The hosts were most helpful with everything. Cannot complain about that piece at all. They arranged for our golf cart and initial beverages which was very helpful. However, this unit 6 is upstairs about 12 steps and I looked and could not see that this is mentioned anywhere. The issues we had were with the construction next door which is literally right by the master bedroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. That started at 6:30am every day and lasted until 6:30pm most days. Hammering, sawing, cutting rebar, talking, music playing, etc disrupted our ability to rest and have a relaxing vacation. Also, there were large bugs (like cockroach type) they we killed and put out more baits. But when they showed up in my daughters clothes on her bed, we were a little freaked out. There are not suitcase valets that would allow one to put the suitcases off the floor, so we had to put our suitcases on top of the dressers. Not that that would prevent them from getting in our suitcases, but it was better than suitcases on the floor. Just wished we had been warned about them. There is a pool on the property next door and if you sit on that side some of the construction noise was less there. For what we paid for this unit, we would have stayed elsewhere had we known about the constant construction. If you are thinking about booking this room to relax in, ask if the construction is still going on. The listing said there was a soaking tub, but the unit only has two showers.
