Holgate LBI Direct Bayfront 3 Bedroom Townhome with Pool

Welcome to Sunset Cove - our modern & relaxing fully updated townhouse. A Bright and Open concept 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Bayfront townhouse located in LBI's quiet and desirable neighborhood of Holgate. Our home captures views of the Bay and Sunsets every night from all windows, bedrooms, each of the 3 balconies, AND rooftop.

We feature a fully updated kitchen and living room with 65" Smart TV and electric fireplace, high speed WIFI for working remotely, in-unit Washer and Dryer, central AC, and plenty of seating for the whole family. We also provide a full garage equipped with beach chairs, beach mats, and umbrellas.

The small townhouse complex boasts a great pool (open mid May - end of sept) and has direct access to Holgate's bay beach as well as the local playground and tennis courts. There is also no pets, smoking, or trailers allowed.

Sunset Cove is also a short drive (5 minutes) or bike ride to all Beach Haven has to offer between the restaurants, bars, and shops including Fantasy Island and Bay Village.

The bright and open living room/kitchen area is beaming with natural sunlight all throughout the day. The Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Machine (Coffee maker and K-Cup), toaster, and comes stocked with all necessary cookware, plates, cups, and utensils. The kitchen has seating for 3 at the bar along with a dining table that fits at least 6. A washer and dryer is also located near the bedrooms.

The Master Bedroom overlooks the bay with a separate private balcony as well. It has a king-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom with rainfall shower. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed TV and ceiling fan as well. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds to fit 4 comfortably. All bedrooms have all new beach-themed bedding and linens!

Fresh linens and towels will be provided along with simple bathroom and kitchen starter items as well as a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board in the condo.
