Fabulosa casa de vacaciones completamente amueblada entre Good Harbor Beach y Long Beach.

Este recientemente renovado de 3 niveles, 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, condominio de playa completamente abastecido, también tiene 3 áreas de patio al aire libre y estacionamiento para 3 autos.

Las características interiores incluyen 3 niveles de vida acogedora y cómoda:

El nivel principal tiene una cocina actualizada, completamente equipada, con un concepto abierto en la sala de estar y un baño en este nivel. La sala de estar tiene una chimenea de gas, un televisor de pantalla plana de más de 50 pulgadas, 2 sofás de tamaño completo (que 1 se retira para dormir más, si es necesario) y un control deslizante de pantalla de tamaño completo con salida a la terraza delantera.

El segundo nivel tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Cada habitación tiene una cama queen, un armario, mucho espacio de almacenamiento y su propio baño con bañera / ducha. Ropa de cama, ropa de cama y toallas se proporcionan durante su estancia. También hay una lavadora y secadora en el nivel inferior para su uso, así como toallas de playa adicionales para los días que desee volver a la playa una y otra vez.

La sala de estar del tercer piso tiene una escalera de caracol que lo lleva a otra sala de estar, con una cama queen y una cama doble que se puede doblar. Esta sala también puede actuar como otra sala de estar, ya que tendrá una sala de televisión y sala de estar.

Oh my goodness, my family had the most wonderful beach vacation at this cozy, welcoming rental. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host made us feel cared for, and we are already looking forward to coming back next year!!!
This clock is on the wall in the living room and 5:00 is always the time, as we were told that it's always 5:00 somewhere!
Perfect sign for the perfect location and first thing we see upon driving into the driveway.

We had a great vacation at Between2beaches! The house is immaculately clean and well cared for. Joanne and Jim are great hosts and it is evident they enjoy sharing their rental with guests. I’ve never been in such a well appointed rental. We love the Gloucester/Rockport area and our biggest challenge vacationing there is finding suitable affordable housing for the vacation. Between2 beaches was perfect for us. Thanks again, Joanne and Jim for a fantastic stay!Dawn and Dan

Spectacular! We have stayed in many rental properties but never have we had the extreme attention to detail and top notch hospitality as we experienced at Between 2 Beaches. The home is lovingly appointed and every detail and comfort item has been anticipated and provided. Kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms have necessities plus plus, oodles of towels and linens, beach gear, you name it. The owners live next door and were friendly and kind when we bumped into them (but not at all intrusive.) Truly a stay for the ages. Oh - and the location is as lovely as it gets. Good Harbor Beach is the best on the planet IMHO, Long Beach is also lovely, and having the sub/pizza shop and ice cream spot steps away from the home was so convenient and fun. A perfect trip! Thanks to Joanne and Jim for hosting us so graciously!

Wonderful week

We had a lovely stay at between 2 beaches. The hosts are extremely attentive and available, but not intrusive. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. And we love the area. It’s on a busier road but you don’t feel it.

Everything was perfect!

There were up to nine of us staying here and we had such a great time! Jim and Joanne were wonderful hosts and were quick to answer any questions and help with whatever we needed. House was clean and well stocked. Location was perfect - very quick walk to beaches. Outdoor spaces were perfect: a cool space for hanging out on hot days and a sunny space if you don't want to go to the beach. I have to say that of all the places I've rented via VRBO and other companies Jim and Joanne were by far the best hosts I've ever rented from. Would absolutely rent from them again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfectly equipped, extremely clean, super comfy

Our family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teens) had an amazing week at Between 2 Beaches! The rental was so thoughtfully stocked (so many little extra touches you don’t typically find), and the hosts were the best- friendly, helpful, communicative. We loved all the interior space, the beds were comfy, there were plenty of beach items (chairs, towels, beach games, etc), and the house even included lots of lovely bonus finds, like tons of board games and books. Jim & Joanne really thought of everything. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful vaca!

Quaint and Relaxing

This is a great community and the beaches are so gorgeous. First time to the east coast and we were very impressed The house had literally every amenity you could want including some unexpected treats and toys. Beach toys and chairs came in handy. Its very easy to walk to the beaches. The stores are close and easy too. The house accommodated our family perfectly! Plenty of space. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great location & amazing hosts

We had a fantastic time! This house is the most ‘ready to enjoy and relax’ rentals we stayed in our 18+ years of renting houses on the East Coast. Walking distance to two pristine Beaches : 7 min to GoodHarbor Beach and 5 min to Long Beach. Appreciated walking back home for lunch. Went with my husband and 2 daughters 18 and 21 and my parents. The owners went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed - thank you Joanne and Jim! (Only warning: the 2 beds on the second floor can be tricky to access if you are not fit and might not suitable for toddlers because of the open staircase.) Do not hesitate if you are looking for a great spot to explore Rockport/Gloucester. We highly recommend:)

Family beach vacation

This property was perfect for the three generations of our family. It was perfectly located to go back and forth to the beach. The hosts were very helpful and provided full information of the area, beach towels and a full array of beach gear. The outside back area was perfect for both kids and adults. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We all had a great time.

Wonderful time!

This is the perfect location, between Cape Ann’s two best beaches. Walkable each way. The host and hostess were friendly, thoughtful, responsive, and accommodating. It looks like they had fun decorating the place! Modern and tasteful. We enjoyed evenings at the firepit on the fantastic backyard patio.

