Esta casa bellamente decorada con un ambiente moderno cuenta con 2 acogedoras habitaciones dobles (una se puede convertir en una doble a pedido), un espacio de comedor abierto con Smart TV y WIFI gratuito de fibra óptica, cocina totalmente equipada y 2 baños (uno en- suite). Aire acondicionado disponible en la sala de estar y refrigeradores de aire en las habitaciones (suplemento de € 75 pagadero localmente a la llegada).

A pocos minutos de todos los puntos calientes que ofrece Venecia. Very well looked after by the owners and Barbara who checked us in. A great and quite spacious apartment on Giudecca Island so a 5 min hop by waterbus to the busier part of Venice.Still had restaurants and supermarket close by so we tended to have lunch in Venice center then retreat to the calmness of Giudecca in the evening

Perfect place, wonderful views and super in every way. Barbara was really helpfulin every way, the apartment was immaculate, great reading and well equipped. And the situation was just perfect. Will definitely be back as Venice is one of our favourite places.

Great apartment in a quiet part of Venice

The owner and her local manager were very easy to communicate with and very helpful as I made changes and requests before my trip. The apartment was just as pictured, perfect. The location is quiet, and there are plenty of restaurants on Giudecca. (And a big recommendation for La Columbia on the mainland!).

Gorgeous views, spotlessly clean, charming guardian, beautifully appointed - we WILL return!!

Brilliantly located for all sites, shops, restaurants and amenities (just 2 minutes’ walk to Vaporetto water bus). Very friendly and helpful guardian who met us on arrival. Quality of fixtures and fittings excellent - we were very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Fabulous apartment in quieter area of Venice. Very relaxing and easy access to vaporettas.

I loved the space of the apartment and the privacy by having two bathrooms. Beautiful quiet area with easy access to transportation. Rooftop bar at Stuckey Hilton a must. Lots of small local restaurants. Highly recommend.

Perfect Venice apartment

Stayed at 11 days with our two teenage granddaughters. Loved the apartment: spacious, incredible views, well stocked with everything we needed. So easy to get to all the tourist sites on the vapoetto. Caretaker Barbara was incredibly helpful with suggestions and help getting water taxis. A real find!

Out of this world

It has been a joy to be here, away from the madding crowd of central Venice, yet just a short trip away. Such a comfortable apartment with the extra treat of beautiful linen to tuck up in. Barbara the apartment host is so kind and couldn't be more patient and helpful. This apartment is out of this world and the views are magnificent. I would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO in Guidecca, Venice and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to all the major attractions and a beautiful view of the water. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The owner was also very friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process seamless and providing helpful recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient home base from which to explore the beautiful city of Venice.

Wonderful, stylish apartment

This spacious, attractive apartment boasts spectacular views of Central Venice, lovely furnishings, and a convenient, walkable location near public transit and local stores and restaurants. The kitchen, baths, and bedrooms in the apartment were spotless and well appointed. We had everything that we needed for simple meals, sourced from a great local bakery and nearby grocery store. The apartment also has ample internet connectivity for those who may need to work during their stay. The owner and property manager were highly communicative and helpful, both in advance and during our visit. Overall, we cannot recommend this property more highly!

Fabulous apartment

Our host Karen responded immediately to the few queries we had and provided us with a very useful booklet all about the apartment and Giudecca. So helpful. We were met at the apartment by Barbara who explained how everything worked and gave us lots of super hints about restaurants etc. Lovely lady and so helpful. Flat was spotless and very well equipped. Lots of restaurant choices close by and the vaporetto stop was just a couple of minutes away. All in all a great stay. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing Place!

What an amazing place! The views are astounding. The island setting creates a sense of being local and yet, it’s a super quick, easy and fun waterbus trip to the city. We had to make an effort to leave for sightseeing each morning so beautiful and relaxed the surroundings were. Quiet nights, I’ve never slept better. Comfortable and nicely decorated home with everything one needs for a stay of any length. Seamless check-in and check-out. Karen and Barbara provided very detailed instructions for the apartment and excellent recommendations for the restaurants. Thank you for being so kind and caring!!! I’ll start dreaming of coming back to Venice soon and hopefully, staying in this apartment again 😊.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location

This apartment far surpassed our expectations! We loved the location, right on the fondamente near the Palanca vaporetto stop. The property is light-filled, spacious, modern and up to date with an outstanding view of the Guidecca Canal from numerous windows. We enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting in the living and dining rooms, just watching the water traffic go by on the canal. We often ate in and found the kitchen to be fully equipped, with beautiful dishes, glassware, silverware and cooking supplies. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms offered lots of hot water and great water pressure. Wifi service was strong. The property shares a garden with other apartments and provides the most lovely environment. You feel as though you are living as a local in Venice. We recommend the nearby daily fresh fish market, the fruit and vegetable stand with the most beautiful produce and Majer for delicious bakery items, takeaway dishes and coffee. The property manager was delightful and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful views!

