LUBERON, ENCANTO, BUENOS BENEFICIOS, EXCELENTES VISTAS AL CASTILLO Y AL VALLE.

La propiedad consta de 2 casas independientes, una ocupada por los propietarios y la otra ofrecida para alquiler, el acceso común es a través de un amplio hall de entrada.
Las habitaciones son luminosas y están cuidadosamente decoradas, y cada una ofrece hermosas vistas del castillo y el valle.
Las dos habitaciones (una en la planta baja, la otra arriba) son muy cómodas con 160 x 200 camas, cada una con su propio baño con amplia ducha a ras de suelo y WC separado.
La cocina es agradable y funcional: lavavajillas, vitrocerámica, horno de pirólisis, microondas, lavadora-secadora ...
En la sala de estar contigua a la cocina se encuentra el comedor y la sala de estar con 2 sillones y un sofá de 3 plazas con vistas a la terraza y al jardín. Sistema de alta fidelidad, TV y DVD (CD disponible).
El dormitorio de la planta baja y la sala de estar se abren a la terraza bordeada de rosas y lavanda.
La piscina climatizada de 10 x 4 metros tiene un balcón con vistas al valle con una terraza para tomar el sol en las tumbonas.
La terraza está equipada con muebles de jardín que le permiten comer bajo una gran sombrilla frente a la piscina y al campo.
En el jardín: olivos, cipreses, rosas, agapantos, lavanda, romero ...
En el jardín: una pista de petanca y otra terraza con mesa y sillas cerca de la mesa de ping-pong.
El pueblo histórico está muy cerca, a poca distancia, hay una tienda de comestibles con pan y 2 bares restaurantes.
Las principales ciudades turísticas están a una hora en coche: Aix en Provence, Aviñón, Marsella, Orange, Arles.

Perfect home base for tourism and relaxation

We were here during an intense heatwave in August, so after a day of visiting nearby Bonnieux, Avignon, Roussillon etc, it was marvelous to come back to a clean, clear, refreshing swim in the pool and air conditioned bedroom. Our hosts were generous with their time and tips for making the most of our stay. We hope to return!

Lovely property in a stunning location!

Compact and bijou gite set in beautiful gardens with a fantastic view over the valley. Although attached to the owners own property, Bruno and Catherine are charming hosts and not in the least intrusive. Would be happy to recommend to family and friends and would definitely go back.

Perfect stay en Provence

This is a really charming and hidden away place to stay, with beautiful gardens, lovely bright airy house and a stunning view across the pool to the luberon. A wonderful quiet and safe place to unwind and relax. Catherine and Bruno welcomed us with such generosity, they provided everything we needed and we were made to feel very much at home. They were discreet hosts and were most helpful if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area and were able to easily walk into Lacoste for morning coffee, shopping, church, art and evening meals.Thank you Catherine and Bruno, for the lovely welcome gifts, your kind entertaining on arrival, helpful information, we are already looking forward to coming again

Beautiful house, friendly and helpful hosts, excelent location

We had 8 nights in this guesthouse, which is perfect for a family of 4 (or 2 couples) with one room + bathroom on each floor, and a small, but nice kitchen/livingspace downstairs. The best part is of course the terrasse with beautiful garden and view - and the pool. Pool and garden are in theory shared with the hosts, but they go out of the way to secure privacy for the guests, so this is not an issue. The location is very good - several nice trips to small villages, markets and nature sights within 30-45 min drive. The village of Lacoste is within walking distance - a historical and very scenic, but "lazy" village, however with a small supermarket (possible to reserve baguettes and croissants for the next morning) and 2 restaurants. The hosts, Bruno and Catherine, where very welcomming and helpful with advice etc. We normally don't come back to the same location as the world has much to offer - but we might actually do an exception in this case.

wunderbar gepflegtes Anwesen

Wir hatten sehr schöne ruhige, entspannte Tage. Die beiden Gastgeber Catherine und Bruno waren sehr freundlich und als wir abreisten,bekamen wir einen tollen Lavendelstrauß aus ihrem tollen Garten. Auch als wir ankamen,bekamen wir zur Begrüßung ein Lavendel Präsent Aprikosenmarmelade und Wein. Die beiden haben sich persönlich sehr lieb engagiert und dass sieht man auch in der ganzen Ausstattung des Ferienhauses. Der Pool ist super gepflegt. Leider mussten wir aus familiären Gründen früher abreisen.Wir wären sehr gerne noch geblieben,da wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank, für den schönen Aufenthalt

