La comunidad de Eagle Pointe está a solo 10 minutos de Disney y esta villa de un solo nivel es una belleza absoluta. Se ha tenido gran cuidado para amueblar y decorar toda la casa a un nivel excepcionalmente alto y hay un tema relajante de color crema y verde azulado que atraviesa la mayoría de la casa. A la entrada hay un pasillo acogedor que conduce a una habitación con dos camas temática de Mickey con armario y pantalla plana montada en la pared, así como una habitación de matrimonio, también con armario y pantalla plana montada en la pared. Estas habitaciones comparten el baño familiar que tiene un combo baño / ducha. La sala de estar principal es de planta abierta y tiene una elegante mesa de comedor con capacidad para seis personas, un amplio y cómodo salón con pantalla plana montada en la pared y puertas de patio a la zona de la piscina. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita para el catering en casa y tiene una zona de bar para dos personas, una mesa de desayuno para cuatro y un lavadero con lavadora y secadora. La suite principal es realmente suntuosa con su variedad de almohadas de tiro coordinadas, sillas para relajarse, chaise longue curvo de cuero, pantalla plana montada en la pared y un vestidor. Hay un lujoso cuarto de baño con bañera ovalada, ducha separada, lavabos y un inodoro. El cuarto dormitorio se ha convertido en una sala de juegos y tiene un sofá desplegable, una consola xBox con dos controles, una consola Nintendo con dos controles y una selección de juegos. Un televisor montado en la pared y algunos acentos de Disney completan la habitación.

Para aquellos con niños pequeños, la casa también tiene una silla alta, un cochecito y un paquete y jugar!

En el exterior hay una piscina totalmente blindada con una terraza para tomar el sol y dos tumbonas. Toda el área está rodeada por una valla, por lo que ofrece total privacidad y hay una zona de césped para que jueguen los niños. Un área de lanai sombreada ofrece un respiro del sol y hay una mesa de patio de vidrio con capacidad para cuatro personas, perfecta para disfrutar de comidas afuera en una cálida noche de Florida. La casa también tiene un garaje para dos coches y un garaje para dos coches.

Nice place, great location

The house was clean and came with extra cleaning items, which was nice. Really close to the parks. The main thing that was a bit disappointing was the pool heater wasn't working when we arrived, but we were promptly refunded. Definitely a positive experience!

We enjoyed the property. It was not too far from the parks. We experienced an issue with the TV not working but the issue was resolved. The house is accurate to the listing. We would rent again.

A wonderful home away from home

We enjoyed our stay immensely. House was clean and as pictured online. Very spacious, comfortable and bright. Perfect location, close to all parks and shopping. Communication with management was easy and prompt. My only suggestion would be to have some pool toys available. But it was awesome and I highly recommend this house!

Dirty sheets, soiled couch, stuffed animals smelled like urine.

When I complained to property management. They Told me when my child has an accident to clean it up. That was there response to me. Also shower was full of hair. And Black mold in tile. I took pictures the minute I walked into home. I feel so Bad for the owners who own the property. Your company working for you needs to be fired!have pictures to prove the nasty conditions

Needs cleaning

Overall, I enjoyed my trip to Orlando. There were some issues with checking in. The Vrbo site didn’t provide clear instructions on how to check in. It was a very long process which you have to do with propert management! Moreover, the property had some issues. First, the kids bedroom sheets weren’t changed. They smelled very bad. I would highly recommend to wash all the bed sheets and comforters, as well as Mickey toys! Second, in the small bathtub water wasn’t draining. Third, in the kitchen the dishwasher smelled bad. Its door needs to be left open to ventilate.

Great home base for Disney parks

We love staying to the "east side" of the Disney parks area, as this allows you to get in and out with a rental car without having to hop on often-congested I-4. This location was a true 18-20 minutes to each park (except for Magic Kingdom due to the tram service) without having to deal with the snarl of highway traffic. Easy in, easy out. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed mostly residential. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property as well as the pool area for our afternoons "off." The pool area is very private and quiet and was very refreshing. The property management company was top-notch in terms of their service and follow-up. My only big complaint was that the kitchen equipment was very sparse. I've stayed in a ton of rentals, and this was the least well-equipped. I couldn't find a cutting board or any sort of baking sheet or cake pan to use in the oven! We had breakfast and a few simple dinners in and it felt like I was camping trying to get my meals together. If the kitchen were better stocked, this place would be pretty much perfect. Also, a few of the (clean) towels on the towel racks in the bathrooms were damp. I'm assuming they didn't have time to go through the whole dryer cycle, so I just popped them back in. As usual with any rental, there were a few small repairs that should be made - a broken clock or more lights needed in the living room - but this isn't a dealbreaker. My kids loved the video game room as a way to chill out after a busy day in the park. Cleanliness was great, which is the most important for us, and the rental company was fantastic.

