The place was very nice and clean. We only had a few issues, back sliding door was very difficult to lock, only had 1 trash bag for a 5 night stay, the balcony was a little sketchy as it was slanted and the living room television didnt work. We tried the troubleshooting directions and still couldnt get it to work. The bedroom tvs worked just fine. Overall experience was great. Was wonderful to have the pool right by us. Host was great! Location was great.

Almost a great place to stay

Nice location, quiet property, comfortable furnishings. Great attention to detail with Christmas decor. Loved the large whirlpool tub. More attention to cleanliness and this would be a fantastic place to stay. Master shower in dire need of cleaning/renovation.

Nice place for a getaway weekend

It was a nice place overall, shower in master was really old & small, no door in the master bathroom except for toilet area, beds were ok but master had hair on sheets and other bed was basically on the floor. Condo was fairly clean other than that. Living dining area was nice. Parking could be a problem during busier times because it’s in a huge complex with alot of condos all around.

Overall great but wish the jacuzzi tub worked

This was a great location. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy Branson life. Everything was clean and pretty and I loved the touch of the basket of blankets in the living room to get cozy. It made me feel at home. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi tub didn’t work since it was one of the main things that led me to choose this rental. The iron also didn’t work and a burner on the stove wouldn’t heat up as well. Other than that it was a great place. I would go back again. I would just call and make sure the jacuzzi worked first.

Our stay was okay...

The condo was fairly nice and looked as advertised. The beds were comfortable but the frames were squeaky. My biggest issue was with the stove, it wouldn't work at first & then I realized that the breaker was turned off and thought it was a bit strange but didn't think much of it. I cooked breakfast and afterwards, my 10-year-old was helping me clean up and the stove burned two of her fingers. That's when I realized why the breaker was turned off. The front right burner never shut off even when the knob was turned off. Other than that it was a decent stay.

Needs some work

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was nice. There is a need to fix the shower in the master bedroom. Water pooled in the back of the shower and the drain cover seemed broke. I had to clean the jet tub. There was something red/pink on the faucet and around the tub. It would have been nice for a few cleaning supplies other than dish soap was available to clean up after ourselves or in this case others. It would have been nice to have a few more dish towels and washcloths. They appeared to be stingy with these items. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets.

It was ok until…

Things were good until I tried to cook a pizza and couldn’t get the oven to work so my husband checked the breaker box and noticed the breaker for the stove was off, so he turned it on and I started to warm the stove. 10 minutes later I go to put the pizza in the stove and my youngest son had a hot pocket in the microwave I got it out cut it up and he went to grab it off the top of the stove and he screamed bloody murder saying it burnt me mama. And sure enough the burner was hot as hell, but none of the knives were turned on that’s a huge problem and we were not aware of that. No one told us that there was a malfunction with the stove. We figured it out The hard way with my kid getting his fingers burnt. Not cool at all will not be traveling back to that resort! Y’all better be careful and check your stoves and make sure y’all don’t have the same problem we did!!
