I will let my 80 plus other reviews speak for my property.In response to your Claims: 1)There was not dust everywhere because I personally entered the unit the day you checked out. 2)The appliances are 2 years old, so, that absolutely refutes this nonsense. 3)Every surface in my unit was WET and in a total mess , and you probably set the key in that mess which will cause it to deactivate.they are programmed by the HOA and do not deactivate until NOON on day of check out. 4)The doors work fine, when you UNLATCH them. 5)Check out procedure is in a book right on the info table , but it really is quite simple.THROW your trash down the chute AND THAT IS IT...I do not expect my guests to do any type cleanup as my HOUSEKEEPER does that. 6)Check in instructions are automatically sent via VRBO.BUT if you remember correctly , THE SITE WENT DOWN in the middle of you booking and was OUT the entire time, but it STILL automatically should have opened up for you. BUT IN MY DASHBOARD , IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT I SENT the check in info that i always do, on top of their auto send of them.so THAT is another BALD FACE LIE. 7) i challenge you to check my communication with the other 80 plus reviews and i will let my record speak for itself... MOST STATE that I am IN CONSTANT CONTACT when notified about an issue and MOST note that the unit is immaculate and CLEAN .You left in such pitiful condition that i hope NOBODY EVER is " blessed " with renting to you. 8) YOU damaged the comforter.
