Have been coming to LBI for years and this is by far one of the best hosts I’ve used. Have been so impressed that I have used them multiple times in the past and will hopefully use them for years to come.

Great little spot

We have stayed at Seaplane for the past 3 years. The location can't be beat! The property is in great condition, clean and the manager is always available for assistance. Highly recommend for a small family.

Ocean Front Condo

This is our second time staying at this ocean front condo- and it doesn't get any better than this! Just steps from the beach and super close to the grocery store, many restaurants, and all Beach Haven attractions. You can park your car in the convenient designated spot and walk everywhere!! This property is clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The property manager is very communicative and quick to respond. Check in is a breeze as there is a door code- no keys to worry about! We had a fantastic stay and look forward to next year!

Perfect relaxing stay

Wonderful host, great location. Host communicated well, home was clean and staff was friendly. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Can’t beat the location, you can see the ocean from the room. Highly recommended.

Wonderful little apartment right next to the beach

Our second time renting here and we really love it. Everything is clean and modern and cozy. It's right next to a life-guarded beach and walking distance to shops and food. The property manager is super responsive too. Highly recommend!

Great location and great property but strict pool rules

This location is right on the beach and is walking distance to all the best spots in Beach Haven (Fantasy Island, restaurants, ice cream, etc.) and the unit itself was very clean and perfect for our family but I thought the rules around the pool were a bit strict. The pool is only open from 10 - 6 even though there is never a lifeguard and there is adult swim every hour for 10 minutes even if only kids are in the pool. There was a group of owners who seemed to resent the renters a bit and were very overzealous in enforcing the rules. This wasn't that big of a deal and overall we had a great time but it was just a bit odd.

This property works great for our family of 3. The location can't be beat and it's great to have access to the pool. The unit was clean and bright and the communication with the property manager before arrival was never an issue. We enjoyed our stay.

Oceanfront Condo

We had a great stay at this oceanfront condo! The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and so close to the beach. The location can't be beat- steps to the beach, walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and Fantasy Island. The owners were very communicative and gave clear instructions through email and text. The check in process was smooth and easy, as the key pad makes it simple. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!

Our LBI Review

We had an enjoyable stay at the property. The location was great, just a block from the beach. The check-in instructions were good with one exception: they were somewhat unclear on how to open the digital lock to the front door. It instructed us to turn the "knob", which we thought referred to the door knob. It should have said "the knob above the door knob." A resident came and helped us open the door. (The property manager got a little testy when I called him more than once for help.) The only other complaint is that the listing mentioned a second bedroom. However, the second bedroom was actually the size of a walk-in closet, and the bunk beds were too small for an adult. Next time we will look for a true 2 bedroom unit.

Another great stay!

This is our second year in a row staying in these condos (we had the one next door last year) and, as usual, everything was perfect! The condo was beautiful and spotless. The location can’t be beat! We had a wonderful week in LBI and already can’t wait for next summer to get here!

Great stay with great communication

This property was great. Perfect location, within walking distance of all of the local entertainment and right on the beach. You also have a partial ocean view inside this property which is an added bonus. Also, not having to worry about handling or misplacing keys is great as there is a keypad door lock which is very convenient. We had a couple of minor issues, but they were all handled by the management company very quickly as they have excellent communication even on the weekends.