Could have been great, but swindled on the pool

The house was good for our family of five. Decor is beautiful and inspirational - really enjoyed that. The check in was not smooth, as the management company had confused the alarm code with the door entry code. I was entering the door entry code they gave me, and it wasn't until I tried the alarm code for the door keypad that we got in. Know what you're getting though: we needed to buy a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pellets, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc. This is not nearly as well equipped as other VRBOs we have stayed at. The pool heater did not function, and as a result, we could not use the pool. Our kids were terribly disappointed. I asked for the heat to be turned on on day 1. The pool never broke 65 degrees until five days later, when it hit 67. There was not hot water coming out of the jets. Despite contacting the management company a half dozen times, the issue was not resolved. And they have not issued me a refund for $250 that I paid to heat the pool. We paid for a house with a pool and a heater so we could use it, and we didn't get it. And the management company not issuing a refund despite multiple requests makes me feel swindled. Could have been great, but it was terribly frustrating.

We booked this Guest home last minute....There is a difference in procedure when booking last minute,where possible booking in advance is better. Beside having to drive to the office which is about 30minutes away from the house, everything was awesome. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable. Hannah from the management company was awesome! The only reason that I don't rate this property as excellent is due to all the requirements upon check out. Example: I agree the dishes should washed however they should be left in the dishwasher and the housekeeping staff upon checkout should ensure that the dishes are clean before putting them away. The same with sheets...It was said to turn the sheets down on beds that were slept in....but once the house is occupied all the linens should be cleaned. When we were leaving my kids, because of habit made all the beds up and thankfully I went behind them and checked the beds because they were perfectly made and I could see were it could easily look like no one slept in them. Placing towels in the washer wtc....rather than leaving them in the bathroom...and then throwing away all grocery items, we stayed at another property and they actually donated the food items to a local food bank or staff members were able to take food items this is a suggestion that should be considered. Prior to check out our family all wanted to return and make this house our Kissimmee house but after the check out we all had second thoughts, this was the only major issue. Hope you will revisit the checkout.

Good house to stay in ! Just not worth the process

When we first booked came the first con to our stay when we found out we had to drive 30 minutes out of our way to go “ check in” at there local office ( which you have to check in at certain times ) so if you’re people like us who was trying to check in late at night after enjoying your day, you can’t . There’s specific times you have to check in . The house it self was beautiful ! There was a few minor things like the floor didn’t seem to be mopped as I took my shoes off my white socks were black on the bottom by the time I reached the master bedroom . But those didn’t effect our stay. But then came the check out day when I felt super uncomfortable that 30 minutes prior to us checking out the “ maid lady” showed up with her husband and kid to clean up, and then proceeded to watch us as we were packing up to leave , I found that very unprofessional and uneasy that I’m being watched as I’m leaving . Not to mention she parked in the drive way were they had to move for us to drive off while unloading all there vacuums and cleaning equipment already ! Before it was even time to check out . Then came the most horrible part about 2 weeks after checking out I get an email saying we’re being charged“250“for bringing a“ pet“that was not authorized . Meanwhile I sent screenshots of my conversation to them when I told them before booking I had a service animal wit documentation, they still have yet to message me back. So the house was beautiful but management was TERRIBLE!

Great house and pool

This was a great house for us. Super clean and nice pool. We really appreciated the privacy of the fenced yard. Thanks for the well stocked house - nice to have extra garbage bags and cleaning supplies.

In love with this house!

When we walked in we were in love with the house. It was very clean and very beautiful. It was very well-maintained, we didn’t have any problems with anything on the property. The management team was very nice every time I called. I would definitely stay there again. They were very accommodating, they let us check out a little bit later for A few bucks more. I was very happy with the whole experience.
