us through one of the most devastating ordeals we have ever been through on vacation. There is no doubt we will definitely stay here again.

San Clemente Paradise

Our family of four enjoyed a blissful sunny week at this immaculate home. Jillian was super easy to deal with right from the start, and check in was straightforward and well-communicated. Our two kids (age 4 and 6) loved the house. There were endless bins of toys and games scattered throughout, and a tire swing that they could not get enough of. We spent a lot of time out on the deck, including evening soaks in the hot tub after getting a little chilly down on the beach. And about that beach... it's a very easy hike down from the home to a perfect sandy beach that was nearly empty every time we were there. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well-appointed, and the house is located in a quiet residential area that also happens to be like three minutes from a bunch of restaurants. The kids quickly became obsessed with Surfin Donuts, and we also had excellent meals from Hapa Js and MRK Public. We had a wonderful week, and this is a wonderful home. We very much hope to return,

Beautiful and private beach home

We cannot thank the owners, Jillian and Joe, enough for hosting us in their beautiful home. It was all we had hoped for and we’d love to return. The house was clean, comfortable and had amazing canyon and ocean views. Watching hummingbirds in the morning and listening to the waves break at night was wonderful.

OC Getaway

Every year our family likes to visit the beaches down in OC. We had the opportunity to visit this wonderful home over the 4th of July. Everything about the house was advertised. Very clean, well appointed and the kids loved the hot tub! Easy walk to the beach and the parking was more convenient than other areas in San Clemente. The best part were the owners and their communication with us. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing. 10 out of 10 on this listing. We stay at VRBO's going on 8 plus years now and this property is an excellent find. A little out of the way from the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything.

Amazing place to stay at!!!

I can't say enough great things about our stay at this property. The location is perfect, quiet and private with a view that is amazing. The house was very clean and had all the amenities of a home. The path to beach a plus. The owners were wonderful and available if we had any questions. We will for sure be back here next time we are in CA.

The most lovely little getaway you could ask for!! Still very local, but private and relaxing.

This home is absolutely incredible. It is the downstairs portion to a home but it is huge and very, very private. You can see the ocean from every window in the home and you constantly feel a cool ocean breeze. You can fall asleep listening to the waves and take a walk down to the beach in the morning through the private beach trail. We also used the jacuzzi a ton and it was very relaxing. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone and would gladly come back!

We feel so blessed to have found our home many years ago! After a remodel & lower level addition, we absolutely adore our house and love to share it with others. Not only are we minutes from the beach, but the relaxing canyon location makes for a perfect vacation.