The house was perfect for the four of us . Check in was easy and they were very accommodating. The view of the canal with the ships going by and the sunsets were amazing . Nicely decorated all the comforts of home. The restaurant downstairs was good and the carpaccio was off the hook! but a bit pricey. I would really recommend the pizzeria down the walk excellent food. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a plus because it was hot. Karen the owner has been great trying to refund us for the one night I accidentally booked. The only problem is that VERBO does not refund so she is sending funds to us direct. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if in Venice. Thanks again!

Wedding in Venice ♡

Where to start….we had moved our stay due to Covid Restrictions twice in 2020 & 2021, Karen was very accommodating having to navigate through the changes with us. She was so wonderful, we can’t thank her enough for rolling with the changes. 2022 we finally got to make it to Venice for the wedding…during a crazy heat wave, woah that was HOT!!!!!! Besides the AC being on the fritz we enough we our stay. The beds were comfortable and we loved all the amenities it offered us. The views out the living room/ dining room are beyond amazing!! We would for sure stay here again in a not so HOT season. Thank you Karen & Barbara for the wonderful place to call home for a week. Cheers, Brittney

Beautiful Views in a Lovely Apartment

It was our first time in Venice and Karen’s apartment was perfect. We shared it with friends and it was spacious and comfortable. And wow the views! Amazing. We really loved exploring Venice and coming back to Giudecca in the evening away from the crowds. Loads of cafes and restaurants with beautiful food and friendly people. It felt like a home away from home. The apartment was spotless clean and had everything you could need. Karen was very responsive and answered my many questions prior to check in. Barbara was there on the morning of our arrival to show us around the apartment. She was kind, sweet and welcoming. The house book in the apartment was super helpful as well. As former VRBO hosts we really appreciated the attention to detail. We highly recommend Karen’s lovely apartment and would stay again.

The perfect stay!

The apartment is nothing short of wonderful. I stayed for 2 weeks celebrating a big birthday and visiting the Biennale and the Redentore. It’s full of light with unparalleled views across to the mainland and along the Fondamenta Euphemia. Perfect for people watching and for seeing Venice at work in the early mornings. It’s so easy to get into all the hubbub at San Marco, and then to retreat to the relative calm and tranquility of Giudecca. Getting to the train and bus stations is very easy if you want to visit other places. We went to Verona for the opera for example. Karen was super helpful in every way as was Barbara the wonderful manager who couldn’t have been kinder. Shopping is super easy too with fresh fish, bakeries, fruit and veg as well as 2 supermarkets on the doorstep. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants right outside. Any noise is completely shut out (if you want to) by the windows and shutters. We had an absolutely fabulous time. Thankyou to Karen and Barbara.Highly recommended!

Amazing Water Views

Beautiful apartment with spectacular waterfront views! We enjoyed opening the windows and listening to the church bells ring and watching the activity on the water! I traveled with one of my sisters and we appreciated having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we both had plenty of closet space with hangers (thank you for the hair dryer). We utilized the kitchen area several times and had everything we needed to prepare a couple of dishes. It was fun & convenient to walk along the island and became locals at one of the bakeries a short walk away. There are so many restaurants right on the island with dining right on the water! The water taxi is easy to use and has a stop a very short walk from the apartment. You can see the sunrise from the kitchen window and sunsets from the end of the canal (or from the top of the Giudecca Hilton deck). A special thanks to Barbara who made us feel welcome upon our arrival and made herself available for any questions through the week! Thank you for offering this beautiful apartment- we have memories that will last a lifetime!! A++++++++

Beautiful, but hot

All of the pictures accurately show off this wonderful property. The views of Venice are great, getting to Giudecca is fairly easy, even for those using public transit for the first time in a foreign country. The only issue I had while staying here is that the air conditioning broke. Upon arrival the AC unit appeared to be working, but then never actually turned on. Similarly, the AC units in the bedrooms would turn on, but felt like they did not actually cool the rooms. Opening the windows helped with the temp as the house gets some good breezes, but then we were getting eaten by mosquitos. The property manager tried to help resolve the AC issues, but we were unable to troubleshoot the issue without calling a repairman that could not come out to fix it until my visit had ended. The property manager did refund us the extra cost we paid to use the AC. The experience was hampered by the issues with heat, but the AC issues were beyond the control of the owner, so still giving 5 stars. P.S. The house manager, Barbara, is such a gem. Absolutely loved talking with her. Very friendly and was always willing to help with anything we needed.

The aircon has been repaired - the problem was the electronic card so unfortunately not something which can be foreseen in advance despite regular maintenance. We were frustrated not to be able to sort the problem during your stay as we like everything to be perfect for our guests - thank you again for your understanding and your very fair review.
