Twin Home ubicada en el campo de golf Green Springs en Washington Ut. Gran vista del área con área boscosa entre usted y el campo de golf que hace que las conversaciones nocturnas sean excelentes en la cubierta con su búsqueda. Tiene un área de cocina con una mesa de comedor en el frente y una sala de estar con una gran pantalla de televisión. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king con ducha y una bañera separada con vestidor y 2 lavabos. Down Stairs tiene un dormitorio con puerta a la ducha y bañera en el baño. La sala de televisión de la planta baja cuenta con 2 literas plegables, un sofá y un televisor de pantalla grande. We enjoyed our stay at your twin home. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was very well stocked (even though we didn't cook). We were in town to visit family. Staying at your place gave us a welcoming meeting place. We would stay here again :-)

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious home. Some of us were there for dance competitions and some of us were there to play at Sand Hollow State Park.

We came down with my parents and kids for a wedding. It was a wonderful location. It was probably the cutest condo I've ever stayed in off a site like this.

Excellent Clean Convenient Property

The property was clean and well-stocked. Booked for 5 days and it was nice that a garage was included. Communication with the owner was smooth and timely. Property was convenient to the Green Springs Golf Course and to the retail area of Washington City. Will definitely consider booking the property again during longer duration stays in the St. George area.

Well stocked and very convienent

While we didn't need any of the extras that were included with the place, it was impressive how well stocked it was. Even including a puzzle or two if you had the time. We enjoyed it and it worked out great for us. Thanks!

The home was beautifully appointed with furnishings and well laid out. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had a lot of condiments and paper supplies needed. The neighborhood was safe so we enjoyed walking every night. We had one issue with check in but it was resolved quickly with good communication. Seeing it was just the two of us, we didn't use the downstairs area but it was big enough for another couple or family. The location is close to the freeway and everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Property is in the perfect location close to I15 and stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Perfect amount of room for the 6 of us that came for the weekend. Everything we needed.

Great place to stay - just need a bit more contact info ahead of time

We enjoyed the condo. Thank you for having a lovely place for others to stay. It is nice and roomy, well decorated, lots of towels. Thank goodness for the vacuum too. Needed to vacuum the car a bit after hiking to Elephant Arch through all that sand! We made good use of the kitchen and the hot tub after our soccer games each day. We all enjoyed our stay! I was a great location for all our activities. I do have a few suggestions. - One suggestion is to tell folks you have to hit the lock button after the digits when you are UNlocking the door. The instructions INSIDE the condo say this, but the instructions messaged to me did not and none of us were familiar with this form of lock. Fortunately google helped us figure that out. - We also didn't know that the guy next door was the son and could help us. He was there when we drove up so we could have asked him about the lock had we known who he was. It would be nice to have a contact number in advance as well. We could have saved 15 minutes of figuring out the lock with one phone call. - No one had taken the trash out to the curb in who knows how long. It was stuffed and stinky. We did put it out when we saw others putting theirs out. - The downstairs bathroom door really needs to be sanded down or the door hinges adjusted. It is sticking badly and the door knob is getting loose because people have to push on it so hard to get the door to open.

Fun trip to Saint George

This place was amazing! It was very clean and very roomy. We loved the neighborhood and the area. We came down to see a show at Tuachan and had a blast. The owner was very prompt. We will definitely be staying here again.

St. George Cycling Trip

The location and neighborhood are excellent with easy access to the freeway and shopping, yet far enough away to be quiet. We loved having a garage where we could safely store our bikes when we were not riding. Overall, the house was very clean. My only complaint is that the pillows in the master should be replaced with newer, cleaner pillows, and protected by pillow covers. We would definitely consider staying here again for another trip.

Great place to stay

I loved this house. The location, the view. I gave 4 stars on 2 of the items above because the downstairs bed has to be a Full size, it seemed to small for a queen. Me and my sister shared this bed the first night .and queen beds are normally more roomy. It was also an old mattress and we kind of taco'd. So i slept on air mattress in the living room while my kids slept on the bunk beds. The owners son lives next door and was very friendly. Bought treats to try and make friends with his cute furbaby Riya. She would take them from me but wouldn't let me pet her.. Maybe next time. Would love it if the complex would spray for spiders in the pool area. Went at night and there was spiders and webs everywhere. Only stayed about 10 minutes. I would stay here again. It was a great house. A TV in the bedroom down stairs would be a plus.

Comfortable stay

Had a nice stay here and would stay here again in the future. My one recommendation, which has also been mentioned by other reviewers, would be to add bedside tables with table lamps in the bedrooms; otherwise you're forced to read in bed with a strong overhead light or with a flashlight. Also it seemed like for a number of the outlets only one of the two actually worked.

Nice place for a stay in Washington

The place was clean and neat, and had everything I needed for my stay. It would have been nice if they had turned on the AC for me before I arrived, as the inside temp when I entered the house was 94. It was nice to have a garage during the heat wave, and the house was convenient to all that I had on tap. I would recommend that the lighting be toned down with warmer bulbs, and that they add bedside tables and lamps in the master suite, as the choice was between an operating room intensity, or lights off at night. And the "homey" signs in the bathroom have to go. Not amusing.

Lovely staycation

It was clean and cozy. My family had a wonderful time. My kids loved the pool and the activities near by. This will definitely be the place we stay if we return to St.George.
