Nice apartment

My family of 5 is on a European vacation. We chose this location due to its proximity to trains and shops. It suited us fine. Shopping and shops are literally right below. When we arrived it was hot but there is a fan in each room which was nice. I did laundry and very much liked the clothes line on the patio. Felt extremely safe with locking gates and doors. Paris train takes about an hour if you wish to go into the city. We did this two days and Disneyland one day (25 min walk). Would stay again.

Super tolle Lage zum Disneyland

Eine tolle Lage zum Disneyland und gute Anbindung an Paris. Die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Besteck etc.) sind für 6 Personen eindeutig nicht ausreichend. Im WC gibt es leider kein Waschbecken. Ansonsten war alles zufriedenstellend.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment in a great location. 20-25 min walk to Disneyland, (past a lovely bakery for breakfast!) and nice restaurants in the complex as well as everything else Val d’Europe has to offer. Comfy beds, and quite well equipped. Check in instructions really clear and ran smoothly.

Lage top, leider schon abgewohnt, Dellen und Farbflecken an Wand und Möbel. Sonst sind die Räume groß und schick eingerichtet aber bei genauem hinsehen zu viele Gebrauchsspuren (Geschirrspülertasten kaputt, Terrasse unsauber).

16 Place Toscane

Enjoyed ourselves very much. There were 4 of us and 6 in the apartment would be a crush. The furnishings in the apartment are fairly basic but spotlessly clean. The location is brilliant with the free shuttle bus to Disneyland just around the corner. The square is beautiful with restaurants and bars and the shopping mall and the designer village literally one minutes walk away. In fact, we decided we would stay here again if we wanted to visit Paris as the train station is about 15 mins walk and half an hour into the centre - we have previously stayed in Paris itself and it took longer to reach the centre than that. We ate in the square and also in the restaurants in the mall which stay open late. The only thing not up to standard with the apartment was the balcony. The table and chairs were okay but were dirty, as was the rest of the balcony which was used to store broken and dirty items. As it had 2 separate doors leading from the kitchen/living room, it could have looked so much better and been more usable. The agency where the keys are collected is very close indeed to the apartment location and the staff pleasant and friendly.

Fantastic stay

Very straightforward arrival and check in. Lovely clean property that was exactly as shown in the pictures. Brilliant safe location, 10 min walk to Disney and 10 min walk through the shopping centre to the train station and into Paris. Very good restaurants and great shopping on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend.

Ideal for a family visiting Disney!

The property is located a short bus journey away from Disney - the stop is right outside the exit to the parks and the bus comes very 10 minutes or so at peak times. You pick up the keys from a property company, which is a 5 minute walk away from the bus stop going to Disney and the property. It is located near to the entrance to the Val d'Europe shopping centre, so handy for a supermarket and recreational shopping. The property is spotless inside and was spacious for our family of 4 adults. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need for a short stay. The property is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. We did have some problems with the wi-fi, but this was sorted promptly by the management company. It does get hot at night too - air conditioning would be a great addition. It can be a little noisy until 12 o'clock at night, due to the property being over a restaurant, but then is very quiet, as the shopping centre gates are locked for the night. I would recommend the apartment and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Disney.

God beliggenhed

Hyggelig lejlighed lige ved indgangen til kæmpe indkøbscenter. 20 min. gang til Disneyland - og det samme til metroen. Egen parkeringsplads i kælderen. Eneste minusser: Køleskabet trængte alvorligt til en afrimning, vi havde intet WiFi og vi kunne godt have brugt en ekstra nøgle.

Great base for disney

Myself and daughter spent a week here. The apartment was perfect. Very clean, well equipped, quiet and secure. The location was excellent....shopping mall, supermarket, Disney shuttle and lots of restaurants and snack bars. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would return tomorrow if i could. The only snag we found was when getting to the apartment from the train station, we went through the shopping mall and understandably security is very tight so they wanted us to open our cases to inspect the contents. It had been a long day travelling and my daughter was starving (kids are always hungry or is that just my daughter!) Anyway the security guard must have seen the dismay on my face and took pity on us. Did a quick once over with the metal detector thingy and let us through...phew :) On the way home we got a taxi to the airport which was far easier and arranged by one of the lovely ladies at the agency.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung und TOP LAge

Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Fernbedienung, Räume groß genug, Internet-TV (somit auch in deutsch ;-) )Schlüsselabholung und Wohnung ca. 200m auseinander, die Mitarbeiterin kommt bei der Übergabe mit, erklärt alles. Abends etwas laut, da die 10 Restaurants in einem/dem runden Vorplatzes des Einkaufscentrums bis 24:00 Uhr aufhaben, aber erträglich. Outlet auf der Rückseite, Disneyland ca. 5 Minuten Fahrzeit, so kann man auch mal den Park verlassen und Abends wieder hinfahren. Wir waren im Juli mit einer Jahreskarte 9 Tage im Disneyland und werden bestimmt nochmal auf die Wohnung zurückgreifen. Autobahn vor Ort. Großer Supermarkt , ähnlich Real, ca. 300m weg im Einkaufzentrum. Kaution von 400,00 noch nicht zurück gezahlt, aber schon schriftlich bestätigt. Mal sehen ;-)

The apartment was clean and in a fantastic location.

It was convenient for shopping and Disneyland. We missed the free shuttle and decided to walk to DLP, it only took 23 minutes. I would recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. The girls at the agency were very helpful, giving us information about the buses and restaurants nearby. They also kindly kept our cases for a while on the last day while we visited the Sea Life centre. I would definately stay here again, very reasonably priced and an enjoyable visit.

5 Nights for 6 adults

This is an ideally located apartment. It's near a grocery store (Auchan), shopping (Val d'Europe), restaurants and RER (metro station so you can easily go to Paris). A very clean and fully furnished apartment. Kitchen was pretty equipped with what we needed for our stay. We're used to having a bigger cup of coffee, so we ended up using the drinking glass for our cup of joe. The apartment was very nice and we were able to manage it with 6 adults. The terrace helped since it was a pretty decent size. It is a very nice relaxing place to come back to after a long day and having a glass of wine on the terrace to unwind. We did run into a little problem with running out of hot water when we all took showers in the morning. Kitxada was able to come over to let us know how to switch the water tank out of Auto. I guess they have an energy saving setting for the day/night usage. I will definitely recommend this property and I've already asked Kitxada about longer stays.

Excellent séjour en couple et en famille!

Cet appartement très bien équipé est idéalement situé. Cela,permet d'oublier la voiture au sous-sol et de profiter pleinement de Disney, de la Vallée village et du Val d'Europe. Il est aussi très facile de se détendre grâce aux nombreux espaces verts, lacs ou la campagne très proche. Nous recommandons cette location et nous même avons déjà réservé pour d'autres séjours. Nous pouvons ainsi recevoir nos enfants facilement et même les loger! Merci aussi aux charmantes personnes de l'agence qui font leur maximum pour rendre notre séjour agréable !

A beautiful trip with family

Thanks for your welcome in the apartment. All match the photos provided. It's very comfortable and clean and four steps from the Val d'Europe and the Valee Village. I recommend the property to anyone who wants to take a vacation to see both Disneyland Paris and the city. We will definitely be back.