Fantastic week

Fantastic!

We had such an awesome stay. The house had anything you could possibly need. It was super clean. The hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful! The kids had a great time roaming the backyard and they loved the upstairs loft! The walk to the beach was easy. It’s very close to the grocery store and is steps away from a pizza/subs/ice cream place (highly recommend the lobster rolls too!). The only negative to the stay is that I wouldn’t say the house is toddler-proof. So we spent a lot of time wrangling our 3 year old to keep him from breaking things. I definitely wouldn’t take away any stars though. It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay!

Absolutely amazing!!!!

We have stayed at more than 12 different houses over the years and Between 2 Beaches was by far better than all of those combined!!! It was a perfect location and super clean and the hosts provided everything you would need!!! Thank you again Jim and Joanne!! The kids were so excited to have presents waiting for them!! Moms/Daughters trip 2021

This property was perfect for our moms and daughters (10 of us) week trip to Cape Ann. First, I can not say enough about our stay at this property. Location was amazing between Long Beach, Rockport and Good Harbor Beach, Gloucester. An ice cream/pizza restaurant just steps from our door. The property has everything you need and could possibly want for use at the house and at the beach. It truly feels like a home away from home. VERY CLEAN!! Kitchen has every appliance, utensil, dish and more. Bedrooms/loft and bathrooms are aesthetically pleasing, clean and roomy. Beds are very comfortable! Loved all the decor and special touches put into interior from the first step into the property up through the loft! There were helpful notes to help guide you through anything you use in and out of the property as well as advice and information regarding the area...including coupons! The landscaping in the back of the property was very inviting. The owners definitely put an effort in using the natural terrain with their landscaping ideas! Parking was convenient, especially for the number of cars we had. The owners were outside helping us as we drove in! Jim and Joanne were perfect hosts...on top of every question, welcoming and gracious. We all want to thank them for making our trip amazing! We wouldn't change a thing, NOT ONE COMPLAINT !! Thank you Between 2 Beaches!!

Wow!

All I can say is WOW! Not only is this property gorgeous, but Jim and Joanne are wonderful hosts! They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was great. The kitchen comes stocked (spices and meal add-ons included) and they provide so much for their guests to use. They provide sheets and towels for all guests (beach towels included) and have beach accessories to use as well (umbrella, chairs, toys, wagon, cart, and cooler). This house has been the most well equipped out of any vacation rental I have stayed at. Jim and Joanne, thank you for being great hosts. The kids and the adults enjoyed all of the extra surprises that you left for us! I’m so glad that we decided to stay at Between2Beaches and we will definitely consider staying here again!

Second stay here- LOVE IT!

Such a wonderful fully stocked home in the most perfect location! Right Between 2 Beaches, easy walking distance to both with a beach wagon full of chairs and boogie boards! We had such a wonderful time staying for the second time here! Love the town of Gloucester, it’s turned into our home away from home! Thank you so much once again, we will definitely be back!

Family beach vacation

We came to “between 2 beaches“ to enjoy the last week of summer at the beach and celebrate a birthday. Joanne and Jim are thoughtful hosts and made us feel very much at home in their comfortable rental. They provided beach towels, beacH chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards — everyone we needed for enjoying Good Harbor Beach. Because of cOVID-19 we cooked all our dinners at the house and ate in the beautiful backyard as often as possible. Joanne arranged a fabulous birthday cake for our last meal. My grandsons loved their third floor suite and want to return. We had a memorable stay!

Exceeding expectations

Joanne and Jim are the most thoughtful and generous hosts we have ever encountered in our 10+ years of renting in Cape Ann (across Annisquam, Gloucester and Rockport). First, they have thought of EVERYTHING you might need, making sure you can enjoy this delightful region without a care in the world and creating more than a home away from home with between2beaches. Second, they struck the perfect mix of availability and privacy. They provided superb advice on activities and where to find certain particular items we were looking for, treated us repeatedly to delights, including homemade pesto. And when there was a slight issue with the washing machine, they were there within minutes to fix it. They managed to be at once very available but also very discreet, managing this incredibly delicate balance deftly. And then there was the swag (beach bags!) and the featured art that you can purchase. I could go on and on. As a veteran home renter, I thought I had seen it all and knew what to expect, but Joanne and Jim far exceeded our expectations.

Hi, nice to meet you! Our names are Jim and Joanne Frontiero, and we are so happy you stopped by.

HOW WE BECAME...

We were 2 lost souls that found each other in 1996. Joanne (a Canadian) visited a good friend in Boston in the Summer of 1996. Joanne met her friend’s boyfriend’s best friend, a boy named Jim (from Gloucester), and of course they hit it off..... 27 years later (no way we are that old)... We are happily married 24 years. Jim's twin sons are now in their 30's, and our daughter will be a senior at URI.

We bought our first condo in between 2 incredible beaches and have happily lived here since 2001. In 2018 we had the opportunity to buy the other half, and we love that we can now share our little slice of paradise with others.

Did you know Gloucester is actually an island ? (Separated by 2 bridges). We are situated near the tip of Cape Ann, but so close to many amazing day trips you can plan while staying here. Top short drives (5 minutes to an hour away): Rockport, Essex, Newburyport, Boston.
