Overall, we had a pretty positive experience. The house is great. However, there was consistent ongoing construction from 7 AM until dark, which made it impossible to sleep in or fully enjoy the outside. We wish we would’ve known this before checking in, especially with having little kids. Also when we went to check out, the staff showed up 45 minutes early and just sat around the house waiting for us to leave and started picking up all the items outside which made us feel like we were confined to the house.

Communication with the property manager, Ester, made planning our trip so much easier. The house is great, private pool & dock fantastic. We cooked breakfast at the house & the kitchen was well equipped. Great place - a bit off the beaten path but we loved the quiet & being ocean front.

Ester was absolutely amazing to deal with, she was very responsive and handled everything quickly and efficiently, Anton the maintenance guy was incredibly friendly and helpful, always answered any questions about the island we had and provided lots of recommendations that we didn't know about.

Ester and crew were amazing! Accommodating and ready to help! Knowledgable re: rentals, excursions and hot spots! And Antoine our groundskeeper holds a special place in our hearts!

Management company (Ester), was very responsive. Touched base with us after the first night to make sure all was well. She arranged our transportation from the mainland for us and our day tour.

Great experience all the way around! Ester was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Anton kept the grounds and pool immaculate throughout our stay, despite the winds and pesky leaves. The home had everything we needed for our 12 day stay. San Pedro is a beautiful place and the Belizean people are very friendly. The food is incredible! Tuff E Nuff tours put us on the fish with a great boat, guide (“Pepper”), and fishing gear. Happy Island was the place to be at Secret Beach. Restaurants like Maxie’s, Elvi’s Kitchen, The Hula Bar, Black Orchid, and Lone Star Tavern are excellent choices for lunch and dinner. YOLO snorkel tours was awesome! Needless to say, we will be going back!

A stay with friends in paradise

Amazing location. Amazing house and most of all, amazing hosts. We loved our stay here and are so lucky we got the chance to call this place home for five days.

Casa Amarillo was a beautiful home with a nice sandy beach and beautiful views of the ocean. We extended our stay for an extra day we enjoyed it so much. Would love to stay here again!

Great house!

We loved the location (out of town and quiet snd clean) and the house and grounds were well kept and lovely. The pool, private dock, and coconut trees were our favorite. The AC was strong and helped us sleep well. The caretakers were super friendly and attentive. Would def stay again!

Casa Amarillo is perfect for up to 5 couples! The house was clean, the two kitchens make it very convenient and the pool was very clean as they stopped by almost every morning to clean it! Ester couldn’t have made our trip any smoother. She answered all questions, booked our flight from Belize City to Ambergris Caye and our shuttles to the house. Super host, great home and Belize is amazing!

What can you say about the most wonderful place. I have never stayed somewhere that was so attentive to everything, always willing to help and the place is so well kept! We love Ms.Ester and all the help!

Great Belize Trip

First time to Belize/San Pedro, and it did not disappoint. The home was spacious and accommodating, and not to mention the views were spectacular. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Paradise!

My husband and I stayed at Casa Amarillo in November as an early Christmas present for ourselves. Ambergris Caye is an amazing place to visit and our hosts where fabulous! The guest house is very comfortable and the pool was great for cooling off in. We would definitely go again.

Beautiful Stay

We had a great few days on the island with a group of 10 adults. Enjoyed the location of the house being close enough if we wanted to go into town but also far enough away that is was quite. The house was clean and big enough for all to enjoy. The pool area, patio, and dock were all nice spaces to sit and enjoy the views. Would recommend renting golf carts to get around.The team was responsive to our requests and made sure we had a great stay.

Amazing place, will be back!

The place is absolutely amazing, great location, every amenity you need. First time staying in Belize, vacationed with three other couples and all eight of us loved the house, had more than enough room and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Close to great restaurants and not to far from town. Ester and Cesar were so helpful, accommodating and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this property for families or couples.

Amazing area with lots to do

This property gave me all that I asked for and more. We only felt the need to leave this property to explore as we had access to the amazing pool, the ocean, tandem kayaks, and volleyball, making us perfectly content to stay at the property. In the evening, we played games that were provided and sat around the table telling stories. This property was amazing and Ester was so helpful! We loved our stay.

Perfection in Paradise

We had 7 adults and two kids under 7. The place worked out perfectly for our group, we caught fish right off the dock, having a private pool worked out great. It is a bit of a ride to town on dirt roads, but well worth it for the peace and quiet we enjoyed at the property. Very family friendly, management staff are great!!! We will be back.
