Our stay was wonderful! The host was very responsive and Dave was great to deal with when needing help with heating the hot tub and pool along with anything else we needed.

Second timer, great quiet home to relax, close to the launching point and good size drive way to leave the boat without going back and forth from the storage.

Lovely Lake Havasu Lodging

We had a lovely stay here and it was clean, well-stocked, and an easy process to get in and out. The pool was great the location was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend!

Great stay, felt like home

This place has absolutely everything you need! Very close to the lake and local scenic areas. The caretakers were very friendly and there to help if needed.

Great property

Didn’t realize that there was a property manager on site and total privacy would have been nice. Having said that the pool area was great and the outdoor cooking area was an awesome feature. Kids and wife all had a great time and it was very relaxing.

Relaxing Bed

The bed I slept in was so comfortable, I slept great. There is no noise and good neighborhood. Owner and family are very kind and friendly. My son definitely got his money worth 👍

Weekday getaway

The house was very clean. I didn’t know someone lived on the property but he was very friendly and helpful. We spent most of our time in the pool and the hot tub. Definitely recommend.

The guy who took care of the outside was wonderful. Pool was cold upon arrival. Everything great except having to wait for pool to get warm.

Heating of the pool is not included without an extra charge. Because of a miscommunication, you got the pool heated by accident. Glad you had a great time.

Beautiful home

This home is lovely, exactly as advertised. Care takers are on site and attentive without being a bother. The neighborhood is quiet, although farther from activity of usual attractions but this was also in description. This was our first visit to Havasu so didn’t realize how stretched out the city is. I would definitely recommend this property.

Lake Havasu Gem

The stay was amazing and we had a great time at the lake. The host was extremely helpful and informative. The house is amazingly neat, clean and tidy. My family was very comfortable and the back yard was beautiful. Last but not least the on-site couple caring for the property were very pleasant and hospitable. Felt like the next best thing to being in our own home. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Kim and family.

Awesome Vacation Stay

Upon arrival, was very impressed with the pool. Grandkids swam all evening and reef entry made it safe for the younger ones. Accommodations were great and very comfortable with plenty of room for our large party (initially was seven but grew to nine) and host was very gracious to accommodate even though max was eight. Kitchen was thoroughly equipped which made cooking convenient and saved us money from not having to eat out. Location was great with ample parking for my boat on the side of the house. Grocery store and launch ramp just a few minutes away. Host was very communicative with necessary instructions but having an on site caretaker made it even more convenient should there have been any issues (which there weren't). Will definitely be returning.

Miss represented property

We were not informed that an elderly couple resided on the property next to the pool in a casita until the day before our trip. Although the gentleman was nice, we did not care to share a romantic get away with company. No instructions on use of spa or bar b q. Needed to have the gentleman turn on the spa. We left a day early and came home. Not the romantic get away we hoped for.

I am sorry that your vacation didn't go as planned but I really don't feel it is fair to give such a low rating because you didn't read the description of the property. It is very clear that a caretaker lives in the back house and takes such good care of the pool. Also all of the reviews talk about how wonderful Dave is. Dave conveyed that you did not remember it was a holiday weekend and that you didn't launch your boat. Could this maybe have caused more dissatisfaction than anything else?

Absolutely perfect!

This was a fabulous trip. The home was perfect for our 5 day visit. The pool and Jacuzzi were outstanding! The beds were comfortable and clean. The house was a perfect size with comfortable furniture. The hosts were extremely helpful. Kim was awesome with communication! The on-site hosts, Dave and Loretta, were incredibly kind. Dave was almost like our cabana boy! He made sure the Jacuzzi was up and running for us upon request. Even in the early morning hours so we could have coffee in the Jacuzzi and watch the sunrise. He even used his air compressor to fill up our inner tubes before we visited the lake. We appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and the full kitchen was perfect! We will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Nice but think it twice

The property it's clean but it has several issues to my knowledge when you rent a property or hotel you should receive everything cleaned and drawers empty this property is occupied by owner and still has lots of personal stuff in house like underwear in drawers clothes in closets food in the fridge And personal pictures in rooms they have a garage that can't be used cause there's seadoos inside so you'll have to leave your car in a 116° weather also the owners dad lives in adu on back of property Wich anything you do he will call owners and will get a call right away. So you can't really relax cause you feel like they are always watching you we had fam members join his for BBQ after been in lake and we felt awful getting a call asking us what was going on cause they saw several people in back yard enjoying a hamburger my friends left right away and invite us to their other rental property I was so embarrassed to our guess the following 3 more days we didn't want to be there we just try to get to the property sleep and get out again we felt like we where intruders even though owners never disrespect us in any way But the actions and comments where like rude if you're trying to relax and jump in the pool any time of the day and just relax about side back yard with out been watch I wouldn't recommend this property unless they fix all issues also we never use one room cause they have lots of dolls inside so we slept in couch instead my children where terrified.

So sorry you feel the way you do. First of all, the dolls in the bedroom are clearly shown in the pictures of the property. When someone starts a BBQ at 9 or 10 PM with 15-18 extra people, it is against house rules. Extra visitors requires prior approval. This is a quiet neighborhood so noise after 10 PM is not allowed. This is rules of Lake Havasu City. There are plenty of empty drawers in every bedroom to use and yes we leave condiments in the fridge to make it nicer for renters in case they forget something. We offer a cozy home not a hotel.

Lake Havasu Vacation

My family and friends stayed for a month and had a very enjoyable time. The pool area was as advertised, but not totally finished, per owners prior disclosures. The owners are going to begin the early stages of interior remodel after we left. Kim was always available via phone for any questions we had. Thanks Mike Samson

Good Location

Nice pool and hot tub area. Once the final landscaping is done it will be beautiful. Convenient and easy to find location. Friendly neighborhood.
