Hermoso condominio con vista al mar con amplio patio privado permite noches románticas bebiendo su vino y viendo el sol a la deriva en el mar. Patio cubierto con vista a áreas comunes enteras y más allá de la playa de arena y el mar de Cortés. Cocina completa, con electrodomésticos y ollas, platos de cocina y utensilios. Amplia sala de estar / comedor viene completamente amueblado con todo lo que necesita, incluyendo TV y DVD. Gran dormitorio principal con baño privado. Incluso hay una lavadora y secadora.

Fun in the Sun

Very nice unit at an excellent resort. The view is awesome! The unit is spacious and has all supplies needed for a great vacation. There are 3 TV's in the unit however, only the one in the living room works (gets stations). The furniture/beds could be more comfortable. The unit decorations are nice. Overall we all enjoyed the unit and would return if given the chance. The Castaways staff was great at addressing issues and were all very nice. Check in/out is off site but I was given very precise directions to the Castaway office and the staff was great. My parents are handicap and the unit worked well for them with two scooters to access hallways and grounds at Princesa. The unit was able to accommodate walkers. It would be nice to have a bench for the shower. We had a wonderful time. Being by the Sea was nice and soothing for the soul.

Cute Condo

I rented this condo for a quick get away. The location is great and it had plenty of towels and linen. Kitchen had nice pans and dishes. It was nice sitting out in the patio and enjoying an adult beverage with the view.

Complicated check in

It is not our first time at Pricesa, but this time, we had a different experience: 1- Check-in was a challenge. You have to do the check-in at the management office in town, not at the property location, which makes it quite confusing and challenging, especially if the check-in has to be done between 4pm and 5pm. There is extra charge for after 5pm checkins. Then for checkout, you have to do it at the same office location in the town. This is about 15 to 20 minutes drive (one way), depending on traffic. It felt like we have lost quite some precious time with this way of checking in and out. At checkout (10am) the office was closed, and we left the keys in the box outside. Nobody answered our phone calls, when we called the office to let them know that we left the keys in the outside mail box. We have tried all the phone numbers and made multiple tries, all unsuccessful with no answers. 2 - The property was nice, typically for this location. It seemed clean, however there was sand in the bed. 3 - The TVs had no channels other than the dozen music chanels in the living room. 4 - There was no info provided for the wi-fi connection, however, we were able to find it ourselves somehow. 5 - There was way too much glass and ceramic decor on all the tables and everywhere, which is not very safe when staying with toddlers.

View only god part of this place

View was amazing as it shows on the pictures, place was really clean and well equipped with a little bit of everything, but check in process horrible , employees 20% helpful and friendly, 80% rude.

Great View of Beautiful Ocean

The property was well-run, safe, clean and the management were very responsive to our needs. The laundry dryer did not work and they came right away to fix, but it could not be fixed.

Condo needs to be updated

Living room furniture is old & dirty. There are no balcony chairs to sit and enjoy the view. One of the bedsheets hadn't been washed, we had to go buy detergent to wash them. No papertowels or kitchen towels. The towels were still damp in the dryer.The view is great, the pool was nice. The location was convenient. I wouldn't stay here again. The management company was good.

You get what you pay for

Room was very outdated. No wifi access, the window in the master bedroom leaks really bad we had to use towels to control leak. The bed in the master bedroom felt like a spring was about to pop through your back. But I mean if you don't spend time in the room it's ok, price is good for what you get. I would recommend this room for people that are going to stay for a couple nights only and are only going to use the room to sleep and shower.

Nice condo at Princesa

We had a great visit. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was the check in process. I didn’t realize that I had to go to the office to pick up the keys and unfortunately we arrived after 5pm when the office was closed. But other than that, we enjoyed our visit.

Enjoyable Stay

The check in process is not at the property, but the staff handled it efficiently and were pleasant to work with. The property is under construction, but one of the pools and Jacuzzi is still open throughout the process and the restaurant on site is really very good.

Nice but wanting

The property was under construction. The hot tub was not functioning. The Room was clean however the drapes were too small for the windows and did not provide enough privacy. There was no water dispenser. Room was right next to the stairwells so the light was on all night. There was no patio furniture outside on the balcony.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated. The decor with beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was right on the beach. There were several swimming pools as well. The beach was clean and the ocean was great! The restaurant on the condo property was delicious! The entire town was charming, quaint, and lovely. The people were friendly. We loved everything.

Great experience

When I reserved this unit it hadn’t had any reviews yet so I was a little hesitant but I went for it anyway. We were so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the room looked when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils. The second bedroom bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked but I found a blanket in the closet to add some cushion to the mattress, super easy fix and my 15 year old seemed to sleep better the second night. The view was amazing and we couldn’t help but sit on the balcony in the morning to listen to the waves crashing on the shore. We didn’t have to reach out to the owner at all because we had everything we needed. We will definitely be looking to reserve this unit again!!

Beautiful Ocean View condo with large private patio allows for romantic evenings drinking your wine and watching the sun drift onto the sea. Covered patio overlooks entire common areas and beyond to Sandy beach and Sea of Cortez. Full Kitchen, with appliances and pots, pans dishes and utensils. Large Living/ dining room comes fully furnished with everything you need including TV and DVD. Large Master Bedroom with private bath. There is even a washer and dryer. Last but no least we have Free WiFi!

Note: Units are owned by individual owners and amenities are the responsibility of the Resort HOA. Castaways will not be responsible for non-working amenities and no refunds/discounts will be given for inconveniences in this regard.