Magnifique séjour

Au mois d’août, nous avons passé deux semaines „Aux Agapanthes“: la belle maison très bien équipée, le merveilleux jardin magnifiquement aménagé, la grande piscine parfaitement entretenue, la vue exceptionnelle sur le petit et le grand Lubéron et sur le château de Lacoste, l’odeur de la lavande au petit matin: Il aurait déjà suffi de passer son temps dans ce jardin pour avoir de très bonnes vacances, mais on a bien sûr la possibilités de découvrir les petits villages du Lubéron, aller aux concerts ou manger dans un des beaux restaurants ou même visiter Aix-en-Provence ou Avignon. Ce qui distingue cette maison de vacances de beaucoup d‘ autres, ce sont les hôtes Cathérine et Bruno qui nous ont si bien accueillis: Nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise. Merci pour le bouquet de lavande - un beau cadeau d’adieu qui me rappelle un séjour magnifique.

Wow!

Beautiful house, beautiful garden and beautiful view. This is a stunning house set on the edge of the picturesque village of Lacoste. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind and equally a good base to explore the Luberon. The owners are most helpful and are there to offer advice and suggestions but are always discreet. The house is well equipped, tastefully furnished and the pool and gardens are immaculate. We spent an extremely hot week here but enjoyed the shade of the cedar forest and early morning bike rides and walks into the village to the bakery. We shall return!

Excellent guesthouse stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in this house, with beautiful views over the valley. The friendly owners are always happy to help, but stay mostly at a distance so you keep your privacy (do keep in mind that this is the guesthouse, you share the grounds with the owners). The house is well maintained and decorated with charm. The garden especially is wonderful and the swimming pool kept clean to perfection by the proud owners. We will certainly consider staying here again when we are in the region.

Excellent séjour à Lacoste aux Agapanthes !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Catherine et Bruno aux Agapanthes. Très belle location de très bon standing et décorée avec goût. Le jardin avec la vue sur le château de Lacoste est magnifiquement entretenu et la piscine grande et agréable a été très appréciée ! Très bonne localisation à proximité du village de Lacoste et au calme. Les hôtes Catherine et Bruno sont très accueillants et à l écoute. On conseille vivement cette location pour découvrir le Luberon !

Charme et tranquillité au coeur du Luberon

Les propriétaires sont prévenants et attentifs mais discrets. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle avec une décoration soignée, le jardin est sublime et la vue depuis la grande piscine est à couper le souffle. Cette location est idéale de par son emplacement pour visiter le Luberon mais également pour ceux qui désireraient simplement profiter du calme et des joies de la baignade.

Tres bonnes prestations à Lacoste

Catherine et Bruno sont des personnes charmantes , aux petits soins avec nous. Dès votre arrivée, tout est bien pensé avec un kit de bienvenu (confiture, huile, pate..) . Bref beaucoup d'attention et de bienveillance de leur part qui ont rendu ce séjour tres agréable et reposant. Je ne parle pas des prestations qui sont parfaites

Magnifique !

We have spent a wonderful week at this perfect place with our two daughters (15,13). The house is very beautiful. The interior design of Les Agapanthes is lovingly furnished and tastefully decorated. It is a wonderful property with a beautiful garden and a fantastic pool. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the magnificent view and the walks to Lacoste through the streets of this small and very atmospheric village. And we would like to thank the homeowners Catherine and Bruno so much for the great hospitality and the more than convenient stay. We hope to be able to return to this little piece of paradise and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Provence!

Perfect vacation in Lacoste

Our week at Les Agapanthes fulfilled all our expectations. A wonderful house in a beautiful garden with stunning surroundings and view made our holiday simply perfect. The house was practical and very tasteful decorated. We spent a lot of time in the garden with the beautiful flowers and herbs and the clean and delicate poolarea. Everything was so proper and wellmaintained. Les Agapanthes is also a perfect startingpoint to get to know small villages in the area within short distance driving. The hosts are very kind and friendly and easy to relate to. We loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommended!

Phantastischer Blick, sehr schöner Garten, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Erholung pur

Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was es für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wohn- und Schlafräume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Obwohl die Terasse der Vermieter nur durch eine Schutzwand getrennt ist, waren wir wegen des diskreten Verhalten völlig ungestört. Das Haus ist auch für zwei Paare gut geeignet, da beide Schlafzimmer gleichwertig sind. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Catherine is a children's psychologist, Bruno is an engineer who retired not long ago.
