Paradise awaits you in our family beach condo. Sip your coffee in the mornings on the balcony and margaritas into the afternoon and evening. (No one will judge you if margaritas are also your drink of choice in the morning. You're on vacation!)We love the Princesa so much that we just purchased this condo. We recently finished upgrading it and giving it a fresh feel! Check out my other reviews to gain piece of mind that we strive to offer the best guest experience possible.

You can expect to arrive to a fresh, clean, modern, and well kept condo. With 3 Roku smart TVs throughout. King beds in BOTH bedrooms (and two roll away beds/cots). Fresh white sanitized and laundered linens. Upgraded stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Charging devices to keep you connected. And whisper quiet LED Hunter ceiling fans for a relaxing nights sleep.

Princesa has 3 swimming pools and a hot tub. You must be 14 or older to use the hot tub. One of the pools is heated in the winter months.Enjoy community BBQ grills throughout the resort.There is secured resort parking. Your trailered toys are welcomed! But please inquire before booking as there are length limits based on the parking spot size.

Princesa is located on Sandy Beach. Sandy Beach is the main area of where the resort communities are located.

A personal vehicle is highly recommended. If are renting a vehicle from the United States, don't forget to the check with the rental car company to ensure they allow this.Once at the resort, there are enough activities that you may never want to leave the resort!Taxi cabs are available if you would like to take them into town. Resort security is happy to help you in hailing one to the resort.

We are located on the 3rd floor, in the D building.

Drinking water is not provided. Guests need to provide their own

The beach view matches one of the profile pictures. The weather made it especially clear, visibility to Baja, and we were able to enjoy the fishing vessels throughout our stay. The provisions and amenities were perfect for our needs. We had a great time visiting friends, enjoying the quiet and unobstructed views, great seafood at the nearby restaurants, and recharging our batteries. Thank you Kimberly for your hospitality and attention to detail. You made our stay wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay and cannot say enough nice things about Kim and Dan. The condo was spotless, smelled wonderful, and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated how soft the towels and linens were. That is something we do not usually find when staying in Puerto Peñasco, so it really stood out to us. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well.Kim and Dan were wonderful hosts and always responded so quickly whenever we had a question. Everything went smoothly, and we had no problems at all during our stay. We were truly happy with the entire experience and will definitely be staying with them again. Thank you both for being such kind and thoughtful hosts.

We booked 4 nights at La Princesa condos and we were very impressed with our selection. The two bedroom condo was immaculate and we had a great view of the Sea of Cortez. An easy 3 minute walk puts you on the beach. Plenty of sunshine and great weather made it an unforgettable time for our family. We won’t hesitate to use these same accommodations in the future!

Incredible Place

Incredible place! I stayed at another one of Kim's properties and they are just awesome! I was actually late to the border and couldn't go into Mexico until the next morning. Kim was very understanding and accommodating to my situation. Great host!
